Abstract

Current digital transformation encourages the improvement of online learning process development through the internet networks with social media platforms, learning applications, and websites. The evolution of creativities and innovations in various fields support the creation of various new learning applications that must be known and used by educators, staffs, and students in a university. In addition, online webinars and online learnings have also started to become a new routine or daily activity in the world of education.     Every learning application, online webinar, online learning, and other online media generally has a special link where each user must at least remember, record, save, or search for the link through search engines or copy from email or social media chat so that at any time they can access it.     The problem is that sometimes due to busy work and age, we often forget to remember these links. Sometimes we remember and record it, but need more time to type it in its long sentence or URL. There are even special links that cannot be searched using the search engines Google, Yahoo, and so on. This will certainly be an obstacle and quite a hassle for educators and education staff, especially if the links that must be accessed are very large, tens or even hundreds of them.     This research provides a solution to the above problems by designing a web application that functions as a link organizer that makes it easier for educators, staffs, and students to store learning application links and other important links so that when needed, they just open the web and click the link. which has been saved.     This study method such as observation, system design, interface design, application design, and testing of a web application as a link organizer. The results provide positive future works that can be further developed and refined.

Abstract

Gerbang logika merupakan komponen dasar dan komponen utama dari teknologi digital. Gerbang logika memiliki input dan output dengan karakteristik tertentu berdasarkan tabel kebenaran, dan didisain untuk membangun rangkaian logika kombinasional maupun logika sekuensial. Dengan prinsip logika biner, komponen ini berperan penting bagi perancangan komputer dan teknologi komunikasi digital. Konsep dasar gerbang logika adalah komunikasi searah, dari bagian input ke bagian output. Salah satu gerbang logika yang disainnya paling sederhana adalah BUFFER, yang memiliki sebuah input dan sebuah output, dan dapat digunakan untuk mensinkronisasikan sinyal-sinyal komunikasi pada rangkaian/peralatan digital. Penulisan ini adalah penelitian yang dilakukan untuk merancang rangkaian logika yang dapat melakukan komunikasi dua arah dengan menggunakan gerbang logika BUFFER, yaitu rangkaian Scoring Board untuk pertandingan olahraga. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah analisa dan simulasi rangkaianmenggunakan Electronics Workbench 5.12. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi konsep dasar bagi perancanganScoring Board digital, dan bermanfaat bagi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract--Education is the right of every nation and society including disable students which have physical, emotional, mental, intellectual and social disorders. In an effort to facilitate proper education for students with special needs, especially deaf students, our research team consisting of permanent lecturers from Electrical Engineering Study Program Universitas Katolik De La Salle Manado were called to care and commit to conduct research on assistive technology for deaf students. Our team designed and created a Button Board Speech-to-Image tool based on the ESP8266 microcontroller which is intended for Deaf Students to make it easier for them to communicate and interact with teachers while in class, especially during exams or learning process activities. The research method used for this research was system design and data mining. The assistive technology development method used is Research and Development (R&D). The inputs on the Button Board were processed into sound (speech) which was sent to the recipient wirelessly so that what the Deaf Student wants to convey in class can be understood by the Teacher through the speaker. The assistive technology development method used is Research and Development (R&D). The technology operates well with WiFi network and well accepted for learning process and communication.

Abstract

Kima  Bajo  Village  is  one  of  the  villages  in  North  Minahasa  Regency  which  has  great  herbal tourism potential. In particular, Kima Bajo Village is known for having a wealth of knowledge about traditional medicine, especially coastal medicinal plants. Apart from that, Kima Bajo Village is a buffer area for the  Likupang  tourist  destination,  which  is  one  of  the  super  priority  destinations  (DSP).       Along  with technological  advances,  digitalization  has  become  a  solution  for  optimizing  tourism  potential. Digitalization of medicinal plants can increase the attractiveness of herbal tourism in Kima Bajo Village and its surroundings. Digitalization in the form of creating a digital database, has an important role in developing herbal tourism in Kima Bajo Village, North Minahasa Regency. In this case, digitalization has a  very  important  role  in  making  it  easier  to  access  information  and  understanding  about  medicinal plants, both for local people and tourists.      Our activity involved mapping the location and spatial distribution  of  these  medicinal  plants.  The  mapping  was  carried  out  based  on  the  position  of  the coordinate point where the medicinal plant population was found in the Kimabajo area.      The output of this activity was increasing public services regarding herbal tourism information in digital and web-based form. Apart from that, scientific publications, mass media publications and activity video publications were the output of the activity so that it can contribute optimally to partners and universities.

Abstract

Multimeter adalah salah satu alat yang sangat penting dalam melakukan pengukuran di Laboratorium. Alat ukur ini umumnya digunakan untuk mengukur tegangan dan arus rangkaian, disamping ada juga pengukuran nilai resistansi dan lainnya. Multimeter secara standar diproduksi oleh pabrik dalam bentuk ukuran yang portabel dan menggunakan catu daya baterei yang keluarannya DC. Untuk menghasilkan pengukuran yang akurat catu daya multimeter harus stabil. Baterei digunakan sebagai catu daya untuk multimeter karena faktor fleksibilitas dan ketidaktersediaan listrik saat mati lampu. Tetapi jika batereinya tidak diganti secara rutin dan dicek setiap saat, maka dapat mempengaruhi hasil pengukuran. Berdasarkan hal ini dan juga pengalaman saat praktikum di Laboratorium, maka Dosen dibantu dengan Mahasiswa melakukan penelitian di Laboratorium Teknik Elektro Unika De La Salle Manado dan merancang sebuah multimeter yang memiliki catu daya AC ke DC. Intinya multimeter ini arusnya diambil dari catu daya AC PLN yang kemudian diubah menjadi tegangan baterei DC yang sesuai dengan input multimeter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, pemodelan, perancangan alat, serta pengujian. Multimeter yang dimodifikasi adalah multimeter digital dan hasil perancangan menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan multimeter dapat digunakan dengan baik.
