<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) is food assistance as a form of effort from the government to improve welfare and food and provide protection for poor families through food distribution which is expected to reach poor families, each family receives assistance of Rp. 110,000 Then these funds are channeled through the Electronic Warung Gotong Royong Besama Business Group. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effectiveness of e -warong pkh blessing harpan sub-district marpoyan damai in distributing non-cash food assistance (bpnt) and obstacles in distributing BPNT. This research is qualitative with descriptive methods with research informants using the key informant method. the indicators used by the author are program target accuracy, program socialization, program objectives and program monitoring. After the researcher conducted a field study, namely interviews and the results were analyzed then conclusions were drawn and the results of the study stated that the distribution of BNPT through e-Warong was not effective because the Beneficiary Family (KPM) was not right on target, then there was still a lack of socialization both to e-Warong officers and KPM, the program objectives were good but because the process was less effective it resulted in the objectives of the BNPT program being less implemented but behind all this the problem of supervision was running well and routinely carried out. The obstacles are data that is not in sync between the central government and the regions, and the lack of socialization that complicates the distribution process. ABSTRAK Program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) merupakan bantuan pangan sebagai bentuk upaya dari pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pangan dan memberikan perlindungan bagi keluarga miskin melalui pendistribusian pangan yang diharapkan mampu menjangkau keluarga miskin, masing - masing keluarga menerima bantuan Rp. 110.000Kemudian dana ini disalurkan melalui Elektronik Warung Gotong Royong Kelompok Usaha Besama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektifitas e -warong pkh berkah harpan kecamatan marpoyan damai dalam penyaluran bantuan pangan non tunai (bpnt) dan hambatan dalam penyatluran BPNT. Peneltian ini Kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan informan penelitian memakai metode key informan. indicator yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah Ketepatan sasaran program, Sosialisasi program, Tujuan program dan Pemantauan program. Setelah peneliti malakukan study lapangan yatu wawancara dan hasilnya di analisa kemudia ditarik kesimpulan dan Hasil penelitian menyatakan penyaluran BNPT melalui e-Warong belum efektif karena Keluarga Penerima manfaat (KPM) blum tepat sasaran, kemudian masih kurangnya sosialisasi baik itu kepada petugas e-Warong dan juga KPM, malalah tujuan program sudah bagus tetapi karena prosesnya yang kurang efektif mengakibatkan tujuan dari program BNPT kurang terlaksana tetapi dibalik ini semua masalah pengawasan sudah berjalan dengan baik dan rutin dilaksanakan. Untuk hambatan terdapat pada data yang tdak singkron antara pusat dan daerah kemudian karena kurangnya sosialisasi jadi mempersuit proses penyaluran.]]>
