Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Covid-19 adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus Corona yang pertama kali merebak di Wuhan, Cina pada awal 2020 lalu. Covid-19 bukan hanya berdampak pada masalah kesehatan saja, namun juga pada hampir seluruh sektor kehidupan terutama bidang ekonomi dan pendidikan. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian ini yaitu untuk membantu masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan dampak yang diakibatkan oleh virus Corona. Masyarakat perlu menyadari bahwa pendidikan agama terutama dalam situasi seperti ini sangat dibutuhkan, tujuannya yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan memperkuat keimanan dalam diri masyarakat. Selain itu, pengetahuan tentang kesehatan menjadi hal kedua yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat agar senantiasa menerapkan perilaku hidup sehat sebagai upaya agar terhindar dari virus Covid-19. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan metode luar jaringan dan dalam jaringan . Hasil dari program kegiatan ini sangat sesuai dengan yang diharapkan yaitu pada kegiatan ini masyarakat bukan hanya tahu dan paham tentang sosialisasi dan edukasi yang diberikan, tapi juga mulai menerapkan perilaku hidup sehat dan bersedia divaksin sebagai salah satu ikhtiar untuk mencegah penularan penyebaran Covid-19.

Abstract

The remote-control system on this Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) or unmanned ship uses Long Range (LoRa) technology. LoRa was chosen because of its ability to transmit data over long distances with low power consumption, making it very suitable for applications in the maritime environment. The control system on the USV is responsible for controlling movement, so it involves several technologies and components that work together to ensure the USV can operate efficiently. The way a USV works involves several systems working together to allow the autonomous vehicle to operate on the water surface unmanned or without direct human intervention. Under Line of Sight (LOS) conditions, the range of LoRa-02 to control unmanned is success rate up to a distance of 100 meters and achieved a 100% for data transmission. However, in the Non-Line of Sight (NLOS) test, there was a decrease in the range of only 70 meters due to obstacles such as trees or other objects. The transmitted data comes from the wireless camera in the form of images with timestamp displayed in real-time. The display from the wireless camera is utilized for visual field monitoring and can be monitored remotely.

Abstract

This research elucidates the relationship between adultery (zina), Article 284 of the Criminal Code (KUHP), Islamic law, and the teachings of Hadith. Adultery, as a sexual act outside of lawful marriage, is deemed a serious transgression against moral and ethical values within society. Article 284 of the KUHP reinforces the prohibition of adultery and provides a legal framework for its enforcement. Conversely, Islamic law and Hadith teachings offer a strong moral and spiritual perspective on adultery, affirming its strict prohibition and serious consequences for perpetrators. This study also discusses practical measures to avoid adultery and the importance of a holistic approach in addressing this issue within society

Abstract

This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the legal reasoning used by judges in the Administrative Court (PTUN) in annulling State Administrative Decisions (KTUN), as well as to examine the legal implications for the parties involved and the overall system of government administration. This research employs a normative juridical method with three approaches: statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. The analysis was conducted qualitatively by studying reference books and reviewing court decisions. The study shows that the annulment of KTUN by PTUN judges is based on three important factors, namely lack of authority (ultra vires), procedural defects, and substantive defects in the decision. In addition, violations of the General Principles of Good Governance (AUPB), such as the principles of legal certainty, prudence, and proportionality, also constitute important considerations for judges. In the judicial process, judges not only consider the formal aspects of the law, but also take into account substantive justice in order to protect citizens’ rights from improper governmental actions. The implications of the annulment of KTUN include the restoration of the plaintiff’s rights through the process of restitutio in integrum, the obligation of administrative officials to revoke or correct the issued decision, as well as the potential impact on third parties involved in the decision. In general, the annulment of KTUN serves as a legal control mechanism over government administration while also encouraging the realization of good and transparent governance within a state governed by the rule of law.
