Abstract

This article describes the phenomenon of fraud occurring due to weak internal control system. Based on a study conducted by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), one of the major causes of fraud is lack of internal control, or 29%, and override of existing internal control, or 20%. (ACFE, 2016). The phenomenon of fraud is still verycommon in Indonesia. Poor organizational governance is also part of the major causes of fraud. Corruption in Indonesia has spread to all sectors, including the education sector. There are many cases of corruption occurring in schools involving principals, treasurers, and teachers. The world of education in Indonesia is severely tarnished by the involvement of teachers in several cases of fraud. If this continues, the world of education will no longer be a role model. Improved organizational governance is necessary for early detection of fraud. This is intended to save Indonesia, especially education sector. The establishment of Internal Control Unit in schools is crucial because the Internal Control Unit serves not only as the implementation of good school governance but also as a tool to prevent fraud at schools.

Abstract

ABSTRAKUpaya menguatkan karakter wirausaha anak yang menjadi tanggung jawab setelah anak memasuki dunia pendidikan. Setelah masuk sekolah, maka kewajiban itu menjadi tugas para guru. Guru mempunyai peran yang sangat penting pula terhadap penguatan karakter wirausaha anak, karena guru akan menjadi figure tuntunan bagi anak selama berada dalam pendidikan formal. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan karakter wirausaha anak adalah dengan kegiatan storytelling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan meningkatkan karakter wirausaha melalui metode Story Telling sejarah berdagang Nabi Muhammad dan sahabatnya Abdurahman Bin’ Auf pada siswa/ siswiMI/ MTs di Assanabil. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik presentase untuk melihat hasil dari metode Story Telling terhadap penguatan karakter wirausaha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan terungkap bahwa sebelum dilakukan metode Story Telling, karakter wirausaha pada siswa/siswi MI dan MTs di Assanabil masih kurang. Akan tetapi setelah dilakukan metode Story Telling, terjadi penguatan dan perubahan karakter wirausaha. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar guru dapat lebih berkreasi lagi dalam menggunakan metode pembelajaran khususnya metode Story Telling yang bermanfaat dalam pembentukan dan pengembangan karakter siswa.Kata kunci : Penguatan Karakter, Wirausaha, Metode Story TellingABSTRACTEfforts to strengthen the character of child entrepreneurship is the responsibility after the child enters the world of education. After entering school, the obligation becomes the duty of the teachers. Teachers have a very important role also to strengthen the character of child entrepreneurship, because teachers will be the guide figure for children during their stay in formal education. One way to improve the character of child entrepreneurship is by storytelling activities. The purpose of this study is to identify and enhance entrepreneurial character through the Story Telling method of trading history of Prophet Muhammad and his companion Abdurahman Bin 'Auf on students /students /MTs in Assanabil. The design used in this research is using qualitative descriptive method. Data analysis in this study using percentage technique to see the results of the story telling method of strengthening entrepreneurial character. Based on the results of research and discussion revealed that prior to the method of Story Telling, entrepreneurial character in students MI and MTs in Assanabil still less. However, after the method of Story Telling, there is a strengthening and change of entrepreneurial character. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers can be more creative again in using learning methods, especially story telling methods that are useful in the formation and development of student characters.Keywords: Character Strengthening, Entrepreneurship, Story Telling Method

Abstract

Increasing the effectiveness of learning is a way to achieve the success of educational development. One way to achieve learning effectiveness is to use learning media to simplify and make the learning process effective. This research aims to reveal as many empirical studies on effectiveness as possible through articles published in international journals to explain to educators the impact of implementing Moodle as a learning media. This research used a literature study method. The results of this study provide an explanation that Moodle can improve student achievement, motivation, communication, interest, discipline and increase self-confidence.

Abstract

Marketing strategies are an important factor for successful bussines today, where marketing strategies are the way to achieve business goals. Marketing strategy is the primary approach used by business units in achieving goals that include decisions regarding segmenting, targeting, and positioning. This research aims to analyze (1) The application of segmentation, targeting, and positioning was used by tapai Gambut sellers to improve their business. (2) Marketing activities of tapai Gambut sellers as a subject matter of Marketing Basics on STP Marketing materials at SMKN 3 Banjarmasin. This research used qualitative approaches and descriptive research. The subjects of the study were tapai Gambut sellers in Pematang Panjang Village of Banjar Regency of South Kalimantan. The source of the data was primary data. The data was obtained by using observations, interviews and documentation. The obtained data was analyzed by using Milles and Huberman's models. Based on the results of research was obtained: (1) Tapai Gambut Entrepreneurs of Pematang Village has implemented STP marketing (segmenting, targeting and positioning) strategies that are able to increase sales profits of tapai products. (2) Marketing strategies on the economic activities of Tapai Gambut sellers in Pematang Village can be used as a source of additional teaching material in the school, especially in the subjects of The Basics of Education on Basic Competence 3.7 Describing the basics of marketing in SMKN 3 Banjarmasin class XKeywords: Segmentation, targeting, positioning, teaching material, marketing

