Abstract

This research is backgrounded by a phenomenon that the problem now is that many people in general have dropped the choice of saving and borrowing money at financial institutions other than shari'a banks, many of the people save in conventional banks and borrow in general cooperatives, even though in conventional banks it is known to adhere to The flower system that according to some scholars, the flower system is among those forbidden because flowers are categorized as usury. Based on this phenomenon, a Shari'a Bank Policy Strategy is needed in increasing public interest in becoming customers at PT. Bank Muamalat Binjai Branch (Case Study on Educators of Al Kaffah Binjai Waqf Foundation). In this study, it uses a qualitative approach and uses a descriptive method. Data collection methods use observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. The policy strategy of the syari'ah bank in increasing public interest in becoming customers is through outreach. In order for the implementation of the socialization carried out by Bank Muamalat to run smoothly, managers or employees of Bank Muamalat Binjai Branch must know their duties and know the procedures for outreach to the community so that what they convey can reach the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penetapan harga, pelayanan, dan word-of-mouth secara individu dan simultan pada keputusan berbelanja pada UD Harapan Tani di Kecamatan Beringin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 93 orang dipilih secara acak dari populasi 1.326 pembeli di UD Harapan Tani yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Beringin Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Individu-individu tersebut merupakan bagian dari populasi penelitian pada tahun 2022 hingga 2023. Teknik analisis data meliputi regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji T, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Persamaan Y=5.133+0.544X1+0.158X2+0.284X3 diperoleh dari data penelitian menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Variabel yang mempunyai thitung 5,420 > ttabel 1,662 terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada pilihan pembelian. Variabel pelayanan dengan thitung 1,738 berpengaruh signifikan dan substansial terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan ttabel 1,662. Variabel word-of-mouth dengan thitung 2,703 dan ttabel 1,662 memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada UD Harapan Tani Kecamatan Beringin Kabupaten Deli Serdang variabel harga, pelayanan, dan word-of-mouth semuanya mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan menguntungkan terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang ditunjukkan dengan Fhitung32.377>Ftabel2.71.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of price, promotion and service quality on the decision to use Khanza Dry N Wash services in Tanjung Morawa, Kab. Deli Serdang. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted in Hamlet II Jl. Tirta Deli No. 90 A Tanjung Morawa. The time of this research began in January 2022 until March 2022. The population in this study were consumers of Khanza Dry n Wash Tanjung Morawa, amounting to 1,110 people. The results of using the slovin formula in this study the researchers took a sample of 92 consumers of Khanza Dry n Wash Tanjung Morawa. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression method using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the value of t-count > t-table (2.955 > 1.29114) and a significant value of 0.004 is less than 0.1, meaning that the price has a significant effect on the decision to use the services of Khanza Dry n Wash Tanjung Morawa, then Ha1 is accepted. The value of t-count > t-table (3.157 > 1.29114) and a significant value of 0.002 less than 0.1 means that promotion has a significant effect on the decision to use the services of Khanza Dry n Wash Tanjung Morawa, then Ha2 is accepted. The value of t-count > t-table 5.544 > 1.29114) and a significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.01, meaning that service quality has a significant effect on the decision to use the services of Khanza Dry n Wash Tanjung Morawa, then Ha3 is accepted. The value of Fcount (43.811) > Ftable (2.76), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.1, it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Price (X1), Promotion (X2), and Service Quality (X3) variables affect simultaneously (simultaneously) on the Decision to Use Services (Y). The adjusted coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.639, this means that 63.9% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable while the rest (100% - 63.9% = 36.1%) is explained by other variables outside the variables studied

