Abstract

Today's culinary world is growing very rapidly, making competition between culinary companies increasingly fierce. So that companies must pay attention to their employees so that employees work optimally and have a high organizational commitment to the company. With high organizational commitment, employees will not easily leave the company, this is an advantage for the company because it reduces recruitment costs. For this reason, the company must have a strong organizational culture and continuously improve employee job satisfaction. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. This study uses a saturated sample because all the population is sampled. Saturated sampling is a technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. The unit of analysis used in this study is the employee at Asela Restaurant. Namely as many as 64 employees who will be the sample in this study. Data analysis in this study was carried out with 2 types of analysis, namely Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS program. The result of this research is that the first is that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, and the second is that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji dan menganalisa kesadaran pribadi dan sikap mandiri memediasi pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pesantren, tujuan ini terdiri dari: 1) Menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pesantren, 2) Menguji dan menganalisa kesadaran pribadi memediasi pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pesantren, 3) Menguji dan menganalisa sikap mandiri memediasi pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pesantren. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan obyek penelitian yaitu Institut Ilmu Keislaman Annuqayah, Institut Dirosat Islamiyah Al-Amin, Universitas Islam Madura dan Pesantren Institut Agama Islam Al- Khairat. Analisa data dalam pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pesantren, diperoleh koefisien sebesar 0,48 dengan CR 4.327 dan P 0.000. P < 0.05,  kesadaran pribadi memediasi pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pesantren berpengaruh signifikan, diperoleh hasil sobel test 2.821 diatas 1.98, dan p-value < 0.05, maka hipotesis diterima dan sikap mandiri memediasi pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pesantren berpengaruh signifikan diperoleh hasil sobel test 3.650 diatas 1.98, dan p-value < 0.05, hipotesis diterima.

Abstract

Leadership is a dominant and crucial role in the overall effort to improve performance both at the individual, group and organizational levels. A successful leader is a leader who is able to carry out leadership tasks effectively to achieve organizational goals, besides giving motivation to employees by giving grades can also improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style and motivation on the performance of the employees of the BMT NU Branch of Galis Pamekasan. This type of research is a quantitative research. Types and sources of data in this study in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. The sample in this study amounted to 12 people. This research consists of 2 independent variables, namely democratic leadership style (X1) and motivation (X2), and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). Testing data instruments with Validity Test, Reliability Test. While the analysis technique in this study uses the F test and t test. The first result of this research is that democratic leadership style affects employee performance, and the second is that motivation affects employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT. Agung Podomoro Land Tbk and PT. Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk from 2016 to 2019 in terms of the financial ratios of Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability. The analytical tool used is in the form of financial ratios consisting of Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability ratios. Research data is secondary data obtained from financial reports. The research method uses a comparative descriptive method. Based on the analysis results obtained from 2016 to 2019 namely the liquidity ratio for PT. APL has fluctuated, namely the Current ratio from 2016 - 2019, 1.07, 1.31, 1.05 and 1.66, while PT. BUV decreased to 1.15, 0.48, 0.35 and 0.28. For cash ratio PT. APL fluctuated, namely 0.15, 0.32, 0.11 and 0.17, while PT. BUV decreased by 0.19, 0.03, 0.02 and 0.01, the higher the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio, the greater the company's ability to pay off its debts. The solvency ratio for PT. APL Debt to Asset Ratio decreased, namely 0.61, 0.60, 0.59, 0.56, while PT. BUV fluctuated, namely 0.42, 048, 0.44, and 0.47. For Debt to Equity Ratio PT. APL decreased by 1.58, 1.50, 1.44 and 1.30, while PT. BUV has fluctuated, namely 0.74, 0.92, 0.77 and 0.88, so this situation is detrimental for the company, because the larger the loan amount used. Where these results are in accordance with the results of previous studies that examined these two companies. However, the amount of own capital that is used as collateral for long-term debt and the company's ability to pay PT. Agung Podomoro Land Tbk is higher than PT. Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk.