Abstract

This study aims to describe the activities of Student Creativity Program (PKM), explaining the strategy to increase student wirausha interest, and explaining the obstacles of the Student Creativity Program (PKM). The research approach is used is qualitative research. This qualitative research is more specifically directed to the use of case study methods. In-depth and detailed research on everything related to the subject of research. The results is explaining interest in entrepreneurship should not be something that never made people, but rather develop into things that already exist. The use of the concept of using imitation techniques and modifications can be an option. Student creative ideas can be developed through the encouragement of the lecturers in the study program. The sharing guidance will be an effective forum for discussion of student interest. Students should be much more active understand the stages of proposing PKM as well as supervisor. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif (qualitative research). Penelitian kualitatif ini secara spesifik lebih diarahkan pada penggunaan metode studi kasus. Penelitian yang mendalam dan mendetail tentang segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan minat berwirausaha tidak harus sesuatu yang tidak pernah dibuat orang, tetapi lebih mengembangkan ke hal yang sudah ada. Pemakaian konsep pakai teknik amati tiru dan modifikasi bisa menjadi pilihan. Ide kreatif mahasiswa dapat dikembangkan melalui dorongan dari dosen-dosen pada program studi. Bimbingan yang bersifat sharing akan menjadi wadah diskusi efektif untuk mencari minat mahasiswa. Mahasiswa harus jauh lebih aktif memahami tahapan pengusulan PKM begitupula dosen pembimbing. Selanjutnya ide kreatif tersebut harus didukung kompetensi.Kata kunci: PKM, wirausahan, dan kompetensi

Abstract

Pengembangan program kewirausahaan kesejarahan (Historiopreneurship) sebagai salah satu program kewirausahaan kesejarahan telah berhasil mengidentifikasi objek-objek kesejarahan di Kota Banjarmasin beserta pengembangan materi dan strategi pembelajarannya. Sebagai sebuah program yang baru, perlu dilakukan sosialisasi kepada guru-guru mata pelajaran produktif di SMK, khususnya pada Kelompok Bisnis dan Manajemen serta Pariwisata. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi guru-guru mata pelajaran produktif terkait pengembangan kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal dalam bentuk Historiopreneurship. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk diskusi dan observasi lapangan. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti oleh guru-guru mata pelajaran produktif di SMK khususnya pada Kelompok Bisnis dan Manajemen serta Pariwisata di Kota Banjarmasin. Materi pengabdian mencakup sosialisasi dan diskusi terkait konsep-konsep, pengembangan materi dan strategi pembelajaran serta studi lapangan tentang objek-objek kewirausahaan kesejarahan (Historiopreneurship). Indikator keberhasilan kegiatan yakni peningkatan literasi peserta terkait program kewirausahaan kesejarahan (Historiopreneurship). Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan uji t. Hasil akhir kegiatan menunjukkan program pengabdian yang dilaksanakan secara signifikan meningkatkan literasi guru-guru mata pelajaran produktif terkait pengembangan kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal dalam bentuk kewirausahaan kesejarahan (Historiopreneurship). Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan sosialisasi, diskusi, dan studi lapangan ternyata mampu meningkatkan literasi para guru terkait pada enam komponen yakni pemahaman terkait: 1) filosopi, 2) konsep, 3) definisi, 4) materi, 5) strategi pembelajaran, dan 6) teknik evaluasi kewirausahaan kesejarahan (Historiopreneurship).The development of the Historical Entrepreneurship program (Historiopreneurship) as one of the historical entrepreneurship programs has succeeded in identifying historical objects in the City of Banjarmasin and developing learning materials and strategies. As a new program, it is necessary to socialize productive subject teachers at Vocational High Schools, especially in the Business and Management and Tourism Groups. This service activity aims to increase the literacy of productive subject teachers related to local wisdom-based entrepreneurship development in the form of Historiopreneurship. This service activity is carried out through discussions and field observations. Participants in this community service activity were joined by teachers of productive subjects at Vocational Schools, especially in the Business Management and Tourism Groups in the City of Banjarmasin. Service materials include socialization and discussion related to concepts, material development and learning strategies, and field studies on Historiopreneurship objects. The indicator of the activity's success is increasing participant literacy related to the Historical Entrepreneurship Program (Historiopreneurship). Data were collected by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptive techniques and t test. The final results of the activity show that the community service program has significantly increased the literacy of productive subject teachers related to local wisdom-based entrepreneurship development in the form of Historiopreneurship. The implementation of service activities carried out in the form of outreach activities, discussions, and field studies were, in fact, able to increase the literacy of teachers related to six components, namely related understanding: 1) philosophy, 2) concepts, 3) definitions, 4) materials, 5) learning strategies, and 6) historical entrepreneurship evaluation techniques (Historiopreneurship).

