Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan prinsip etika serta ajaran hadis dalam pengelolaan Toko Dhuafa Mart yang terletak di Air Tiris. Kegiatan ini merupakan pendampingan kepada para pengelola toko agar dapat menjalankan usaha dengan mematuhi nilai-nilai moral dan ajaran Islam. Metode yang digunakan merupakan diskusi kelompok, serta penerapan langsung di lapangan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan kemampuan pengelola dalam menerapkan etika dan hadis dalam praktik sehari-hari, yang berdampak positif pada operasional toko dan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memperkuat rasa kebersamaan dan tanggung jawab sosial di antara pengelola toko, yang semakin menyadari peran mereka dalam membantu masyarakat dhuafa. Melalui penerapan etika dan hadis dalam pengelolaan toko, Dhuafa Mart tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat usaha, tetapi juga sebagai pusat pembelajaran dan pembinaan moral bagi komunitasnya. Dampak jangka panjang yang diharapkan adalah terciptanya budaya kerja yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam, yang dapat menjadi model bagi toko-toko lain dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat dhuafa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Introduction: This article aims to provide a better understanding of the Opportunities and Challenges in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development with a hadith perspective a pproach. Methods: This research is a descriptive qualitative research using a literature research approach. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data sources. primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques with keyword searches, subject searches and from recent scientific articles. from recent scientific articles. Results: Report the main result/findings is that the lack and lack of ability to read opportunities is a weak point in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. In addition, marketing strategies, networking and promotion systems and funding often make Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises unable to compete in the distribution of their products in the market. So the research is expected to provide further policy recommendations to increase the strength of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as an opportunity and empower Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in facing various challenges. Conclusion and suggestion: This article highlights the importance of research and a deeper understanding of the Opportunities and Challenges of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development in Hadith Perspective. Along with the times, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are the main support in the country's economic growth, but along with its development there are many challenges in its development such as human resources, inability to monitor and lack of management knowledge and funding. This activity is a business that is in line with the teachings of Islam which is recommended in terms of buying and selling that is good and in accordance with Islamic religious law.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education plays a highly strategic role in shaping the character of the younger generation to become morally upright, responsible, and possess high moral integrity. In this era of globalization, marked by rapid technological and informational advances, young people face increasingly complex challenges, including negative influences that threaten moral and spiritual values. Islamic Religious Education serves as a shield by instilling faith, piety, and noble character (akhlaq karimah) from an early age. This article aims to examine the urgency of Islamic education in character formation and to analyze effective approaches that can be applied within the family, school, and community environments. Through a qualitative method and literature review, it is found that the integration of religious knowledge, exemplary behavior, and spiritual practice can shape a holistic and competitively positive individual in society. Thus, Islamic Religious Education is a crucial foundation for producing a generation that excels not only intellectually but also morally and spiritually.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at the Madrasah Tarbiyah Islamiah Islamic Boarding School (PPMTI) Tanjung Berulak with the theme "Introduction to Sharia Finance as a Solution for Islamic Financial Management through a Participatory Education Program Based on Counseling." This program aims to increase students' understanding and awareness of the concepts and practices of sharia financial management as an alternative financial management in accordance with Islamic principles. The activity is designed to equip students not only with normative Islamic knowledge, but also with the application skills in applying sharia financial principles, particularly through an introduction to the systems and products of sharia financial institutions such as Sharia Banks. The activity stages began with preparation that included coordination with the boarding school management, preparation of educational materials, and development of supporting media in the form of presentation materials. The activity was attended by grade XII students with a participatory counseling approach through interactive lectures, discussions, and questions and answers. This approach provides space for students to actively participate, explore understanding, and relate the material to the context of everyday life. The results of the activity demonstrate an increased understanding among students of the urgency of Islamic financial management, as well as a growing interest and enthusiasm for implementing Islamic financial principles in their personal and social lives. This program is expected to encourage students to become agents of Islamic financial literacy in their communities, supporting the creation of an Islamic and sustainable society.

