Abstract

Pada era knowledge-based economy dan revolusi sosial 5.0, suatu perusahan atau organisasi harus memiliki kemampuan adaptif dan flexibility dalam menghadapi tantangan yang ada. Dunia saat ini telah banyak melewati masa kritis salah satunya yaitu pandemic COVID-19 yang dapat mempengaruhi perekomian di setiap Negara khususnya di Indonesia. Kondisi ekonomi yang terpuruk ini dapat menyebabkan ketidakstabilan ekonomi dan sustainabilitasnya, sehingga hal ini perlu dicegah melalui beberapa upaya yang disesuaikan dengan era saat ini. Dengan demikian, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan economic sustainability di era 5.0 dengan melibatkan peran community agreeableness dan digital intelligence yang menjadi variabel anteseden dalam meningkatkan economic sustainability. Community agreeableness merupakan kesediaan perusahaan untuk bergabung kedalam komunitas, sedangkan digital intelligence merupakan suatu kecerdasan di bidang teknologi digital yang saat ini telah menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi perusahaan sejak dilanda pandemic. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode content analysis dan survey literature untuk mendefinisikan konsep dan mengembangkan pengukuran. Community agreeableness akan memudahkan sebuah organisasi untuk mengelola pengetahuan di bidang ekonomi dan didukung dengan kecerdasan digital yang dapat memudahkan mereka dalam melakukan interaksi dan distribusi pengetahuan ekonomi antar anggota. Dengan demikian, pada jangka panjang diharapkan akan meningkatkan economic sustainability.

Abstract

Background: In the era of knowledge-based economy and business model 4.0, the performance of human resources (HR) is one of the components for Find out how your business is growing. To improve business sustainability it is important to pay attention to the knowledge creation process to improve human resource performance. In the knowledge creation process, members of the organization not only receive knowledge but also must have good knowledge absorption capacity. This needs to be encouraged by the existence of a leadership role. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop the main concepts that are believed to improve the HR Performance. This concept is the SECI process and is supported by two other concepts, namely altruistic leadership and absorptive capacity. Methods: The research method used is a literature survey to define concepts and develop measurements. Results: The results of the study found a construct in an effort to improve HR performance, namely through the new concept of the SECI process which is supported by the intervening variables altruistic leadership and absorptive capacity. Conclusion: HR performance will increase if the company applies it SECI processes in knowledge creation activities. The SECI process will be more effective and efficient with the application of altruistic leadership and absorptive capacity. Thus the efforts made are for the progress of the company in the long term. Suggestion: For the future agenda we plan to validate the measurement of the concepts and test the proposed model with quantitative methods.

Abstract

Background: The world is currently controlled by a digital technology system which can influence people's lifestyles as consumers. Thus, business people in particular need to create a value that is useful for the progress of their business so that this research refers to increase value co-creation. Purpose: This research aims to increase a collaborative value (value co-creation) between companies and their customers so that they are able to create something new and useful for both parties by using the variable consumer's ethical perception, relationship quality in the Islamic concept. Methods: The research method used is content analysis method and literature survey to define concepts and develop measurements. Results: The results of the study have found a construct in an effort to increase value co-creation, namely the new concept of relationship quality in Islamic concept and consumer’s ethical perception. Conclusion: Islamic relationship quality is believed to make it easier for a company to maintain the quality of communication in the long term and to be able to make creative ideas as a form of collaborative innovation between companies and consumers. Therefore, in the long term it is hoped that it will increase the value of co-creation. Suggestion: For the future agenda we plan to validate the measurement of both concepts and test the proposed model with quantitative methods.

Abstract

Background : The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has entered a transitional stage after the COVID-19 pandemic. The phenomenon of increasing active use of social media among the public during the COVID-19 pandemic can be an opportunity for creative economy sector actors. With the COVID-19 pandemic which has caused all activities to be carried out in a limited way only at home, this has changed business activities towards digitalization using social media. The use of social media by creative economy actors (ekraf) is the main focus during the COVID-19 pandemic because it is able to increase the innovation performance of creative economy sector actors with the support of altruistic knowledge donating and knowledge creation. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the concept of social media orientation towards innovation performance through altruistic knowledge donating and knowledge creation among creative economy actors in the Grobogan district after the COVID-19 pandemic.. Methods: This research is a quantitative research using the sampling method is using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were 187 creative economy actors, while the sample in this study was 135 samples. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. Conclusion: From the results of the study it can be concluded that social media orientation has a significant effect on altruistic knowledge donating, social media orientation has a significant effect on knowledge creation, altruistic knowledge donating has a significant effect on innovation performance and knowledge creation has a significant effect on innovation performance. Suggestion: For future agendas,this research can still be developed further for further research agendas by developing a model by adding the absortive capacity variable that can influence social media orientation and altruistic knowledge donating.

