Abstract

Abstract. Changes in land use in an area will cause pressure on space and environment because there are many land conversions from non-built-up land to built-up land so as to make the water catchment area smaller which will lead to greater water runoff the surface of the surface which then causes problems such as puddle and also flooding. This research was conducted to know amount of water runoff and inundation plans in Sukabumi City. The methodology used is descriptive quantitative while the analytical method is Hydrological Analysis precisely through the Pearson III Log Method and the Soil Conservation Service (SCS) method. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the value of the planned rainfall with a 5 year return period is 113,710 mm, the surface runoff is 66,73 mm and the inundation volume with a 5 year return period is 3.221,288,88 m³. Abstrak. Perubahan penggunaan lahan di suatu wilayah akan menyebabkan tekanan terhadap ruang dan lingkungan karena banyak terjadi alih fungsi lahan. dari lahan non-terbangun ke lahan terbangun sehingga membuat semakin kecilnya daerah resapan air yang akan menyebabkan semakin besarnya limpasan air di permukaan yang kemudian menimbulkan permasalahan seperti genangan air dan juga banjir. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui jumlah limpasan air dan genangan rencana di Kota Sukabumi. Metodologi yang digunakan yakni kuantitatif deskriptif sedangkan metode analisis yaitu Analisis Hidrologi tepatnya melalui Metode Log Pearson III dan metode Soil Conservation Service (SCS). Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapat nilai curah hujan rencana dengan periode ulang 5 tahun sebesar 113,710 mm, limpasan permukaan sebesar 66,73 mm dan volume genangan rencana periode ulang 5 tahun sebesar 3.221.228,88 m³.
