Abstract

PKP-PK unit is an emergency response unit at the airport whose location is within the air-side area that not everyone can enter. The community around the airport and many vocational aviation students have not received comprehensive information related to this PKP-PK Unit. This Unit has a vital role, especially at the time of the accident at the airport. Community Service Activities (PKM) is one of the activities of Tridharma Higher Education that the academic community must carry out at the Polytechnic of Aviation Indonesia Curug. Because it is still in the pandemic condition, Covid-19 PKM activity is done through Webinar with Zoom.  This webinar activity was attended by Vocational Aviation Students in Lampung and Sidoarjo regions in collaboration with Karang Taruna Sedati Gede Sidoarjo village, East Java. After this activity is completed, it is expected that it will increase the knowledge and insight of the students of SmK Flight regarding emergency management units at the airport.

Abstract

This research was conducted through the literature review method, by finding references in accordance with the research context. The purpose of this research is to summarize the current findings and provide an overview of how higher education institutions pursue academic excellence and industry relevance amid global challenges. The results revealed that higher education institutions are implementing innovations such as multidisciplinary curricula, expanded use of online learning, and university-industry collaboration initiatives to promote research and development. The research found that success in supporting excellence and relevance depends on institutions' ability to strategically adapt to external changes and utilize technological advances for innovative and responsive educational development. The implications include the need for dynamic policies and resource utilization to support an academic environment that encourages students' intellectual growth and professional competence.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape, the convergence of artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain technology, and human capital management (HCM) is reshaping the strategies that drive businesses forward. This exploratory study delves into the intricate integration of these technologies and their profound implications for digital marketing. Our research uncovers the transformative potential of AI and blockchain in digital marketing. AI's capacity to automate and optimize marketing processes and blockchain's promise of enhanced data security and transparency offer businesses unprecedented tools for customer engagement and operational efficiency. However, this integration raises complex ethical concerns. Balancing the power of AI with responsible data handling and the immutable nature of blockchain with data privacy becomes paramount. HR professionals are pivotal in addressing these challenges as they guide the development of AI-related competencies within the workforce and foster a culture of ethical AI and blockchain use. The study envisions a future marked by even more sophisticated AI-driven marketing strategies and blockchain's disruptive impact on digital advertising. To harness these opportunities, organizations must invest in upskilling their workforce and consider the creation of hybrid job roles blending technical and creative skills. This research contributes valuable insights into the digital marketing landscape, offering guidance on navigating the evolving technological frontier while adhering to ethical principles.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the central issues faced in the integration of technology and collaborative learning in transforming higher education in the 21st century. The research method used is literature review. The findings in this study confirm that technology integration and collaborative learning have great potential in supporting the transformation of higher education, but there are several barriers that need to be overcome. First, the gap in access to technology is still evident among students from various economic and geographical backgrounds. Second, the issue of digital literacy among educators and students, which often does not keep pace with the technological advancements used in learning, requires more intensive and sustainable training programs. Third, data security and privacy issues that arise with the use of digital platforms, requiring stronger policy frameworks and more effective implementation of security technologies. Fourth, challenges in the design of effective assessments to measure collaborative learning outcomes and integrated technologies. This research suggests increased access to technology, better digital literacy training, stronger privacy policies, and the development of new assessment methods as key steps to optimize learning

Abstract

Keselamatan dan keamanan penerbangan baik itu terhadap sarana maupun prasarana penerbangan merupakan tanggung jawab bersama Pemerintah, pelaku usaha bidang penerbangan, Pengguna Jasa Penerbangan dan masyarakat sekitar Bandar Udara (Putra, 2019). Oleh karena itu pemahaman yang memadai tentang faktor-faktor yang dapat menjadi penyebab terganggunya keselamatan, keamanan penerbangan dan kelancaran pelayanan penerbangan sangat diperlukan masyarakat luas. Pemahaman masyarakat atas keselamatan dan keamanan penerbangan di sekitar wilayah kedudukan bandar udara menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung terjaminnya keselamatan dan keamanan penerbangan (Island et al., 2021). Memperhatikan pentingnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap keselamatan dan keamanan penerbangan, dirasa perlu memberikan pelatihan Safety and Security Awareness pada warga masyarakat disekitar bandar udara Ngeloram, Cepu. Tahapan Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini berlangsung selama 5 bulan terhitung dari tahap perencanaan sampai dengan evaluasi, penyusunan laporan akhir PKM dan Publikasi. Kegiatan pelatihan akan melibatkan para pengajar yang sudah berpengalaman di bidang Safety and Security Awareness dan dilaksanakan selama 1 hari dengan materi pelatihan yang komprehensif. Diharapkan dengan pelatihan Safety and Security Awareness ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat sekitar bandara dan lingkungan strategis serta membantu bandara dalam menjaga Kawasan Keselamatan Operasi Penerbangan terkait pentingnya aspek Keamanan dan Keselamatan penerbangan.

