Abstract

Islamic values: honesty, fairness, responsibility, trustworthiness, hard work, istiqamah and sincerity are universal values ​​that are very necessary to use as a guide in carrying out this life. Its use is not only devoted to Muslims, but also non-Muslim religious people need to apply Islamic values ​​in this life. The aim is to create self-prosperity and the environment, good prosperity in the world for Muslims and non-Muslims as well as prosperous endings for Muslims. The discussion to be discussed in this study are: (a) What is the leadership of the Village Head in developing Islamic values ​​to the Banjarsari village community?, (b) How are Islamic values ​​developed by the Village Head to the Banjarsari village community?, (c) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Village Head in developing Islamic values ​​to the Banjarsari village community?. This type of research is qualitative with a case study research approach. The data collection techniques are using interviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. Furthermore, checking the validity of the data is done by extending observations, increasing perseverance in research and triangulation of case analysis. The results of the study show that: (a) the leadership of the Village Head in developing Islamic values ​​to the Banjarsari village community, namely through the implementation of their duties and obligations as Village Heads, among others, fostering village communities in collaboration with village officials and community leaders. (b) Islamic values ​​developed by the Village Head to the Banjarsari village community have several forms, including: honesty, fairness, responsibility, trustworthiness, hard work, piety, and sincerity. (c) Supporting and inhibiting factors of the Village Head in developing Islamic values ​​to the Banjarsari village community, among others, there are factors such as: internal encouragement, scientific and qualified experience, financially capable, truly holding on to Islamic law, the community religious, and people who need problem solving, and for inhibiting factors include: differences in the depth of knowledge of the device, some people who contradict the Village Head, and people who consume drugs and the like

Abstract

There is a degradation of students' morality and morality which is increasing over time in society, which in turn forms habits that are not in line with religious guidance. In addition, the low religious mentality of children is also a driving force for the increasing moral degradation of students, so religious mental fostering is very necessary, especially in educational institutions. Both in Islamic educational institutions, as well as in general education institutions. The focus of this research is divided into three, namely how to develop the mental religion of children in SMP Negeri 1 Kudu Jombang, how to preserve Islamic religious values ​​and what are the inhibiting factors or obstacles in the mental religious development of children at SMP Negeri 1 Kudu Jombang. The purpose of this study was to identify, describe, and analyze the Religious Mental Development of Children through the Preservation of Islamic Religious Values ​​Case Studies at SMP Negeri 1 Kudu Jombang. This type of research is a qualitative field, with a descriptive approach because this research only reveals and describes the data as it is based on facts that arise or occur at the time the research was carried out. The presence of researchers as non-participants. Data collection techniques by means of observation, documentation, and interviews. In this case the researcher will collect data about the Religious Mental Development of Children through the Preservation of Islamic Religious Values ​​Case Study at SMP Negeri 1 Kudu Jombang. Data analysis techniques use domain analysis. Checking the validity of the data through extension of observations, persistence of observations, referential adequacy and member checks. For the research results of the title Religious Mental Development of Children through Preservation of Islamic Religious Values ​​Case Study of SMP Negeri 1 Kudu Jombang is trying to foster and shape the mental religion of children through the preservation of Islamic religious values, namely Rahman value, Rahim value, piety value, and obedience. What is grown through the habituation of tawadhu to the teacher, accustomed to praying dhuha and praying five times a day, and accustomed to reading the Al-Qur'an

Abstract

This article aims to examine a scientific theoretical model related to society, human thinking activities, leadership or management and the nature of society in the perspective of Islamic education. By using the research method library research (library research) this research was carried out by utilizing the literature from previous researchers. The analysis technique used is data or content analysis techniques. While the data collection instrument is carried out through reading activities in depth to reveal the essence of the various data collected. Data or content analysis is carried out to obtain valid inferences and can be re-examined in context. From the research it was found that public relations management can increase community empowerment. Through this empowerment, it makes the community have a community that has resilience in various sectors of life by making the public relations paradigm a reference in socializing. There needs to be a separate approach to prevent a misunderstanding between individuals and others. While the basic essence of public relations management is taken from the teachings or values ??of Quran and hadith.

