Abstract

Teknologi informasi memberikan kemudahan bagi instansi baik dibidang pemerintahan, pendidikan dan bahkan dibidang bisnis. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, jaringan komputer menjadi kebutuhan pokok bagi instansi pemerintah dan bahkan sampai ke dunia pendidikan. SMK Islam Darurrohman Sukawangi Kabupaten Bekasi menyediakan akses internet yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar menjadi lebih mudah. Layanan hotspot yang tersedia belum digunakan secara maksimal karena sebagian pada area sekolah tidak terjangkau fasilitas Wi-fi yang tersedia. System routing yang digunakan untuk membangun jaringan komputer di SMK Islam Darurrohman Sukawangi Kabupaten Bekasi adalah menggunakan Mikrotik. Mikrotik sangat cocok untuk membangun administrasi jaringan komputer yang berskala kecil hingga besar. Tahapan metode pelaksanaan pelatihan ini menggunakan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelatihan yang dilakukan selama dua hari dihadiri oleh 39 (tiga puluh sembilan) peserta. Tingkat pemahaman peserta dari hasil evaluasi pelatihan yang dilakukan sebanyak 92% sudah memahami materi sedangkan sisanya perlu untuk mempelajari ulang materi yang sudah diberikan. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan ini didapatkan dari ujian kompetensi keahlian bagi peserta. Melihat hasil yang diperoleh peserta pelatihan bisa menjadi lebih optimis untuk bersaing dalam menghadapi masa depan yang cerah. Kata Kunci: SMK Islam Darurrohman , Mikrotik, Wi-fi

Abstract

This study aims to apply the K-Means Clustering algorithm to analyze sales data and categorize products based on their sales performance, namely best-selling, moderately-selling, and least-selling products. The data used in this research comes from a Padang restaurant in Deltamas in 2022 to 2023. The research process began with data collection, followed by data cleaning and normalization using the Min-Max method, and then the application of the K-Means algorithm for clustering. The results show that the K-Means algorithm successfully grouped the products into three categories: Cluster 0 (best-selling products), Cluster 1 (moderately-selling products), and Cluster 2 (least-selling products). Thus, this study demonstrates that the K-Means algorithm can be used to cluster sales data and assist business owners in managing product inventory and making more informed decisions.

Abstract

Data processing in the warehouse at PT. Sanoh Indonesia is essential to support the flow of incoming and outgoing goods. However, operations are still handled manually. Operators record transactions using paper forms and stock cards, while administrators input data into Microsoft Excel without an integrated database. This approach causes inefficiencies, particularly when searching for required data, as it takes considerable time due to the high volume of transactions. This study aims to design a web-based warehouse information system to address issues in recording and retrieving data, especially during stock-taking activities. The system is developed using the Waterfall method and utilizes a centralized database to ensure structured and secure data storage. With the proposed system, stock information can be accessed and printed easily, improving control during stock opname. The processes of receiving and requesting goods can be performed directly and more efficiently, eliminating delays between service and data entry. In addition, inventory availability can be monitored accurately, and reports can be generated and printed based on specific time periods. Overall, the system enhances efficiency, accuracy, and control in warehouse management.

Abstract

Today's society tends to want things to be fast and efficient, for example, when ordering food or drinks at a cafe. In business, customer satisfaction and quality service are crucial. Therefore, a solution or idea emerged that could simplify ordering through the use and assistance of QR code technology. Menu ordering at Bravura Cafe is still done manually. It can be seen from the recording of transactions that still use sheets of paper, as well as ineffective ordering activities. This causes employees to be quite overwhelmed when the cafe is busy, this can also hamper the performance and quality of service at Bravura cafe. QR code is a system that uses a two-dimensional image code which also comes from the evolution of Barcode. The use of QR codes is very common in many countries. This is because of its ability to store more data than a barcode so that it is able to encode information in various languages. In this study, the research method used is the waterfall method. The design method uses unified modeling (UML). The analysis carried out includes analysis of the current system and analysis of the proposed system. The results of this study are a web-based menu ordering information system using a QR Code with the waterfall method. The author hopes that this system will be useful in facilitating the work of employees and improving service quality.
