Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang prinsip kehati-hatian notaris dalam membuat akta sebagai bentuk perlindungan hukum dari tindak pidana pencucian uang yang mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk dari prinsip kehati-hatian notaris agar terhindar dari tindak pidana pencucian uang, serta untuk mengetahui akibat hukum notaris yang terlibat pidana pencucian uang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang berjenis normatif (normative legal research),  yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku atau diterapkan terhadap suatu masalah hukum tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa : bentuk dari prinsip kehati-hatian notaris dalam pembuatan akta adalah notaris haris teliti, memverifikasi dan memvalidasi data, tidak terburu-buru, dan memenuhi persyaratan-persyaratan teknis dalam pembuatan akta. Kaitannya dengan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang, prinsip kehati-hatian yang dapat dilakukan oleh notaris adalah notaris bisa melapor ke Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisa Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK) jika pihak penghadap terindikasi atau dicurigai melakukan Transaksi Keuangan Mencurigakan (TKM). Jika notaris tidak menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian dapat menimbulkan akibat hukum. Apabila notaris secara tidak sadar namun terlibat sebagai pelaku yang turut serta membantu dalam melakukan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU) dapat dikenakan pasal 3 UU TPPU, dan jika notaris itu sebenarnya sudah mengetahui adanya indikasi Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang tapi tetap membuatkan akta bagi kliennya maka dikenakan pasal 5 UU TPPU. Kata Kunci :    Prinsip kehati-hatian Notaris, Perlindungan Hukum, Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang.

Abstract

The utilization of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) has become crucial in the development of the tourism industry. This article presents a literature review on the application of GIS in the context of tourism. The review explores various GIS applications in destination management, tourism marketing, natural and cultural resource management, as well as tourism infrastructure development. The article also discusses the challenges and opportunities faced in adopting GIS in the tourism industry, including privacy issues, data integration, and sustainability. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role and impact of GIS utilization in tourism development and to present future research directions in this field. By offering deep insights into the integration of GIS in the tourism industry, this article aims to provide guidance for practitioners, academics, and policymakers in harnessing the full potential of this technology to enhance the sustainability and competitiveness of the tourism sector globally.

Abstract

This abstract discusses the close relationship between the Islamic Revivalist Movement and the formation of Pakistan. The focus of this journal is on the influence of the ideology and national identity shaped by this movement on Pakistan's independence process. The journal analyzes how the "Two Nations" ideology became a primary driver for the demand for a separate state for Muslims in India. The national identity of Pakistan, based on Islamic values, serves as the foundation for the country's legal, educational, and social systems. The aim of this journal is to explore the Islamic Revivalist Movement and the formation of Pakistan from the perspectives of ideology and national identity. It examines how the Islamic Revivalist Movement shaped Pakistan through these lenses. This journal employs a qualitative approach with a historical method, investigating how Pakistan's formation was influenced by the revivalist movement's ideology and identity. Through historical analysis of previous journals, it is evident that the Islamic Revivalist Movement played a crucial role in Pakistan's formation. The movement's ideology, which emphasized a return to Islamic values and encouraged social-political reform, shaped a distinct national identity for Pakistan, which became a driving force in the struggle for independence and state formation.