Abstract

Vision and mission are crucial elements in the management of Islamic educational institutions that function as a guide in setting goals and developing strategies. Vision is defined as a picture of an ideal future, oriented to the achievement of the pleasure of Allah SWT, and covering aspects of life in this world and the hereafter. Mission, as a concrete effort to realize the vision, explains the methods that must be used by the institution to achieve the goals that have been set. In the process of formulating the vision and mission, it is important to involve all stakeholders in education in order to create a common agreement and commitment. However, formulating a vision and mission is not without challenges, including differences of views regarding Islamic teachings and the needs of the rapidly changing times. This article will discuss the importance of the vision and mission in the context of Islamic education, the challenges faced in its formulation, and strategies that can be implemented to deal with today's educational needs. Through a deep understanding, it is hoped that Islamic educational institutions can produce a generation that is competent, responsible, and able to face world challenges while adhering to Islamic values

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of management and organizational direction in improving the quality of Islamic education at SMP Buana Waru. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, this research explores how the school leadership and management structure direct the vision and policies of the school to meet the challenges of modern Islamic education. Observational results reveal that strategic planning, the involvement of all organizational components, and leadership rooted in Islamic values are key factors in shaping a high-quality educational environment. The study recommends enhancing managerial capacity and internal organizational synergy as strategic steps toward continuous quality improvement in Islamic education

Abstract

This study aims to examine how school principals deploy an authoritative leadership approach to cultivate teacher capacity for quality instructional management. Despite ongoing professional development efforts, many schools still struggle with suboptimal instructional management due to inconsistent pedagogical support and a lack of visionary, firm leadership guidance for educators. Utilizing a qualitative multi-case study design, this research explored the leadership dynamics across three high-performing secondary schools. Data were meticulously gathered through semi-structured interviews with principals and teachers, non-participatory classroom observations, and an analysis of instructional policy documents. The collected qualitative data were then analysed using an interactive thematic analysis model encompassing data condensation, systematic data display, and verification. The findings reveal that authoritative leaders successfully enhance teacher capacity by articulating clear, high-performance instructional standards balanced with strong emotional support. Principals foster pedagogical competence by establishing collaborative professional learning communities that encourage peer coaching. Furthermore, quality instructional management is achieved through regular, constructive feedback sessions that empower teachers to refine their teaching methodologies. The study demonstrates that clear structural guidance combined with intellectual stimulation inspires teachers to adopt innovative classroom management practices. Additionally, the authoritative approach builds teacher resilience, enabling them to effectively address diverse student learning needs. Future research should investigate the long-term impact of authoritative leadership on teacher capacity through a longitudinal mixed-methods approach across diverse geographical regions.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate teacher instructional leadership strategies in leveraging positive social environments to foster caring characters among learners. Despite growing emphasis on academic excellence, contemporary educational settings frequently struggle with character deficits and low empathy among students, creating a critical gap in holistic student development. Utilizing a qualitative multi-site case study design, this research gathered empirical data from three distinct educational institutions. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and institutional document reviews involving school principals, teachers, and student representatives. The accumulated data were then analysed using a multi-site thematic analysis framework, which involved interactive data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that instructional leaders effectively build caring characters by deliberately embedding prosocial values into the daily curriculum. Teachers successfully cultivate empathy by establishing collaborative classroom norms that encourage peer-to-peer support. And the optimization of a positive social environment is achieved through structured peer-mentoring programs that bridge diverse student backgrounds. The study demonstrates that modelling empathetic behaviour by educators serves as a primary catalyst for student behavioural transformation. Additionally, integrated school-community engagement initiatives significantly reinforce the sustainability of students' caring habits outside the classroom. Future research should consider a longitudinal quantitative approach to measure the long-term statistical impact of these social environmental strategies across larger, national-scale student populations.
