Abstract

The Influence of Leadership and Discipline on Work Productivity of the employees of the Salok Palai Muara Badak Village office, The main task of the government is to carry out sub-district duties and carry out other tasks based on applicable regulations. The government of the Salo Palai Muara Badak Village Office, which works in community service, should provide the best service to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of leadership and discipline variables on the work productivity of the employees of the Salok Palai Muara Badak village office. The number of samples in this study found 18 employees at the village office of salok palai. Analysis of this study using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The research results obtained are that there is a simultaneous and significant influence between improvement and discipline on employee work productivity at the Salok Palai Muara Badak Village Office, there is a partial influence between leadership variables on employee productivity at the Salok Palai Muara Badak Village Office and partial influence between variables discipline towards the productivity of the employees of the Salok Palai Muara Badak Village Office.

Abstract

PT. MILDA Bontang is a company engaged in the construction sector having its address at Jl. RT port. 10 No. 42 Ex. Tj Laut Indah which has 50 permanent employees in Bontang with President Director Mr. Amalianto. This research method uses horizontal analysis method. This type of research uses a descriptive approach that uses secondary data calculations obtained by the author from the company's annual financial statements for a period of two years, from 2018 to 2019, books and other sources. The purpose of this study was to determine the company's financial performance based on the level of liquidity, solvency, and profitability of PT MILDA in 2018-2019 and financial condition based on the financial statements of PT MILDA's performance in 2018-2019. The data collection method used is the library method, the observation method and the documentation method. The liquidity ratio means the company's financial position PT. MILDA Bontang from 2018 to 2019 is in a very good position (liquid) and Solvency in 2019 has increased compared to 2018 due to the percentage decrease in debt although capital has not changed and in the last two years PT. MILDA is still making a profit, this can be seen from the company's ability to generate profitability as indicated by positive ROA and ROE.

Abstract

CV. Dalijo Ulam Upadi feels that he has not reached the sales volume according to the target, which is affecting the company's income. Apart from that, product quality is often less than optimal in processing because the raw materials the company receives are sometimes not good or only a small amount. so the fear of producers is that it can make livestock less healthy when consumed so that it can make livestock less healthy, this most often happens because the raw material for making fertilizer is made from pure fish, this causes a decrease in production due to a lack of fish supply to the company, this can also causing the company to suffer losses or lose consumers so that consumers look for animal feed from other competitors. The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence the quality of animal feed products at CV. Dalijo Ulam Upadi in Muara Badak. This research uses a quantitative approach, the sample used is all CV employees. Dalijo Ulam Upadi in Muara Badak, numbering 27 people. Then the data uses the factor analysis method. The results of this research are based on the calculations obtained where the results of the calculations obtained as a whole are declared to have met the requirements, meaning that the first hypothesis proposed is that there are marketing performance factors on the quality of animal feed products at CV. Dalijo Ulam Upadi was accepted because it was proven to be true. The second hypothesis proposed was that the factor that the proposed hypothesis is accepted because it is proven to be true.

Abstract

This research is entitled Application of Supply Chain on CV. Mandala Abadi Sejahtera in Loa Janan Ulu Village aims to find out and describe the implementation of supply chain management in the frozen food business CV. Mandala Abadi Sejahtera which is effective and efficient and to find out and describe supply chain management in the frozen food business CV. Mandala Abadi Sejahtera in Loa Janan. The research used by researchers used qualitative descriptive methods. This type of qualitative descriptive research is a recording procedure to describe or describe the condition of a subject, and qualitative descriptive research. By conducting observations and interviews obtained, the CV frozen food supply chain. Mandala Abadi Sejahtera involves at least 5 main actors, namely suppliers, producers, distributors, retailers and final consumers. The supply chain system has not been implemented perfectly. And find out what problems there are, such as an inadequate refrigerator. In this case the supply chain still uses a conventional system in the sense of creating close ties with its suppliers. CV. Mandala Abadi Sejahtera does not have its own logistics department. Usually they deliver the products they market themselves to one agent or customer to another. Business scale and cost constraints are common reasons for UMKM not to have their own logistics department. For the efficiency that CV wants to achieve. Mandala Abadi Sejahtera is still not optimal because they do not implement supply chain management as a whole. Supply Chain Management is run by the CV business
