<![CDATA[Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) adalah perkiraan nilai uang dari suatu kegiatan (proyek) yang telah memperhitungkan gambar-gambar bestek serta rencana kerja, daftar upah, daftar harga bahan, buku analisis, daftar susunan rencana biaya, serta daftar jumlah tiap jenis pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengetahui total Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang dibutuhkan pada pekerjaan Penyiapan Badan Jalan yang terdiri dari pekerjaan lapis pondasi agregat kelas A, pekerjaan AC-BC, pekerjaan AC-WC, dan pekerjaan Bahu Jalan dengan Perkerasan Beton pada rekonstruksi Jalan Lambale – Ereke Kab.Buton Utara segmen 2. Metode pada penelitian ini yang saya gunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Metode AHSP dan Menggunakan Aplikasi Excel 2010. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan jumlah biaya untuk pekerjaan item Lapis Pondasi Atas Rp 1.306.106.106 , item pekerjaan Bahu jalan perkerasan beton Rp 594.018.036,25, item pekerjaan AC-BC dan Prime Coat Rp 961.018.885,dan item pekerjaan AC-WC dan Tack Coat Rp 638.271.137. dan total keseluruhan untuk rencana anggaran biaya yang terdiri dari pekerjaan Lapis pondasi atas (LPA),pekerjaan Bahu jalan dengan perkerasan beton, Pekerjaan AC-BC dan pekerjaan AC-WC. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan, maka dapat saya simpulkan bahwa Jumlah anggaran biaya yang diperlukan pada Rekonstruksi Jalan Lambale – Ereke Kab. Buton Utara Segmen 2 dengan panjang jalan 2050 m yang dimulai dari STA 26+375 sampai dengan STA 28+425 yang mencakup perhitungan anggaran biaya untuk pekerjaan Lapis pondasi atas (LPA), AC-BC,AC-WC Dan pekerjaan bahu jalan dengan perkerasan beton yaitu Rp 4.024.330.000,00 (terbilang: Empat Miliar Dua Puluh Empat Juta Tiga Ratus Tiga Puluh ribu rupiah). Budget Plan is an estimate of the monetary value of an activity (project) that has taken into account bestek drawings and work plans, wage lists, material price lists, analysis books, list of cost plan arrangements, and a list of the amount of each type of work. The purpose of this study is to find out the total Budget Plan required for the Road Body Preparation work which consists of class A aggregate foundation layer work, AC-BC work, AC-WC work, and Road Shoulder work with Concrete Pavement in reconstruction. Lambale – Ereke street North Buton district segment 2. The method in the study that I used was AHSP Method and Using the Excel 2010 Application. The results of the study obtained the total cost for the work of the Upper Foundation Layer item Rp. 1,306,106,106, the Shoulder work item concrete pavement Rp. 594.018.036,25, AC-BC and Prime Coat work items Rp. 961,018,885, and AC-WC and Tack Coat work items Rp. 638,271,137. and the overall total for the budget plan which consists of the top layer work , road shoulder work with concrete pavement, AC-BC work and AC-WC work. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been described, I can conclude that the total budget required for the Lambale – Ereke street Reconstruction, North Buton Segment 2 with a road length of 2050 m starting from STA 26+375 to STA 28+425 which includes the calculation of the budget for the work of the top foundation layer, AC-BC, AC-WC and road shoulder work with concrete pavement namely Rp. 4.024.330.000,00 (in words: Four Billion Twenty Four Million Three Hundred Thirty thousand rupiah ).]]>
