Abstract

Telah dilakukan uji korelasi antara konsentrasi serum hs-CRP, Adiponektin dan Cystatin-C dengan LDL teroksidasi sebagai petanda aterosklerosis pada pria sindroma metabolik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat korelasi konsentrasi serum antara hs-CRP dengan LDL teroksidasi dengan nilai r=0,316 dan p=0,022, korelasi konsentrasi serum Adiponektin dengan LDL teroksidasi dengan nilai r= -0,177 dan p=0,046 dan korelasi konsentrasi serum Cystatin-C dengan LDL teroksidasi dengan nilai r= 0,317 dan p= 0,022.Kata kunci : Sindroma Metabolik, hs-CRP, Adiponektin, Cystatin-CAbstractThe correlation test has been conducted between serum concentration of hs-CRP, Adiponectin and Cystatin-C with oxidized LDL as a marker of Atherosclerosis in male metabolic syndrome. The other research result has shown there was a correlation between the serum concentration of hs-CRP with oxidized LDL by value of r = 0.316 and p = 0.022, correlation of serum concentration of oxidized LDL Adiponectin by value of r = -0.177 and p = 0.046 and the correlation of serum concentration of Cystatin-C with oxidized LDL by value of r = 0.317 and p = 0.022.Keywords : Metabolic Syndrome, hs-CRP, Adiponectin, Cystatin-C