Abstract

Background: The rapid development of science and technology has brought changes to human resources in organizations. These changes result in every employee being required to improve their performance. Increasing employee performance can be done through empowering leadership and inter-organizational knowledge sharing which is supported by digital intelligence.Purpose: The aim of this research is to find out how empowering leadership and inter-organizational knowledge sharing influence employee performance with digital intelligence as a moderating variable. Methods: This research uses an explanatory quantitative approach which aims to test the formulated hypothesis. Determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula with certain criteria and obtaining a sample of 100. The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS).Results: The research results show that empowering leadership and inter-organizational knowledge sharing have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, digital intelligence does not moderate the relationship between empowering leadership and employee performance. And digital intelligence is able to moderate the relationship between inter-organizational knowledge sharing and employee performance.Conclusion: Empowering leadership and inter-organizational knowledge sharing play a role in improving employee performance. Digital intelligence does not moderate the relationship between empowering leadership and employee performance. And digital intelligence moderates the relationship between inter-organizational knowledge sharing and employee performance.Suggestion: It is recommended for researchers who want to conduct research on the same issue to add other variables, for example bleisure. Abstract

Latar belakang: Di era globalisasi, perkembangan semakin pesat sehingga suatu organisasi harus melakukan inovasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya. Berdasarkan studi kasus di DPRD Kabupaten Grobogan masih ada pegawai yang terlambat dan pulang sebelum jam waktunya pulang. Sehingga berdampak pada pegawai lain yang meniru perilaku tersebut. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu diperhatikan bagaimana cara menjaga kinerja organisasi tetap stabil. Dalam penerapan sumber daya manusia yang baik dengan mengutamakan kinerja karyawan sebagai penggerak perusahaan. Beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan meliputi lingkungan kerja non fisik, motivasi prestasi, dan disiplin prevenif. Metodologi: Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai DPRD Kabupaten Grobogan yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini. sedangkan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus sebanyak 143 responden. kemudian data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang akan diolah menggunakan SPSS 24.0 Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik memberikan pengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi prestasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dan disiplin preventif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulan: Lingkungan kerja non fisik, motivasi berprestasi dan disiplin kerja preventif berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. . Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Motivasi Prestasi, Disiplin Preventif.

Abstract

Background & Purpose: In an organization, Human Resources management is a series of organizational activities directed at attracting, developing and retaining an effective workforce. If Human Resource Management uses good concepts, it will also have an influence on the running of an organization. Likewise, if the Human Resources management concept is not good, it will have a negative impact on the organization. According to Ajabar (2020) Human Resource Management is an activity that is attempted to trigger, improve, motivate and maintain good performance in the organization. HR are humans who are employed in an agency as movers, thinkers and planners to achieve organizational goals (Sulistyowati, 2021).  Human Resources According to Edison Emron, et al (2020) is management that focuses on maximizing the abilities of its employees or members through various strategic steps in order to improve employee or employee performance towards optimizing organizational goals Education in Indonesia plays a very important role in nation development, especially human resource development. Education always experiences changes, developments and improvements in accordance with developments in all areas of life. Educational productivity in schools can be seen from outstanding educational output and the educational process in the form of an educational atmosphere. Education plays a very important role in increasing national productivity by producing quality human resources (HR). Productivity is important to make an organization or individual more efficient, effective and of high quality. Method: The number of samples in this study was 8 people within 1 month consisting of 5 teachers and 3 staff at SD Negeri 3 Getasrejo, Grobogan Regency.  Results: The role of leadership style applied by the principal of SD Negeri 3 Getasrejo starting from wisdom, responsibility, decision making, solving problems and motivation for 8 predetermined sources. In the role of leadership style, there are 2 stages of the role to increase the resulting productivity, namely the first stage through the principal's approach, guiding and communicating effectively, maintaining loyalty, decision making, solving problems, and the type of leadership that must be applied by the principal at this time. Conclusion & Suggestion: Leadership can be identified by approaching superiors and subordinates through wisdom, communicating effectively, maintaining loyalty, being responsible, decision making processes, and providing motivation and there are several factors to increase work productivity, namely there is motivation from superiors to subordinates, responsibility in completing work, enjoying work, and being able to explore the potential of subordinates and there are 3 ideal typical leadership styles

