Abstract

Permasalahan lansia tentang BPJS kesehatan yaitu lansia masih belum memahami mengenai cara mendapatkan dan tahapan dalam pengobatan dengan menggunakan BPJS mulai dari rujukan pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama ke rujukan pelayanan kesehatan tingkat paling tinggi. Lansia juga belum mendapatkan informasi secara maksimal mengenai jaminan kesehatan BPJS. Metode pemecahan permasalahan dalam pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan edukasi oleh tenaga kesehatan pada lansia, Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu menggunakan metode penyuluhan atau edukasi oleh tenaga kesehatan pada lansia. Konsep metode edukasi meliputi: 1) tahap orientasi; 2) kerja; 3) resolusi. Memberikan materi meliputi: 1) pengertian BPJS; 2) jenis-jenis BPJS; 3) pelayanan-pelayanan dalam BPJS; 4) pembayaran iuran BPJS; 5) prosedur pendaftaran BPJS; 6) manfaat BPJS bagi lansia. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat memberikan materi tentang BPJS selama 30 menit. Kegiatan sosialisasi informasi dan komunikasi jaminan kesehatan BPJS dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan lansia dapat meningkatkan pola hidup sehat lansia, sehingga lansia tetap produktif dan mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang terpenuhi secara komprehensif dan bertanggung jawab. Socialization of BPJS Health Insurance in Improving Health Services for the Elderly at the Tresna Werdha Rukun Social Home in the Capital City of Sukabumi The problem for the elderly with BPJS health is that the elderly still do not understand how to get and the stages in treatment using BPJS starting from referrals for health services at the first level to referrals for health services at the highest level. The elderly also have not received maximum information about BPJS health insurance. Problem-solving methods in community service use education by health workers for the elderly. The stages of implementing activities in this community service are using counseling or education methods by health workers for the elderly. The concept of educational methods includes: 1) orientation stage; 2) work; 3) resolution. Providing materials include: 1) the definition of BPJS; 2) types of BPJS; 3) services in BPJS; 4) payment of BPJS contributions; 5) BPJS registration procedure; 6) BPJS benefits for the elderly. The results of community service provide material about BPJS for 30 minutes. Information dissemination activities and communication of BPJS health insurance in improving health services for the elderly can improve the healthy lifestyle of the elderly so that the elderly remain productive and get health services that are fulfilled in a comprehensive and responsible manner.