Abstract

Bandar Udara Ahmad Yani merupakan bandar udara yang berada dibawah pengelolaan PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) yang memiliki fungsi sebagai pintu gerbang dan ujung tombak lalu lintas udara serta perekonomian yang berlokasi di bagian barat kota Semarang. Salah satu unit di Bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang yang bertugas melaksanakan keamanan bandara/penerbangan adalah Unit Aviation Security. Menurut Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor : PM 9 tahun 2024 tentang Keamanan Penerbangan Nasional, Keamanan Penerbangan (aviation security) adalah suatu keadaan yang memberikan perlindungan kepada penerbangan dari tindakan melawan hukum melalui keterpaduan pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia, fasilitas, dan prosedur. Personel pengamanan penerbangan yang diberi tugas dan tanggung jawab dibidang keamanan penerbangan harus memiliki lisensi. Personel pengamanan bertugas dan bertanggung jawab menjaga & menjamin keselamatan para pekerja dan pengguna jasa penerbangan. Untuk melaksanakan tugas tersebut dengan baik, setiap personil harus membuat laporan harian setelah bertugas, apakah pada saat bertugas mengalami hambatan/kendala yang disebabkan oleh tidak berfungsinya alat/ fasiilitas yang digunakan atau ada kejadian yang memerlukan tindak lanjut, untuk itu diperlukan system pelaporan yang sederhana, mudah dilaksanakan dan aman untuk penyimpanan dokumentasinya dengan menggunakan teknologi aplikasi berbasis web.

Abstract

Industri penerbangan nasional terus berkembang pesat, seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan global. Peningkatan kualitas SDM belum sepenuhnya merata, terutama tenaga guru SMK pada sektor pendidikan vokasi penerbangan yang menjadi fondasi awal pembentukan tenaga kerja di bidang ini. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru-guru SMK Penerbangan, khususnya di SMK Negeri 6 Kota Tangerang dalam memahami regulasi penerbangan, kebandarudaraan, keselamatan, keamanan, dan aspek bisnis penerbangan. Berdasarkan analisis situasi, ditemukan adanya kesenjanganpengetahuan di kalangan guru yang berpotensi menghambat kualitas pembelajaran dan kesiapan siswa menghadapi tantangan industri penerbangan. Melalui pelatihan yang dilaksanakan secara tatap muka, para peserta memperoleh materi sesuai standar ICAO dan regulasi nasional (DGCA). Materi disampaikan oleh Dosen Program Studi Operasi Bandar Udara, Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi dari peserta, baik dari aspek materi, narasumber, maupun metode penyampaian. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar terbentuknya jejaring berkelanjutan antara institusi pendidikan vokasi penerbangan, serta meningkatkan kesiapan lulusan dalam menghadapi tantangan global di sektor aviasi.

Abstract

Sistem Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) merupakan fasilitas bantu visual yang berperan penting dalam mendukung keselamatan pendaratan pesawat, khususnya pada kondisi malam hari dan visibilitas rendah. Pada kondisi eksisting di Bandara Fransiskus Xaverius Seda Maumere, sistem PAPI masih menggunakan konfigurasi single circuit yang bergantung pada satu Constant Current Regulator (CCR), sehingga gangguan pada jalur suplai daya berpotensi menyebabkan pemadaman total sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem PAPI berbasis dual circuit yang terintegrasi dengan sistem energi solar cell untuk meningkatkan keandalan operasional penerangan pendekatan. Penelitian menggunakan metode engineering design research melalui observasi lapangan, studi dokumentasi, studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan sistem, serta perhitungan teknis komponen tenaga surya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konfigurasi dual circuit mampu meningkatkan redundansi sistem dan mengurangi risiko total blackout. Integrasi solar cell juga dinilai layak sebagai sumber energi cadangan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kebutuhan daya sistem. Selain itu, sistem monitoring dan kontrol berbasis web mampu mendukung pemantauan kondisi kelistrikan secara real time dan meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan operasional sistem PAPI.
