Abstract

Penelitian mempunyai tujuan tentang pemberian insentif yang selama ini masih turun naik pada para driver ojek online yang di berikan oleh mitra. Tambahan berupa materi maupun apresiasi oleh suatu mitra ojek online baik Grab, Gojek, Maxim sangat di tunggu – tunggu oleh para driver ojek online. Dalam rangka memenuhi standar upah yang ada. Insentif dapat diberikan berbagai macam aspek dan indikator yang merupakan menjadi bahan tambahan bagi para driver ojek online. Tambahan tersebut yang paling utama adalah jika banyaknya trip (laju) jumlah pelanggan melebihi standar yang telah ditentukan. Harapan para driver ojek online juga terhadap asuransi kesehatan mereka menyadari dunia nya di jalanan yang mengandung usur keselamatan yang tinggi. Metode penelitian kuantitatif deskripsi dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para responden yang belum dikatahui jumlahnya. Dengan teknik nonprobabiliting sampling, observasi kelapangan.Hasil oleh data dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, dan data dinyatakan normal dan tidak terjadi fenomena heterokedastisitas (varian residual/error yang berbeda). Kontribusi pemberian insentif terhadap semangat kerja para driver ojek online positif tinggi dengan harapan terlaksana dan konsisten. Dan mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan jika hal ini diterapkan oleh penyelenggara mitra para driver ojek online shelter Mall Lippo Cikarang untuk mamacu semangat kerja sebagai mitra.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country that has very high growth in productive forces. The aim of this research is to discuss the concept of the presence of job providers as a hope for productive people. Gojek is one of the providers providing employment opportunities with various conveniences. Productive people can earn wages/income by working as application-based Gojek drivers. By managing income effectively and efficiently, needs will met as a concept for the welfare of the family. Using quantitative correlational research methods with questionnaire-based data collection techniques with primary data results. Using a linkage scale of 1-5 distributed to 33 respondents. Nonprobability sampling technique incidental sampling is a technique for determining samples based on chance, anyone who accidentally met by the researcher is declared to representative as a respondent. The conclusion of the data processing results is that all statements declared valid and reliable. The data declared normal and does not occur heteroscedasticity, has a strong positive relationship with the influence of two significant variables on the decision to accept the alternative hypothesis and reject the initial hypothesis. It recommended that Gojek drivers must work hard in order to provide for the welfare of their families

Abstract

Higher education providers require the quality of their employees as servants to customers. The importance of self-efficacy of students, both lecturers and staff, to serve students as customers. This research is to find out how much contribution and influence self-efficacy and work discipline have on employee performance at XYZ University. The ability to control oneself as an employee with various limitations, and with the capital of discipline at work. This research uses a quantitative method with test equipment using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population and sample are all employees at XYZ University as a saturated sample. The data declared valid and reliable for the questionnaire distributed to respondents, with a strong positive contribution and significant influence and a very strong positive relationship. It hoped that XYZ University can improve the ability of its employees to be disciplined and self-controlled so that performance is achieved.
