Abstract

In 2022 farmers experienced rice crop failures caused by certain things that resulted in a decrease in Banjar's local rice supply. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of rice crop failure experienced by rice farmers which resulted in a decrease in local rice supplies. This research study uses a qualitative method descriptive approach located in Anjir Serapat Muara I Village with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data collection was analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, then Verification. Selanjutnya in testing the validity of data using triangulation and extended observation. The results of the research obtained by researchers that the factors of rice crop failure are caused by OPT, namely Tungro disease which breeds widely due to the rainy season and there is no dry season, This is supported by the condition of the La Nina phenomenon that is occurring in 2022 which has an impact on climate change which has an influence on the increase or spread of Tungro pest attacks. This rice harvest failure was not only experienced by Anjir serapat muara I farmers, but also felt by farmers in other sub-districts around Barito Kuala. This rice harvest failure made the acquisition of rice a little so that farmers suffered losses and local rice supplies became reduced, and caused local rice prices to be expensive.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini pelaku UMKM dituntut untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Diketahui bahwa tidak semua UMKM di Indonesia mampu mengubah pola pemasaran konvensional menjadi pemasaran digital. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan rendahnya volume penjualan pada UMKM. Sistem pemasaran digital dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas tanpa berbatas ruang dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan digital marketing terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan UMKM kuliner di kota Banjarmasin. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini populasi berjumlah 60 UMKM kuliner yang sudah mengikuti pelatihan digital marketing dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan UMKM, thitung variabel X (5.629) > ttabel (1,697) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Hasil uji R square sebesar 0,446 artinya peningkatan volume penjualan UMKM bergantung pada efektivitas pelatihan digital marketing sebesar 44,6%, sedangkan sisanya dipegaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini. Temuan dalam penelitiam ini menunjukkan bagaimana pelatihan digital marketing dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan volume penjualan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of internal and external factors on consumptive behavior. This problem is focused on the high level of consumptive behavior among students caused by factors that come from outside and within the individual. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample was taken using the Purposive Random Sampling technique as many as 271 students of the Department of Social Sciences. The data collection method uses questionnaires, observations, and documentation from students as well as references from journals, books, and other relevant sources. Descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (f-test), and determination coefficient test (R2) were used to analyze the research data. The results showed that there was a multiple regression equation showing that Y = 5.026 + 0.438X1 + 0.267X2. Based on the hypothesis test, the significance value (Sig) of 0.000 is greater than the probability of 0.05, so it can be concluded that the external factor (X1) and internal factor (X2) have a significant and positive influence on the consumptive behavior (Y) of students of the Department of Social Sciences.
