Abstract

Pet owners rely on veterinary clinics to meet the healthcare needs of their pets, and yet, many veterinary clinics still manage data using conventional methods without fully utilizing digital information systems. This leads to issues such as repetitive registration, difficulties in obtaining copies of medical records, and challenges in finding nearby veterinary clinics. This research aims to address these problems by designing and developing a mobile web application for a veterinary clinic marketplace. The application consists of two main components. The front-end utilizes the React.js library based on Progressive Web Apps (PWA), while the back-end utilizes the Express.js framework. To ensure the overall functionality of the application, black box testing is conducted by the developer. Through this approach, the application is expected to assist pet owners in searching for and accessing information about veterinary clinics, viewing the services provided, and managing pet medical records digitally and easily. This research contributes to optimizing data management in veterinary clinics and enhancing the experience of pet owners.

Abstract

Public Street Lighting (PJU) is a lighting system designed to provide street lighting at night with the aim of increasing comfort for pedestrians and motorists passing through. However, the obstacles faced regarding PJU lights at this time are that when carrying out monitoring and control officers are still checking and visiting the location of every whereabouts of PJU lights. So that to make it easier for officers to manage PJU lights in this study, they will conduct discussions related to the design and development of hardware that is applied to PJU lights. The methods used in the development of this system are design, development, and testing. To build hardware using components such as ESP32 as a microcontroller, PZEM004Tv30 sensor, DHT22 sensor, IC RTC DS3231, Relay 30 A, IC LM2596 5V, IC AMS1117 3.3V, GSM SIM808 Module and LDR sensor, while for implementing the protocol using the MQTT protocol and Antares as the MQTT platform. The results of tests carried out on each circuit block in hardware such as the DHT22 sensor have an accuracy range of ~0.1 – 0.2, the PZEM004Tv30 sensor has an accuracy range of ~0.3 – 0.5, Regulator IC LM2596 5V and AMS1117 3.3V each has an appropriate output voltage of ~5V and ~3.3V, and the CH340C IC Driver IC can work and read properly.

Abstract

The manual administration of the Co-Assistant (Coass) program at Dental and Oral Education Hospitals is often inefficient, prone to delays, and lacks transparency in data handling. To address these limitations, this study implemented a web-based information system developed using the Agile Scrum methodology. Development was carried out through five iterative sprints, totaling 106 story points, enabling the team to incrementally build and refine system features in alignment with stakeholder needs. The Scrum approach not only facilitated the completion of the product backlog but also proved instrumental in managing complex business logic and ensuring seamless inter-module integration. Key outcomes include enhanced efficiency in logbook recording, streamlined clinical assessment workflows, and improved data transparency. These results suggest that Agile Scrum is well-suited for dynamic, semi-academic environments such as teaching hospitals. This research offers a replicable, adaptive development model that can guide other health education institutions in accelerating the digital transformation of their academic and clinical administrative processes.

Abstract

The adoption of new technology in professional settings is often hindered by low user acceptance, making usability a key factor in successful implementation. This study aims to assess the perceived usability of a web-based administrative information system for the Coass program at the Dental and Oral Hospital (RSGM). The evaluation used the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with 41 respondents, including Coass students, dentists, and administrative staff. The average SUS score was 80.121, categorized as "Excellent." These results indicate that the system is highly user-friendly and well-accepted, reflecting effective interface design and user experience as strong indicators of institutional adoption.

Abstract

The successful adoption of an information system is highly dependent on its technical quality, including performance, accessibility, adherence to Best Practices, and SEO compliance. This study aims to evaluate the technical quality of a web-based information system for Coass (clinical internship) administration using Google Lighthouse. The audit was conducted on three key user interfaces: the Admin, Doctor, and Student Dashboards. The evaluation focused on four main categories: Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO. The results demonstrated outstanding scores across all tested pages, with Performance scoring between 99–100, Accessibility at 95–96, and perfect scores (100) in both Best Practices and SEO. These results confirm that the system exhibits a high level of technical quality and aligns with modern web development standards. The findings indicate that the system delivers not only functional capabilities but also speed, reliability, and a highly optimized user experience.