Abstract

Character education is a crucial aspect in shaping a generation with noble morals amidst the changing times and technological advances that influence student behavior. The moral crisis occurring in communities and schools demonstrates the importance of strengthening character education based on Islamic values. This study aims to determine the contribution of the hadith to the development of character education and to analyze the implementation of hadith values ​​in character formation in students. The study used a qualitative approach with library research. Data were obtained from hadith books, books, journals, and various literature related to character education from an Islamic perspective. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis, examining the meaning of the hadith as it relates to the values ​​of character education. The results indicate that the hadith plays a significant role in the development of character education through the values ​​of honesty, discipline, responsibility, compassion, and tolerance. The implementation of hadith values ​​can be achieved through teacher role models, school practices, and the role of families in shaping students' behavior with noble morals in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of digital literacy among junior high school (SMP) teachers, with a focus on the wise, safe, and ethical use of social media. In today's digital era, teachers' roles are not only as instructors in the classroom but also as role models in a healthy digital ecosystem. Through this outreach, participants were provided with an understanding of the basic concepts of digital literacy, the risks and challenges in the digital space, and strategies for using social media to support learning and shape student character. The activity's implementation methods included material delivery, interactive discussions, and case simulations. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in teachers' knowledge and awareness of the importance of digital literacy, as well as a change in attitudes toward more responsible online activities. This activity is expected to be the first step in building a positive digital culture in the school environment and encourage teachers to become agents of digital literacy amidst the rapid flow of digital information today.

Abstract

Financial literacy is an essential competency that young people need to face increasingly complex economic challenges. However, many high school students still lack adequate understanding of financial planning and management, particularly from an Islamic perspective. This community service program aimed to enhance students’ understanding of Islamic financial planning as a foundation for achieving future financial independence. The program employed a participatory educational approach consisting of interactive lectures, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and simple budgeting simulations. The materials covered Islamic financial literacy, money management, budgeting, saving habits, consumer behavior control, and the application of Islamic values in financial decision-making. The results indicated that participants demonstrated improved understanding of financial planning, the ability to distinguish between needs and wants, and greater awareness of managing finances wisely in accordance with Islamic principles. Furthermore, the program enhanced students’ awareness of ethical values and social responsibility in economic activities. Therefore, Islamic financial planning education can serve as an effective tool for improving youth financial literacy and fostering healthy and sustainable financial behavior.

Abstract

Islamic economic literacy is an important factor in supporting the development of the Islamic economy at the community level. However, public understanding of Islamic economic concepts and practices remains limited, particularly among local communities directly involved in economic activities. This community service program aimed to enhance Islamic economic literacy by strengthening the role of Dhuafa Mart Air Tiris Kampar as a medium for education and community empowerment. The program employed needs identification, presentations, interactive discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and practical examples of implementing Islamic economic principles in daily business activities. The materials covered the contribution of Dhuafa Mart in promoting Islamic economics, Islamic principles of wealth acquisition, consumption and distribution, the application of business ethics based on Hadith, and Islamic financial planning. The results indicated that participants, consisting of Dhuafa Mart managers and employees, actively engaged in the program and demonstrated improved understanding of Islamic economic principles and their application in business management. Furthermore, the program strengthened the role of Dhuafa Mart as an educational platform capable of promoting Islamic economic values in a practical and sustainable manner. Abstract

Sharia financial literacy is a crucial aspect in developing healthy financial behavior in accordance with Islamic values. However, the level of public and student understanding of the concept of saving and transactions based on Sharia principles still needs to be improved. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge, understanding, and awareness of students and the community regarding the importance of saving and transactions in accordance with Sharia principles. The activity was implemented through a participatory approach, encompassing preparation, educational outreach, interactive discussions, practical simulations, evaluation, and follow-up. The material presented covered the basic concepts of Sharia banking, the importance of saving, Sharia savings products, and the application of Sharia principles in daily financial transactions. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the differences between Sharia and conventional banks, the concept of profit-sharing, and the importance of avoiding transactions containing elements of riba, gharar, and maysir. Furthermore, participants demonstrated high enthusiasm throughout the activity and were more motivated to adopt savings habits and use Sharia financial services. This activity makes a positive contribution to increasing Islamic financial literacy and inclusion and encourages wiser, more responsible financial behavior that aligns with Islamic principles.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) activity aims to introduce the concept of Islamic financial management to students at the Madrasah Tarbiyah Islamiah Islamic Boarding School (PPMTI) Tanjung Berulak as a solution for Islamic financial management. The method used in this research began with preparation, including coordination with the boarding school management, preparation of materials, and creation of supporting media such as presentations. On the day of the community service activity, 12th-grade students participated. The material was delivered using a lecture method, with students given material based on the theme. Following the presentation, a discussion session was held, giving students the opportunity to ask questions related to the theme, allowing them to delve deeper into the concepts taught. The results of this activity demonstrated an increased understanding of the students' understanding of the importance of Islamic financial management and their enthusiasm for applying Islamic financial principles in their daily lives. This activity is expected to not only provide direct benefits to the students but also inspire them to become agents of change in their communities, promote Islamic finance, and support the creation of a more Islamic and prosperous society.