Abstract

Background: Competition in the culinary business world is getting tighter due to the increasing number of competitors, especially in the Purwodadi area, so companies are required to improve marketing by keeping up with changing times. Purpose: The aim of this research is to find out how to increase Purchase Intention at the famous restaurants in Grobogan through Physical Evidence and Brand Positioning with the Moderating Role of Social Media Orientation.   Method: This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 130 customers using the accidental sampling method. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results: The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted. Physical Evidence can Positively and Significantly Increase Purchase Intention, Brand Positioning can Positively and Significantly Increase Purchase Intention, Social Media Orientation can Positively and Significantly Moderate the Relationship between Physical Evidence regarding Purchase Intention, Social Media Orientation can Positively and Significantly Moderate the Relationship between Brand Positioning Regarding Purchase Intention. Conclusion: Social Media Orientation can Positively and Significantly Moderate the Relationship between Physical Evidence and Brand Positioning Regarding Purchase Intention in famous restaurant in Grobogan. Suggestion: This research serves as a foundational study, and future research must be further developed regarding the development of methods and confirming the relationship between variables, especially understanding correctly regarding the moderating variables in the research to be carried out. It is also recommended to add other variables.

Abstract

Background & Purpose: The increasing consumption of motivational content on social media, particularly Tiktok, has raised questions about its impact on users' spiritual aspects. In Grobogan Regency, many Tiktok users aged 17–25 access motivational content. Some feel motivated to take positive action, while others feel distracted and become passive. This study aims to examine the influence of Tiktok's creative content and extrinsic motivation on spiritual intelligence. Method: This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. Purposive sampling was used to select 148 respondents aged 17–25 who actively access motivational content on Tiktok. The questionnaire was analyzed using SPSS with validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t tests, and f tests. Results: The results show that Tiktok's creative content has a positive and significant effect on extrinsic motivation and spiritual intelligence. Extrinsic motivation also has a positive and significant effect on spiritual intelligence. Tiktok's creative content variable has a dominant influence over extrinsic motivation. This demonstrates that positive content on Tiktok can influence users' spiritual spirit and values. Conclusion & Suggestion: This study shows that although Tiktok creative content has an influence on extrinsic motivation and spiritual intelligence, the effect of extrinsic motivation on spiritual intelligence is not significant. The study's limited focus on aspects of extrinsic motivation, such as external encouragement (praise, advice, and environmental influences), is not able to fully describe the relationship. Therefore, further research is recommended to explore more specific types of extrinsic motivation, such as motivation to study or work, to understand their contribution to the development of spiritual intelligence. Furthermore, the use of multiple linear regression analysis is still recommended to re-examine the relationship between variables in a broader context.

Abstract

Background: The academic achievement of students at SMK YATPI Godong has declined, influenced by internal factors such as the school environment, the quality of academic services, and learning motivation. Transformational leadership plays a crucial role, through teacher performance and the quality of academic services, in supporting improved student academic achievement. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance and academic service quality, examine the influence of teacher performance and academic service quality on student academic achievement, and investigate the mediating roles of teacher performance and academic service quality in the relationship between transformational leadership and student academic achievement. Method: This quantitative study used a survey method and SEM-PLS analysis, with 83 randomly selected 12th-grade students of SMK YATPI Godong (2024/2025) as the sample. Results: The results show that all hypotheses were accepted: transformational leadership positively affects teacher performance and academic service quality, which in turn positively influence student academic achievement. Both teacher performance and academic service quality also act as significant mediators in this relationship. Conclusion: Transformational leadership can improve students' academic achievement through the mediating role of teacher performance and the quality of academic services. Suggestion: This research is limited to the educational context, so it is recommended that further studies include non-educational sectors and consider additional variables such as motivation and job satisfaction to enrich the understanding of the factors that influence performance and achievement.