Abstract

This study aims to to determine the influence of the use of business networks and social media on the interest in entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 1 Amuntai. This study measures the effect of utilizing business networks and social media on entrepreneurial interests. One issue that has been addressed is the fact that social media is primarily used for hysteria while still having the ability to grow businesses. There is just a limited benefit of Jejaring business social media for conducting business.This type of research is Quantitative with Partial t test and Simultaneous F test. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Amuntai by taking questionnaire data. The results showed a partial t on the business network utilization variable (X1) to the entrepreneurial interest variable (Y) with a significant value (2-tailed) p = 0.000, < 0.05. which means that there is an influence of business network utilization on the entrepreneurial interests of students of SMK Negeri 1 Amuntai. Test results Partial t results on the social media utilization variable (X2) against the entrepreneurial interest variable (Y) get a significant value (2-tailed) p = 0.456, > 0.05 which means that there is no influence of social media use on the entrepreneurial interests of students of SMK Negeri 1 Amuntai. Then overall the results of the Simultaneous F test showed a significant number between business networks and social media on entrepreneurial interests with a significant value of p = 0.000, < 0.05 which means that there is a significant influence between business networks (X1) and social media (X2) on the interest in entrepreneurship (Y) in students of SMK Negeri 1 Amuntai. 05 which means that there is no influence of social media use on the entrepreneurial interests of students of SMK Negeri 1 Amuntai. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on student consumptive behavior in KIP scholarship students class of 2021, Department of Social Sciences, Teaching and Education Faculty, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin. Descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach is the research methodology used. 137 students made up the research subjects, Data analysis methods included multiple linear regression and descriptive analysis. Data was collected utilizing questionnaires and Google Forms for validity and reliability assessments. The findings indicated that student consumption behavior was positively and significantly influenced by financial literacy and lifestyle. It can be observed that the equation for multiple linear regression is Y = 25.088 + 0.117 X1 + 0.235 X2. A favorable and significant association between financial literacy and lifestyle and students' consumption behavior may be inferred from the hypothesis test. The computed F value is 6,988 > F table 0.159, and the significance value (Sig.) is known to be 0.001 0.05. Therefore, it can be inferred that there is a positive and significant relationship between financial literacy and lifestyle on the consumption behavior of students at Lambung Mangkurat University in Banjarmasin's Department of Social Sciences Keywords: Financial Literacy, Lifestyle, Consumptive Behavior

Abstract

This study aims to find out the think pair share learning model  to increase motivation for success and student learning outcomes at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lambung Mangkurat University. The method used in this study is classroom action research with collaborative PTK types. The research subjects consisted of 70 students of Biology Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin who took entrepreneurship courses for the 2022 academic year (odd semester). Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, learning outcomes tests and online questionnaires for validity and reliability tests. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis techniques, normality tests, data linearity tests and hypothesis testing (simple linear regression, t test). Based on the results of the study, it was concluded from cycles I and II that there was an increase in motivation from the success of the Think Pair Share (TPS) model by 69.88%, which is still quite good. The success  of the Think Pair Share (TPS) model which is applied in improving student learning outcomes consisting of 2 cycles is carried out in accordance with research procedures, namely, planning, implementation, observation and reflection so that there is an increase of 11.09% which is still very low.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah di wilayah pesisir pantai yang menjadi objek wisata umum perlu mendapatperhatian karena dampak yang ditimbulkan sangat banyak apabila diabaikan. Dalam perspektifekonomi kebencanaan, literasi dalam pengelolaan sampah menjadi salah satu factor yangmempengaruhi kesiapan masyarakat dalam menghadapi berbagai permasalahan sampah untukkeberlanjutan ekonomi dan lingkungan setempat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan diWilayah Pantai Tabanio, Kecamatan Takisung, Kabupaten Tanah Laut, Kalimantan Selatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada minggu pertama bulan Juni 2022. Pengabdian ini menggunakanmetode penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan ini terbagi dalam beberapa tahap pelaksanakaanyaitu tahap pertama pembuatan plang dan tempat sampah, tahap kedua sosialisasi program bersihpantai dan edukasi kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh Program StudiPendidikan Ekonomi telah berhasil meningkatkan literasi ekonomi kebencanaan (economicdisaster literacy) melalui pendampingan pengelolaan sampah pada masyarakat wilayah pesisirpantai.
