Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The informants used in this study were 3 people consisting of 1 Head of Audit Section and 2 tax auditors at KPP Pratama Magelang. Data analysis uses interactive model data as proposed by Miles and Huberman (2002) which includes three components, including data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing or verification. The performance of the Tax Auditor at KPP Pratama Magelang is still not optimal, the reason being that there are several obstacles in the implementation of the tax audit, namely: multi-interpretation tax regulations; high routine inspection load; revenue targets are too high; lack of quantity and quality of Tax Auditor Functional; and the lack of support for official vehicles and operational funds in the implementation of tax audits. Efforts to improve the performance of tax auditors at KPP Pratama Magelang are tax regulations must be prepared by taking into account the principles of clarity, certainty and simplicity so as to minimize the emergence of different interpretations (multi interpretation); additional quantity and quality of Tax Auditor Functional; improving tax services both directly and online; and provision of official vehicles for the implementation of audits and separation of operational tax audit funds.

Abstract

The subjects in this study were 3 employees of the PPKB PPPA Social Service in Magelang Regency, namely 1 Head of Women Empowerment and Child Protection, 1 Head of Women Empowerment Section, and 1 PPKB PPPA Social Service in Magelang Regency. Data analysis in this study refers to the thinking or theory of Miles and Huberman (1992) which includes 3 (three) steps of activity after the process of data collection and drawing conclusions.As a result, the improvement in handling cases of violence against women in Magelang Regency has been carried out based on performance indicators of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, but the performance of handling cases of violence against women is still less than optimal, this is due to (1) Lack of employees to handle women protection affairs. (2) Lack of operational funds for women and children protection programs and for cadre training. (3) Lack of facilities and infrastructure, (4) Protection of women and children victims of violence is a network with other institutions. In order to obtain data from the prosecutor office, it is sometimes difficult to obtain data about the victim. Efforts to improve the handling of cases of violence against women at the PPKB PPPA Social Service in Magelang Regency, namely: (1) Adding employees with psychological backgrounds to handle women protection affairs, especially in providing counseling or psychological assistance to women victims of violence. (2) Manage operational funds for women and children protection programs and for the training of trained cadres for handling existing victims of violence, both women and girls. (3) Addition of facilities and infrastructure, such as shelters for women victims of violence, shelter houses in collaboration with other non-governmental organizations, as well as means of program socialization through radio, webside and online media in the form of Instagram, Facebook, etc.. (4) Increasing cooperation with networks in an effort to improve services for handling and protecting women victims of violence.

Abstract

Discipline is the operative function of the most important human resource management because the better the discipline of employees, the higher the work performance that can be achieved. Without good discipline, it is difficult for organizations / companies to achieve optimal results. Discipline cannot be separated from the police because one of the police functions is to hold the function of state government in the field of law enforcement, protection, service and service to the community, as well as community guidance in order to guarantee the orderly and till the law and the deepest of the peace of society to realize security and public order. Therefore a member of the National Police is required to have a high level of discipline to support its duties. This study aims to identify the factors that cause discipline of members of the National Police at the Bandongan Police Station of the Magelang City Police have not been optimal in addition to knowing efforts to improve the discipline of members of the National Police in the Bandongan police station. The data collection technique used is interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis methods use data reduction, display data, and data verification. The results showed that the discipline of the National Police Members in the Bandongan Police was quite good, but there were some things that were not optimal, for example the discovery of several members who arrived late when implementing apples, the use of official official clothing, the attitude of members who did not match the rules and several members which is not orderly in terms of online attendance. The causes of some not disciplined members include poor time management, a low level of awareness of members and less obedient to applicable regulations. Efforts to improve the discipline of members of the National Police at the Bandongan police station, among them by increasing supervision of unsuppled members and decisive actions against the members.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of electronic market service fees (E- Retribution) in Temanggung Regency. The research was conducted at the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade, Temanggung Regency in December 2022. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation.The data analysis used is Miles and Huberman Interactive Data Analysis Model which consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification.The research results show that: The stages in implementing market service fees electronically (E-Retribution) are coordination of parties related to E-Retribution, making E-Retribution applications, making merchant NPWRDs, socializing E-Retribution to market traders, and appointing special officers to carry out assistance and E-Retribution assistance Obstacles faced in implementing E-Retribution are that the internet network is not optimal, there are frequent disruptions to the E-Retribution application system with MPOS, a balance filling system that is not practical, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) does not yet exist, application dashboard displays and features are not all presented in the E- Retribution application. 3). Efforts in implementing E-Retribution are coordinating with the Office of Communication and Informatics to handle the internet network, coordinating with E-Retribution application vendors and Bank Jateng to overcome disruptions to the E-Retribution system, E-Retribution SOPs are being prepared and discussed internally by the Service and coordination with parties vendor regarding the addition of data search features and adjustments to the appearance of the E-Retribution application dashboard according to needs so that it will be easier to understand.
