Abstract

This research approach is a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were 1 Head of the Protocol Subdivision, 1 Head of the Leadership Communications Subdivision and 1 staff of the Temanggung Regency Secretariat. While the object of research is the effectiveness of the communication pattern of the protocol section in supporting the tasks of regional leaders in Temanggung Regency, then data analysis uses an interactive model as proposed by Miles, M. B. and Huberman. The result is that the communication pattern is executed with the wheel pattern, chain pattern, Y pattern, and circle pattern. The obstacles faced by the Protocol Section of the Temanggung Regency Secretariat in supporting the tasks of the Temanggung Regency Regional Leader, the Head of the Protocol and Communications Division Leader is the lack of coordination between protocols with the Regent or with the related OPD regarding activities and publication of OPD programs, there are still gaps between the Sections Protocol and Communication of Leaders and leaders (Regent), causing late information that should be delivered at the right time, lack of competence of the Protocol Section employees who control IT for website management, social media (facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and SMS gateway, the lack of employees in the Protocol and Communications Division of the Leaders compared to the many tasks carried out in facilitating the activities of regional leaders (Regents). Efforts to improve communication of the Protocol and Communications Section of the Regional Secretariat of Temanggung Regency in supporting the tasks of the Temanggung Regency Regional Leadership, are increasing coordination between protocols with the Regent or with related OPD regarding activities and publications of OPD programs, increasing communication media between the Protocol and Communication Section of Leaders and leaders. (Regent), increasing the competence of the Protocol Division employees in the IT sector as well as completing the facilities and infrastructure, optimizing the performance of the Protocol and Communications Division employees and proposing additional employees for the Protocol and Leadership Communications Division.

