Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya transformasional, budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja Pegawai melalui disiplin kerja Sekretaris Daerah Pada Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Mamuju. Adapun jumlah responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 152 pegawai yang merupakan sampel dari seluruh pegawai sekretariat daerah kabupaten mamuju yang dalam pelaksanaannya peneliti membagikan instrument kepada responden. Analisis yang digunakan statistic descriptive dan uji hipotesis dg mengunakan PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari gaya kepemimpinan secara positif mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai ketika dimediasi oleh disiplin kerja, dan hasil dari budaya organisasi yang di mediasi dengan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai juga menunjukkan hasil yang berpengaruh positif. Maka yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan sebagai mediasi antara gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal tersebut tentunya dapat dijadikan pedoman bagi pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Mamuju dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawai yakni kepatuhan pegawai terhadap standar kerja pegawai serta kepatuhan terhadap aturan.

Abstract

This study aims to further review how the business model and operational management of e-commerce start-up companies. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. With the library research method, namely research whose object of study uses library data in the form of books as its data source. The results of this study show that in the start-up-commerce business model, startups facilitate the process of purchasing and delivering goods or services through a website or application. A successful e-commerce business model usually focuses on forming strong relationships, utilizing technology and being able to innovate. The operational management of start-up companies is by increasing brand awareness through social media as a marketing channel.

Abstract

Amid intense business competition, human resources (HR) have become a strategic asset for organizational success. Beyond technology and capital, companies must manage HR effectively to achieve their goals. Operational HR management plays a crucial role in creating efficient and sustainable work systems. This study uses a literature review method by analyzing books, academic articles, online sources, and relevant publications. The findings show that effective HR management includes competency-based recruitment, structured training, KPI-based performance management, compensation and reward systems, and coaching and mentoring. These practices form a high-performance work system that enhances employee ability, motivation, and opportunities. Clear expectations, real-time feedback, and appropriate recognition boost productivity, adaptability, and loyalty. Support from top management and active involvement of line managers ensure HR strategies align with business goals and positively impact company performance.
