Abstract

In the trade of the product to the consumer, there are some factors that influence inselling proccess of the product. There are some factor that influence it. That factorsshould be pay attention the following criteria for example the consumer has somecriteria to buy a product. So, the the company should be create the innovation productform their competitor, the product have to special characteristic from another product.It makes the product will be interested for the consumer, and the promotion also makesthe product will be best seller. The purpose of this research is to know that the factorinfluence the volume of selling of the motorcycle merk yamaha Jupiter Z on PT. AlfaScorpii Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative and using Purposive Sampling for theconsumer and the sampel was taken by company that direct relationship with the writerwas 10 person, and for the consumer on PT. Alfa Scorpii used the Insidental Sampling.The sample define by the people who was the people that writer meet in that time. OnPT. Alfa Scorpii Pekanbaru, and the sum of the population is not defined but themaximal sum of the population is 30 People. The resulf of the research shows that thefactors that influence the volume selling of motorcycle merk Jupiter Z on PT. AlfaScorpii Pekanbaru is excelent it is indicate from the responden and the other side is notsignificant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pelaksanaan pemberian motivasi kerja karyawan padapada PT. Peputra Masterindo Kec. Tapung Kab. Kampar indikator penilaian yaitu prestasi, penghargaan,tanggung jawab, kesempatan untuk maju, kenaikan pangkat, pekerjaan itu sendiri, gaji, tunjangan, kondisikerja fisik, hubungan interpersonal, kebijakan dan administrasi perusahaan, pengawasan, status dankeamanan kerja. Tipe penelitian yang berlokasi di PT. Peputra Masterindo Kec. Tapung Kab. Kampar iniadalah deskriptif, yaitu memprioritaskan daftar kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data dan data yangterkumpul dengan alat ini kemudian dijadikan bahan baku utama untuk mengevaluasi kondisi empiris danobyektifitas keberadaan tujuan penelitian pada lokasi diteliti. Terdapat kelompok populasi dan sampeldalam penelitian ini yaitu 169 orang karyawan. Teknik sampling yang dipergunakan dalam penetapanindividu sampel adalah teknik sensus. Jenis dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari dataprimer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik daftar kuesioner dan wawancara serta data sekunderyang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi atau pengamatan langsung ketempat lokasi penelitian.Sedangkan teknik analisis data yaitu klasifikasi data dalam bentuk kelompok dan jenis serta membuatdeskriptif dari temuan-temuan dari penelitian yang dianalisa secara kuantitatif beserta kualitas yangdilengkapi dengan data persentase. Setelah data dianalisa maka dilanjutkan dengan membuat kesimpulandan saran hasil penelitian. Adapun kesimpulan dan saran dari penelitian menganai pemberian motivasipada PT. Peputra Masterindo Kec. Tapung Kab. Kampar dikategorikan kurang baik dengan saran lebihdiperhatikan terhadap tunjangan rumah dinas. Kemudian fasilitas yang diberikan lebih diperhatikanperawatan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the theme of empowerment of small and medium enterprises producing productsmade from sago in the Village District of Tebing Tinggi vast Meranti Islands regency in Riau province.Sago contain carbohydrates and may be an alternative to the staple food rice paddy fields began todecrease, or as food additives other than rice. This means that the potential of sago as an alternative torice big enough. During this time the production of sago sago farmers and SMEs in the District Merantiintended to meet local market and surrounding areas as well as sold to various regions in Indonesia,including the export opportunities are not limited to the countries neighboring Malaysia but also to othercountries. Research on sago as a staple food alternatives is urgent. With the reason that most people donot properly understand the uses and benefits of corn as the raw material processed foods. As a result,the cultivation of sago is not optimized because the market demand is still small. This study aims toidentify the potential of SMEs producing products made from sago didesa vast Tebing Tinggi District ofMeranti Islands regency, efforts to diversify the food products made from sago results micro-entrepreneurs or SMEs to be more diverse. Includes also examined the potential development of themarket to make it more comprehensive, and the efforts - efforts to empower sago entrepreneurs throughbusiness and production management system better by the Department of Industry, Trade, MerantiIslands District Koperasidan SMEs through capital assistance, support equipment and training.
