Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Simone Accessary Collection Cicadas, sebuah perusahaan garmen global yang terkemuka di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari 83 karyawan bagian produksi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Hasil analisis regresi menyatakan bahwa peningkatan dalam variabel kepemimpinan berkontribusi secara positif terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Korelasi antara kedua variabel juga menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peran kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja di perusahaan. Lebih dari dua pertiga produktivitas kerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor kepemimpinan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen perusahaan harus terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan dan memastikan komunikasi yang baik dengan karyawan. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuannya dengan lebih efektif dan efisien di masa depan.

Abstract

The current individual phenomena reveal that performance is impossible to achieve maximum results if there is no motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the Application of Leadership Style and Motivation in improving the performance of Office Boy (OB) and Security Units (SATPAM). This study uses a qualitative method. The subjects used in the research were sources from the OB division and the Pertiwi Group Security Guard using primary data, namely interviews. The results of the study show that the Role of Leadership Style is successful in Improving the Performance and Performance Motivation of Office Boy and Security Guard Pertiwi Group Educational Institutions.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country that has very high growth in productive forces. The aim of this research is to discuss the concept of the presence of job providers as a hope for productive people. Gojek is one of the providers providing employment opportunities with various conveniences. Productive people can earn wages/income by working as application-based Gojek drivers. By managing income effectively and efficiently, needs will met as a concept for the welfare of the family. Using quantitative correlational research methods with questionnaire-based data collection techniques with primary data results. Using a linkage scale of 1-5 distributed to 33 respondents. Nonprobability sampling technique incidental sampling is a technique for determining samples based on chance, anyone who accidentally met by the researcher is declared to representative as a respondent. The conclusion of the data processing results is that all statements declared valid and reliable. The data declared normal and does not occur heteroscedasticity, has a strong positive relationship with the influence of two significant variables on the decision to accept the alternative hypothesis and reject the initial hypothesis. It recommended that Gojek drivers must work hard in order to provide for the welfare of their families

Abstract

This Research is a quantitative research using questionnaires as a data collection tool distributed to respondents with a sample of 60 people. In analyzing the data, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing were used. This study aims to determine how much influence work motivation has on employee performance in the office staff of PT Summit Adyawinsa Indonesia. Based on the results of the analysis carried out using SPSS 25.0, the value of Work Motivation (X) on Employee Performance (Y) can be explained by the regression formula Y= a+bX, then the regression value resulting from the calculayion above is Y= 20,726+0,616X.  Based on the results of the t test, namely t count (5,803) is smaller than the t table value (2,000). Then work motivation has a high positive influence with an r value of (0,606) and has a contribution of 36,7% on Employee Performance of PT Summit Adyawinsa Indonesia (SAI). While the rest is influenced by other factors that were not included in the research.
