Abstract

ABSTRAKKoperasi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Untuk mendukung tujuan tersebut, maka koperasi harus dikelola secara manajemen yang bertujuan untuk memastikan kegiatan koperasi berjalan dengan baik, efektif, serta efisien. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melakukan pendampingan penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode FGD, diskusi serta pendampingan  pembuatan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah terpetanya bahwa Koperasi Wanita Syariah Cilinaya Indah belum memiliki sistem dan prosedur yang jelas mengenai kegiatan operasonal seperti penyaluran dan penghimpunan dana. Pengabdian ini di lakukan agar pengurus koperasi mampu meningkatkan pemahaman pengurus Koperasi Wanita Syariah Kota Mataram mengenai pentingnya manajemen sehat koperasi dan perlunya kemampuan untuk menyusun Standard Operating Procedure yang baik agar kegiatan usaha dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien Kata kunci: koperasi wanita; Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); pendampingan.ABSTRACTSmall Medium Entreprise (SMEs) play an important role in improving community welfare. To support this goal, SMEs must be managed in a management manner that aims to ensure SMEs activities run well, effectively and efficiently. The aim of this community service is to assist in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The service method used is the FGD method, discussion and assistance in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The result of this community service was the discovery that the Cilinaya Indah Sharia Women's SMEs does not yet have clear systems and procedures regarding operational activities such as distributing and collecting funds. This service is carried out so that SMEs management can increase the understanding of the management of the Sharia Women's Cooperative regarding the importance of healthy management of SMEs and the need for the ability to develop good Standard Operating Procedures so that business activities can run effectively and efficiently. keywords: women’s Cooperative; Standar Operating Procedure; accompaniment.
