Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus merupakan penyebab kematian urutan ke tujuh di dunia dimana kejadian DM tipe 2 adalah 95% dari populasi dunia. Angka kejadian DM di Indonesia 8,5% sedangkan angka kejadian di Jawa Barat yaitu 4,2%. Upaya dalam mencegah terjadinya komplikasi yaitu dengan pengontrolan yang terapeutik dan teratur melalui perubahan gaya hidup pasien DM, dalam hal ini dukungan keluarga sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dukungan keluarga pada penderita DM tipe 2. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang memberikan gambaran tentang variabel yang akan diteliti. Desain yang dipergunakan adalah systematic literatur review atau sering disingkat SLR dalam bahasa indonesia disebut tinjauan pustaka sistematis. Data yang disajikan yaitu data sekunder. Hasil dari penelusuran 3 jurnal didapatkan bahwa peneliti ke 1 menyebutkan dukungan keluarga sebanyak (67,9%) dengan kategori rendah dengan bentuk dukungan yang paling mudah diberikan yaitu berkaitan dengan support emosional dan dukungan yang paling sulit diberikan yaitu berkaitan dengan support informasi, peneliti ke 2 (62,2%) kategori tinggi, dimana sebanyak (60,4%) dukungan emosional tinggi, (52,3%) dukungan penghargaan tinggi, (55,9%) dukungan instrumental tinggi, dan (58,6%) dukungan informasional tinggi, peneliti ke 3 menyebutkan sebanyak (53,3%) kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini disarankan pada tenaga kesehatan agar dapat memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang penyakit dari diabetes mellitus, penatalaksanaannya, dan pencegahan. Pendidikan kesehatan ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara pemberian pengetahuan pada saat kunjungan ke Puskesmas baik kepada pasien dan keluarga, sehingga didapatkan persamaan persepsi antara pasien dan keluarga tentang diabetes mellitus tipe II.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Hypertension is one of the degenerative diseases that has the highest incidence in Indonesia. Hypertension is an incurable disease but can only be controlled by changing lifestyles. Lifestyle is one indicator of a person's quality of life. Someone who has a healthy lifestyle will run his life by paying attention to the factors that can affect his health. This will cause a person's health level to be good. Good health makes a person's quality of life. Changes in lifestyle and low levels of healthy behavior can lead to various health problems. A healthy lifestyle is an important part in handling the incidence of hypertension. The purpose of this study is to describe the lifestyle of people with hypertension. This type of research is a descriptive study with adesign Systematic Literature Review. The conclusion from this research is that most hypertension sufferers have a relatively healthy diet by reducing salt consumption and only consuming low salt. In terms of physical activity, the majority of hypertensive sufferers have performed relatively healthy physical activities. In the aspect of smoking and drinking alcohol, many people with hypertension are not smokers and do not have the habit of drinking alcohol. In managing stress, some hypertension sufferers have not been able to manage the stress. The results of this study are expected to provide a lifestyle description so that the management of hypertension can be carried out optimally, especially lifestyle modification for people with hypertension.

Abstract

Toddlerhood is an important period in the development process in humans. Development in toddler age determines the success of children's development in the next period. Achievement of development in infants that is not optimal is the impact of stunting. As a result of this stunting can have an impact on delays in growth and development in infants. So the need for stimulation or stimulation from the family, especially mothers. If the family especially the mother does not have good knowledge about the development of toddlers, then the child can have developments that are not by his age. This study aims to find out the description of the mother's knowledge about toddler development. The research method used is the Systematic Literature Review. Data collection strategies used are secondary data from the results of research through articles on search sites with keywords mother's knowledge, development, and toddlers 1-5 years. The number of respondents in the study around 30-106 mothers of children under five. The results of the conclusions in this study indicate that there is good knowledge in the language and social aspects, as well as inadequate knowledge in gross and fine motor aspects. It is recommended to the health center in particular or health services to always provide counseling related to the continued growth and development of infants in the Integrated Healthcare Center every month, so that parents, especially mothers of children under five, can pay attention to developments that occur in infants according to their age.
