Abstract

This action research aims to find out whether psychological capital and transformational leadership affect organizational citizenship behavior through work engagement with employees of a pharmaceutical packaging-based company in Bekasi. The data collection method in this study used survey methods and distributed questionnaires, respondents were selected by purposive sampling method. the criteria were permanent employees who worked in the same company based on the packaging of medicines located in Bekasi and have worked for at least the last 1 year. The number of samples used was 218 people. The analytical method used is the analysis structural equation model (SEM). The findings from this study were psychological capital, transformational leadership's positive and significant effect on work engagement, and work engagement's positive and considerable influence on organizational citizenship behavior. But psychological capital and transformational leadership does not affect organizational citizenship behavior. Besides that, psychological capital and transformational leadership have positive and significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior through work engagement. In addition, the results found that work engagement can mediate the influence between psychological capital and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The creative industry is an important sector in the Indonesian economy. This industry has great potential to increase economic growth, job creation and national competitiveness. However, to achieve this potential, companies in the creative industries need to continue to innovate and improve their performance. One of the factors that can encourage innovation and company performance is a learning-oriented organizational culture. This research aims to analyze the influence of learning-oriented organizational culture on innovation in creative industry companies. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data was collected through surveys using questionnaires and literature studies. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using a regression test using the SPSS program. The research results show that a learning-oriented organizational culture has a positive influence on innovation and company performance in the creative industries. This culture creates an environment that encourages employees to continuously learn and develop, facilitates the exchange of ideas, and adopts new approaches to their work. In addition, a learning-oriented culture also improves overall company performance by improving operational efficiency, increasing employee satisfaction, and producing better and more innovative products or services.

Abstract

The importance of knowledge management integration in increasing organisational flexibility in the midst of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which demands rapid adaptation and responsiveness, requires organisations to continue to innovate in the dynamics of change. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between knowledge management and organisational flexibility and provide practical recommendations to optimise the application of knowledge management to improve organisational responsiveness. The research method uses a qualitative approach with literature study as the main source of data. The results revealed that effective integration between knowledge management and organisational flexibility can provide a significant competitive advantage. However, in its implementation, there are obstacles such as cultural resistance and technological limitations. The conclusion of this study confirms that a thorough and integrated application of knowledge management is the key to increasing organisational flexibility in the digital era. The implication of these findings is the need for organisational commitment to build a culture of knowledge sharing, adopt technologies that support knowledge management and align strategies with overall business objectives to ensure success in the face of change and maintain competitiveness in a dynamic market.
