Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini dilatarbelakangi adanya program pelaksanaan posyandu lansia di Tebing Linggahara. Adapun program posyandu lanjut usia (lansia) ini merupakan suatu upaya para masyarakat di Tebing Linggahara Kab.Labuhan Batu perihal untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan serta kesejahteraan sosial lanjut usia (lansia) di Desa Tebing Linggahara. Posyandu lanjut usia (lansia) ini merupakan salah satu program posyandu yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas tepatnya di Dusun Siluman A Desa Tebing Linggahara. Program ini bertujuan untuk meninggikan tingkat kesejahteraan lanjut usia (lansia) dengan pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar dapat mendeskripsikan serta Evaluasi Peraturan-peraturan tepatnya di Desa Tebing Linggahara tepatnya di Dusun Siluman A. Pelaksanaan program posyandu lansia adalah para kader dari rumah zakat, ibu pembinaan kesejahteraan keluarga (PKK) dan para masyarakat yang ikut bergabung dalam melancarkan kegiatan posyandu lansia. penelitian ini memakai jenis penelitian yakni deskriptif dan kualitatif. Adapun data yang dikumpulkan merupakan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, wawancara serta ikut ambil andil dalam melaksanakan posyandu lansia.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya manfaat dan tujuan program posyandu lansia ini belum semua dapat tercapai adalah ke-efektivitas pelaksanaan program, sekitar 30 orang jumlah lanjut usia yang ada di posyandu lansia Dusun Siluman A hanya 15-20 lansia yang aktif dalam pelaksanaan program, dan belum terlaksananya program pemberdayaan lansia akibat dari kurangnya antusias lansia dalam mengikuti pelaksanaan program. Efisiensi pelaksanaan program posyandu lansia dikatakan sudah efisien karena dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang dapat dijangkau oleh seluruh kalangan.

Abstract

Abstract This community service activity was carried out in Majau Village, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. The participants in this activity are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) who are domiciled in Majau Village, Pandeglang Regency. Majau Village, Pandeglang Regency has community potential and resources that support entrepreneurship. This condition is evidenced by the increasing number of business actors in the village. In line with the increase in the number of business actors, they faced several problems, namely the low level of knowledge and understanding in recording production costs, calculating and determining the total cost of production, and accuracy in determining and calculating selling prices. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and understanding through counseling and socialization related to the problems faced by them, namely the MSMEs business actors in Majau Village. The method used in community service activities is the lecture method which is then followed by discussion, question and answer and case simulations. The evaluation that was carried out before the end of the activity showed that most of the participants really understood the counseling or socialization material delivered. The evaluation results also illustrated that all participants who attended the activity felt that they had benefited and were satisfied with the implementation of this activity. Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are one of the main drivers of the development of the manufacturing industry. They are able to create jobs faster than others. The regional potential for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is very large. However, the lack of working capital makes most MSEs unable to continue their creative business. So it requires convenience in obtaining capital injections from various parties, especially Indonesian Islamic Banks. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the role of the Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSI) in supporting the growth of MSEs in Bulukumba. This study uses a qualitative method with a normative approach. The results of this study show that Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Bulukumba plays a role in the development of Small and Medium Enterprises for the people of the city of Bulukumba. With the provision of capital, it can really help the community to develop their business and be able to reduce poverty as well as help increase income and open up opportunities for people who want to start a business. Although Islamic banks have various advantages and advantages in developing Small and Medium Enterprises, Islamic Banks have weaknesses and have obstacles in developing Small and Medium Enterprises such as capital problems, Human Resources, and government policies that are slow and detrimental to Islamic Banks.

Abstract

Current technological developments can no longer be denied, various innovations are continuously present to pamper consumers in the transactions they make. The innovations that are present include a payment system that can already be done through a digital system called a digital wallet. The presence of these various digital wallet platforms must compete very tightly to win the hearts of consumers. To win the hearts of consumers, of course, you have to know what the needs and expectations of consumers are for these new innovations. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the public perceptions of using digital wallets in digital transactions. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that people have a tendency to use a digital wallet platform for the reason of getting more convenience and security in transactions they make with digital wallets compared to transactions with other systems.

Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu penyakit endemis yang masih menjadi tantangan utama kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Rendahnya kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang langkah preventif, seperti Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) 3M Plus, menjadi salah satu penyebab tingginya angka kejadian DBD. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat desa Danaraja, Banjarnegara tentang pencegahan DBD melalui pendekatan promosi kesehatan berbasis komunitas. Pendekatan intervensi edukasi melibatkan 30 peserta di Apotek Danaraja. Media leaflet dan ceramah interaktif digunakan sebagai alat edukasi utama. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat setelah kegiatan promosi kesehatan dan peserta berkenan menerapkan praktik PSN 3M Plus. Hal ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan berbasis komunitas yang inovatif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran kolektif masyarakat terhadap pencegahan DBD. Sebagai rekomendasi, keterlibatan kader kesehatan lokal dan pelaksanaan program edukasi berkelanjutan sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dampak intervensi. Pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mengembangkan model promosi kesehatan yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain dengan risiko serupa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal (X1) dan rasio profitabilitas (X2) terhadap kinerja keuangan (Y) PT Timah Tbk pada periode 2019-2023. Menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda, diperoleh persamaan regresi: Y=−0.0536+0.0669X1+1.1693X2. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan secara parsial, dengan rasio profitabilitas (X2) memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan struktur modal (X1). Uji F juga menunjukkan bahwa model signifikan secara simultan. Pengujian asumsi klasik seperti normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi, dan multikolinearitas memastikan validitas model. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen PT Timah Tbk dalam mengelola struktur modal dan profitabilitas untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan.

Background: The Covid-19 Virus Disease has spread and spread to all regions in Indonesia. With the widespread spread of the Covid-19 virus having an impact on the quality of the human resources in a company, the human resources in a company play an important role in sustainability, a company in carrying out its duties. Leadership is an important element in a company, without leadership from a leader, a company will experience setbacks. Leadership is an important element in a company, without leadership from a leader, a company will experience setbacks. leader member exchange is an improvement in the relationship between leaders and employees who are able to improve performance between the two with the existence of a leader member exchange this has a positive impact on making employees more voluntary about their work and feel more comfortable when working with their leaders. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to improve employee performance besides leader member exchange, perceived organizational support (POS) and Job Satisfaction as moderating variables Methods: The research method used is a quantitative method Results: Results: The results of the study found constructs in employee performance efforts, namely perceived organizational support (POS) and job satisfaction Conclusion: Leadership is an important element in a company, without leadership from a leader, a company will experience setbacks. Every leader basically has a different behavior in leading. Leadership carried out by a leader in influencing the behavior of others in accordance with the wishes that are influenced by the nature of the leader himself Suggestion: For the future agenda we plan to validate the measurement of both concepts and test the proposed model with qualiitative methods.
