Abstract

Abstract

Background: The Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) for Healthh as the organizer has developed an information technology system-based application in the form of the i-Care application. This new breakthrough is expected to make it easier for users to view the health service history of service users at health facilities online. The i-Care application has been implemented since early 2023 and while using this application no evaluation has been carried out to determine the level of satisfaction of JKN participants using i-Care. Objectives: The aim of the research is to analyze the use of the i-Care application on National Health Insurance patient satisfaction at the Marga Ayu Clinic. Research Metodes: This research is a quantitative analytical research with a cross sectional approach where sample selection was carried out using the role of thumb of 50 JKN participants. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires referring to the EUCS method. The questions were divided into 5 categories, namely: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness and user satisfaction. The analysis test used the Spearman Rank test to find out the correlation between the use of the i-Care application and the satisfaction of National Health Insurance patients at the Marga Ayu Clinic. Results: The research results show that there is a significant, positive and strong relationship between the variables content (0.000<0.05), accuracy (0.005<0.05), format (0.017<0.05), ease of use (0.001<0.5) and timeliness (0.003<0.05) on i-Care user satisfaction. Conclusion: There is a significant, positive and strong relationship between content, format, ease of use, timeliness and i-Care user satisfaction. However, the accuracy variable is not related to satisfaction with a sig value of 0.434 (>0.005). This is because there is still data or information that is not updated enough and sometimes errors occur in the application.

Abstract

Cases of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), especially syphilis, continue to show an increase in various regions of Indonesia, including Denpasar City. This disease not only causes serious medical impacts but also has implications for social aspects and community productivity. This study was conducted with the aim of describing the distribution pattern and classifying syphilis cases in Denpasar City in 2024 through a Geographic Information System (GIS) approach. The study used a quantitative method with a descriptive design. Secondary data analyzed amounted to 297 cases, obtained from the Denpasar City Health Office and the Kerti Praja Foundation, with a research sample of 170 cases based on the calculation of the Slovin formula. Patient location points were determined through address data converted to GPS coordinates, then processed using ArcView 3.3 software to produce distribution maps and classification of cases using the Kingma method. The results indicated that there were 170 cases of syphilis in four regions. The most cases were recorded in South Denpasar with 85 (high category), followed by West Denpasar with 52 (medium category), while North Denpasar had 22 cases and East Denpasar had 11 (low category). The majority of cases were found in the productive age group of 26-45 years, followed by the age group of 12-25 years. In addition, the number of cases occurred more in men (136 cases) than women (34 cases). This mapping is expected to serve as a basis for developing more targeted prevention strategies and health interventions, especially for productive and vulnerable age groups.

Abstract

In Denpasar City, all public health centres have implemented e-Puskesmas-based Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), achieving a 100% adoption rate. However, a gap persists between this high utilization of EMRs and the suboptimal completeness of maternal health data. A preliminary study conducted in November 2025 revealed data completeness rates of 80% at UPTD Public Health Center Denpasar Selatan I, 81% at Denpasar Barat I, and 90% at Denpasar Timur I, all of which fall short of the 100% standard mandated by the Minister of Health Regulation No. 6 of 2024. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between EMR implementation and the completeness of maternal health data. This study employed an analytical quantitative approach with a correlational design, grounded in the DeLone & McLean Information System Success Model (ISSM), focusing specifically on the 'use' and 'information quality' dimensions. The sample comprised 30 healthcare professionals selected via a total sampling technique. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation test. The findings indicated that EMR implementation was categorized as excellent, while data completeness ranged from complete to highly complete. A significant, moderate correlation was observed between EMR implementation and data completeness. In conclusion, EMR implementation is significantly associated with data completeness.

Abstract

UPTD Puskesmas Denpasar Barat I has implemented an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system as part of the digital transformation in the healthcare sector. However, several technical issues are still encountered, such as system disruptions, delays in data access, and duplication of patient data, which may affect service satisfaction. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the EMR system on service satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model based on the dimensions of information content, data accuracy, and timeliness. This study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional analytic design. The research sample was determined using a total sampling technique involving 35 healthcare workers who used the EMR system. Data were collected using a digital questionnaire distributed through Google Forms and analyzed using linear regression. The results showed significance values for information content, data accuracy, and timeliness of 0.290, 0.036, and 0.612, respectively. The data accuracy variable had a significant effect on service satisfaction, while the information content and timeliness variables did not show a significant effect. Simultaneously, the EMR system significantly affected service satisfaction (sig. 0.000 < 0.05) with a contribution of 67.8%. This findings indicate that the EMR system affects service satisfaction, particularly in terms of data accuracy. The implementation of the EMR system at UPTD Puskesmas Denpasar Barat I has been fairly well implemented; however, improvements are still needed, especially in the aspects of information content and timeliness, to support the improvement of healthcare service quality.