Abstract

The study was titled The Effect of the Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance Through Motivation as Intervening Variables (Study on CV. Kembang Joyo Saputra), the research formulation is Directed at the performance of CV employees. Joyo Saputra flowers have decreased. This study was agreed to test and analyze the partial influence of the Work Environment, Communication, and Motivation on cv employee performance. Kembang Joyo Saputra and To test and analyze the partial influence of the Work Environment and Compensation on CV Employee Motivation. Joyo Saputra Flowers. The research methodology is a type of research using quantitative, using a sample method saturated with population and sample of 76 employee reponden, methods of taking data with questionnaires, and using validity tests, realibitias tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regressions, t tests, and determination tests, using path analysis that is with partial indirect influence between the Work Environment and Comceptnation on Employee Performance through Motivation with tools Sobel Test Calculator analysis.The results of the study, namely the Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance on the CV. Kembang Joyo Saputra, amounting to t count (2,542) and significant 0.012, Compensation affects and significantly affects Employee Performance on CV. Joyo Saputra flowers amounted to t count (2,691) and significant (0.008). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance on the CV. Joyo Saputra flowers with a calculated value of (2,269) and a signfikan of 0.025. The Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Motivation on the CV. Joyo Saputra flowers with a calculated value of 6,365 and a significant amount of 0.000. Compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee motivation on the CV. Joyo Saputra flowers with a calculated value of 2.742 and a significant amount of 0.0046. Motivation is able to mediate the relationship of the Work Environment to Employee Performance by 2,130 and significantly by 0.016. Motivation was able to mediate the compensation relationship to Employee Performance of 2,221 and significantly by 0.013.Conclusion that there is a partial positive and significant influence between work environment, motivation, and motivation on employee performance, there is a partial positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Compensation on employee work motivation, and there is an indirect influence between the Work Environment on Employee Performance through Motivation and there is an indirect influence between Compensation on Employee Performance through Motivation. In improving the work environment, there needs to be an improvement of new, modern, and sophisticated tools, a comfortable and safe workspace, the addition of compensation both directly and indirectly to increase employee motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the factors that caused the performance of the Staff of the 600th Infantry Raider Battalion/Modang Kodam VI/Mulawarman Balikpapan staff to improve, and to identify and analyze efforts to improve the performance of the 600th Infantry Raider Battalion staff. /Modang Kodam VI/ Mulawarman Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. This research uses qualitative research with data collection techniques such as interviews, document analysis, and observation. The data analysis method used by the author is using the Miles and Huberman method. The results showed that the factors causing the performance of the Staff of the Personnel Section in the Personnel Division of the 600th Raider Infantry Battalion/Modang Kodam VI/Mulawarman still need to be improved in terms of the need for training of soldiers in the provision, education, use, maintenance, and separation so that it affects the performance of soldiers, still there are some staff who have not had an undergraduate education and managerial and computer skills still need to be added, but the current condition is that soldiers actually have the requirements to carry out education but the quota given to attend education is very limited, the number of staff in the personnel department is inadequate so they still cannot meet DSP. Efforts to improve the performance of the Staff of the Personnel Division of the 600th Infantry Raider Battalion/Modang Kodam VI/Mulawarman include: (1) Effort-1: Improving the pattern of personnel staff development, reward and punishment, application of the merit system and improving the pattern of care for the Staff of the Personnel Division. (2) Effort-2: Increasing the leadership commitment to the education of special qualifications for personnel staff. (3) Effort-3: Arranging the placement of the Personnel Division Staff with the aim of fulfilling the DSP for personnel staff in all TNI AD work units.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan kearsipan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Rumah Penyimpanan Benda Sitaan Negara Kelas I Yogyakarta yang selanjutnya disebut Rupbasan Kelas I Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan untuk penelitian ini terdiri dari tujuh orang yang terdiri dari Pejabat struktural dan pejabat fungsional umum yang membidangi kegiatan kearsipan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data, diantaranya pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : pengelolaan kearsipan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai mencakup 1) Perencanaan Pengelolaan persuratan dan Kearsipan untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai terimplementasi dalam penyusunan program kerja jangka pendek dengan target capaian yang disesuaikan SKP dalam kurun waktu satu tahun dan jangka menengah dalam kurun waktu lima tahun dengan disusunnya ANJAB (Analisis Jabatan); 2) Pelaksanaan pengelolaan persuratan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Rupbasan Kelas I Yogyakarta meliputi penjelasan terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawab pekerjaan yang telah ditetapkan dalam ANJAB (Analisis Jabatan) dan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur); 3) Pengawasan pengelolaan persuratan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Rupbasan Kelas I Yogyakarta meliputi dua kegiatan yakni penilaian secara terencana dan tidak terencana. Manfaat penelitian yaitu memberi masukan dalam memberikan sumbangan pemikiran, koreksi dan penyempurnaan kebijakan dari Institusi terkait dan pihak - pihak yang berkepentingan. The purpose of this study was to determine filing management in an effort to improve employee performance at the Yogyakarta Class I State Confiscated Objects Storage House, hereinafter referred to as Yogyakarta Class I Rupbasan. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Informants for this study consisted of seven people consisting of structural officers and general functional officers in charge of archival activities. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation and interview techniques. This study uses data analysis techniques, including data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: management of records in an effort to improve employee performance includes 1) Planning for Management of Letters and Records to Improve Employee Performance is implemented in the preparation of short-term work programs with achievement targets adjusted to SKP within one year and medium term within five years with the formulation of ANJAB (Job Analysis); 2) Implementation of mail management in an effort to improve the performance of Yogyakarta Class I Rupbasan employees including an explanation of the duties and responsibilities of work that have been set out in ANJAB (Job Analysis) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures); 3) Supervision of mail management in an effort to improve the performance of Class I Yogyakarta Rupbasan employees includes two activities namely planned and unplanned assessments. The benefits of research are providing input in contributing thoughts, corrections and improvements to policies from related institutions and interested parties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena rendahnya kinerja pengelola keuangan pada Lapas Kelas IIB Wonosari dibuktikan dengan rendahnya nilai Indikator Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran (IKPA) Tahun 2021. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengelola keuangan maka dilakukan pendidikan dan pelatihan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pengelola keuangan berdasarkan IKPA pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Wonosari. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan yang diikuti oleh pengelola keuangan pada Lapas Kelas IIB Wonosari sudah efektif, dilihat dari hasil evaluasi setelah pendidikan dan pelatihan yaitu terjadi perubahan sikap dan perilaku pada diri pegawai dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya jauh lebih baik daripada sebelum mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan dan kinerja pegawai juga meningkat dari sebelum mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan nilai IKPA Lapas Kelas IIB Wonosari pada Tahun 2022.This research is based on the phenomenon of the low performance of financial managers at Class IIB Wonosari Prison as evidenced by the low value of the 2021 Budget Implementation Performance Indicator (IKPA). To improve the performance of financial managers, education and training are carried out. The focus of this research is the effectiveness of education and training in improving the performance of financial managers based on IKPA in Class IIB Penitentiary in Wonosari. The results of this study indicate that the education and training attended by financial managers at Class IIB Wonosari Lapas has been effective, seen from the results of the evaluation after education and training, namely changes in attitudes and behavior of employees in completing their work much better than before attending education and training and employee performance has also increased from before attending education and training. This is evidenced by the increase in the IKPA Class IIB Wonosari Prison in 2022.