Abstract

Perkembangan industri kuliner juga dinilai cukup menjanjikan karena sebagian masyarakat Indonesia sangat menggemari wisata kuliner dengan mencicipi beragam menu khas dari berbagai kota. Setiap daerah atau wilayah di Indonesia memiliki kuliner khasnya masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Fasilitas Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini Yaitu: Wawancara, Obsevasi, Kuisioner (angket). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen yang datang di Wisata Kuliner Pasar Kamu Denai Lama Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin untuk menentukan sampel yaitu sebanyak 100 sampel. hasil penelitian Fasilitas nilai t hitung (6,112) (1,984) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 0,05.Promosi nilai t hitung sebesar 4,887 t tabel 1,984 dan nilai signifikan yaitu 0,000 0,05. hasil uji-F secara simultan yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai F_hitung sebesar 81,316 dengan nilai F_tabel sebesar 3,09 dan nilai Sig. sebesar 0.000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa f_hitung f_tabel (81,316 3,09) artinya H_0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara Fasilitas Dan Promosi secara bersama-sama terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Di Pasar Kamu. Hasil uji koefisien determinan diketahui nilai dari R square sebesar 0.626 atau 62,6% hal ini menyatakan bahwa variable Fasilitas (X1) dan Promosi (X2) berpengaruh sebesar 62,6%. Bahwa semakin baiknya Fasilitas Dan Promosi maka Keputusan Pembelian Di Pasar Kamu Denai Lama Kabupaten Deli Serdang semakin baik.Kata Kunci: Fasilitas, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This research was prepared with the aim of knowing the efforts to maintain a small industrial business carried out by purun hat craftsmen in Suka Makmur Village, Binjai District, Langkat Regency, and the contribution of small industry of purun hats for improving the welfare of purun hat craftsmen in Suka Makmur Village, Binjai District, Langkat Regency. The method used is qualitative with the main informants of the Village Head and Pengarin Topi Purun through interview instruments. Data analysis used qualitative techniques of interactive models. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that youpaya maintain the small industrial business carried out by purun hat craftsmen in Suka Makmur Village, District Binjai Langkat Regency is carried out through support efforts from the Village Government and also the development of expertise from purun hat craftsmen to other communities through sharing experience and sharing skills with the community so that more and more are able to do business making purun hats. Furthermore, the contribution of the small industry of purun hats for improving the welfare of purun hat craftsmen in Suka Makmur Village, Binjai District, Langkat Regency is very realistic and real because of the efforts made by craftsmen able to meet the needs of family life both primary, secondary, and tertiary in nature. Then viewed from the aspect of economic science through income analysis and business efficiency, it turns out that the industry has advantages and is efficient to maintain and continued because it has an efficiency value greater than the number one, namely 1.27 > 1

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Total Assets and Third Party Funds on Financing at Bank Muamalat Indonesia from 2018 in the first quarter to 2022 in the third quarter. The data used is the published financial statements of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The method of analysis in this study is the associative method, with classical testing, as well as statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis using the statistical t test with significant (α) = 0.05 using the sig value of the SPSS output obtained the significance value of each independent variable Total Assets (0.00) and DPK (0.655) Results of analysis with the F test with significance (α) = 0.05 obtained a significance of 0.000. This value is not greater than a significance value of 0.05 and this indicates that there is a significant relationship between Total Assets and Third Party Funds towards simultaneous financing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukkan di Aura Keripik Bandar Labuhan Kab. Deli Serdang dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Inovasi Produk, dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Aura Keripik Bandar Labuhan Kab. Deli Serdang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dimana penulis membagikan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random sampling yang berjumlah 67 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan rumus statistik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis (terdiri uji T, uji F dan uji R). Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian pada Aura Keripik Bandar Labuhan Kab. Deli Serdang, hal ini diketahui nilai thitung variabel harga sebesar 0,753 t tabel sebesar 0,199 maka 0,753 > 0,199 berarti variabel inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Selain itu ada pengaruh promosi terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian pada Aura Keripik Bandar Labuhan Kab. Deli Serdang, hal ini diketahui nilai thitung variabel promosi sebesar 0,689 dan ttabel sebesar 0,199 maka 0,689 > 0,199 yang berarti variabel promosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji simultan variabel inovasi produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 0,539 > 0,199. Artinya variabel inovasi produk dan promosi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan atau berpengaruh positif dengan variabel keputusan pembelian
