Abstract

The purpose of making this journal is to find out the implementation of multicultural education at SMP 1 Tanjung Balai and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing multicultural education at SMP 1 Tanjung Balai. This study uses a qualitative method, with the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques using observation, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that SMP 1 Tanjung Balai has a very multicultural nuance. And it can be seen that SMP 1 Tanjung Balai has implemented multicultural education in the school environment since the beginning.

Abstract

This research aims to review the process and implementation of evaluating Al-Qur'an Recitations using the CIPP model. Through the Al-Qur'an recitation program, students can gain insight into knowledge of how to read, recite and write verses of the Al-Qur'an by knowing the rules that have been set, such as mahkorijul letters, short lengths, tajwid rules, and ghorib so that they do not there is a change in meaning. This research problem focuses on the evaluation of the CIPP System for the Al-Qur'an Recitation Program at Private MTs Cendikia. This research aims to find out: 1) the implementation of Al-Qur'an recitation program activities at the Private Scholar MTs. 2) evaluate the Al-Qur'an recitation program using the CIPP system at MTS Private Scholar. The type of research that will be carried out in this research is qualitative field research. The subject of this research is: Tahfiz teacher in applying recitations of the Qur'an at the Private Scholar MTs. The data collection techniques required are observation and documentation. As well as data analysis using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification." The results showed that: 1) The implementation of Al-Qur'an recitation program activities at Private MTS Cendikia was carried out using two methods, namely the Iqra' and Al-Baghdadi methods 2) Evaluation of the Al-Qur'an recitation program using the CIPP system at Private MTs Cendikia, namely by using Context Evaluation (context), namely the teacher's module contains materials, tests and assignments. Al-Qur'an reading and writing learning and context evaluation are carried out to see how students understand and as material for reflection for teachers. In the Input Evaluation (input) the teacher evaluates input to students, thus the teacher assesses whether the program is effective or not. Third, Evaluation Process (process) of strategy implementation and use of facilities/material capital in real field activities. Next, Product Evaluation, focuses on measuring success.

Abstract

Infrastructure is a tool that supports the learning process provided by the school. School infrastructure is one part that must be paid attention to by all levels of society. Without the infrastructure, learning cannot run optimally. The motive for this research is to understand how educational facilities and infrastructure are managed in the development of PAI education at the Sabila Hamparan Perak Private MTs. This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are that there are many differences between other schools and the Sabila Hamparan Perak Private MTs school in terms of facilities and infrastructure. The difference lies in terms of completeness. The infrastructure at the Sabila Hamparan Perak Private MTs is very limited, but students still have to take part in learning. But this does not become an obstacle to student learning. Sabila Hamparan Perak Private MTs is famous for being a school that has just been established, and also the number of students is still small, which is an important point. Because the small number of students will make the teacher more focused on teaching. Apart from that, students can be encouraged and accustomed to doing things as optimally as possible and invited to take part in various competitions that suit their talents and interests. Apart from that, students are stimulated to have future goals and so that they can focus on these goals.
