Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of employees at the UPT Puskesmas Waru. In this regard, how employees can work well with the influence of culture is an interesting discussion to discuss. The sample used is a saturated sample that uses all members of the population as a sample who visited 70 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by simple regression with the help of SPSS 16.0 software for windows. The results showed that organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance at UPT Puskesmas Waru.

Abstract

Today's culinary world is growing very rapidly, making competition between culinary companies increasingly fierce. So that companies must pay attention to their employees so that employees work optimally and have a high organizational commitment to the company. With high organizational commitment, employees will not easily leave the company, this is an advantage for the company because it reduces recruitment costs. For this reason, the company must have a strong organizational culture and continuously improve employee job satisfaction. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. This study uses a saturated sample because all the population is sampled. Saturated sampling is a technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. The unit of analysis used in this study is the employee at Asela Restaurant. Namely as many as 64 employees who will be the sample in this study. Data analysis in this study was carried out with 2 types of analysis, namely Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS program. The result of this research is that the first is that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, and the second is that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The  results  of  the  company's  work  will  depend  on  the  results  of  the performance of its employees. The company will try to improve the performance of its employees by encouraging its employees to work optimally with one way, namely  the  provision of  compensation.  This  is  in  accordance  with  the  theory which  says  that  satisfaction  with  compensation  can  affect  employee  behavior  to work more enthusiastically and spur high performance. This  research  is  classified  as  explanatory  research  with  a  quantitative approach.  The  sample  used  was  64  respondents  with  saturated  sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data, namely collecting data using a questionnaire.  The  data  analysis  used  is  Multiple  Linear  Regression  with  SPSS version 21 tool. The  results  of  this  study  indicate  that  compensation  is  able  to  have  a positive  impact  on  employee  performance,  with  a  significance  value  of  0.000 which  means  below  0.05  and  has  a  positive  coefficient  value  of  0.698.  Job satisfaction  is  able  to  have  a  positive  impact  on  employee  performance,  with  a significance  value  of  0.000  which  means  below  0.05  and  has  a  positive coefficient value of 0.522. Compensation is able to have a positive impact on job satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 which means below 0.05 and has a positive coefficient value of 1.334. and Compensation has a positive effect on employee  performance  with  Job  Satisfaction  as  an intervening  variable,  with  a significance value of 0.000 which means below 0.05 and has a calculated F value of 5486.521 which means above F table is 2.36.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji dan menganalisa kesadaran pribadi dan sikap mandiri memediasi pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pesantren, tujuan ini terdiri dari: 1) Menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pesantren, 2) Menguji dan menganalisa kesadaran pribadi memediasi pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pesantren, 3) Menguji dan menganalisa sikap mandiri memediasi pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pesantren. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan obyek penelitian yaitu Institut Ilmu Keislaman Annuqayah, Institut Dirosat Islamiyah Al-Amin, Universitas Islam Madura dan Pesantren Institut Agama Islam Al- Khairat. Analisa data dalam pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pesantren, diperoleh koefisien sebesar 0,48 dengan CR 4.327 dan P 0.000. P < 0.05,  kesadaran pribadi memediasi pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pesantren berpengaruh signifikan, diperoleh hasil sobel test 2.821 diatas 1.98, dan p-value < 0.05, maka hipotesis diterima dan sikap mandiri memediasi pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pesantren berpengaruh signifikan diperoleh hasil sobel test 3.650 diatas 1.98, dan p-value < 0.05, hipotesis diterima.

Abstract

This research aims to determine direct compensation and indirect compensation on employee performance at PT. Surya Jaya Sentosa Light. In addition, this study aims to determine the most dominant variables in influencing employee performance. Research conducted at PT. CAHAYA Surya Jaya is a type of associative or relationship research. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Research variables consist of independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable consists of direct compensation (X1) and indirect compensation (X2) and the dependent variable consists of employee performance (Y2). Hypothesis testing using F test and t test using statistical-based data processing, namely SPSS 20. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence between direct compensation and indirect compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Surya Jaya Sentosa Light. Meanwhile, the more dominant variable is the direct compensation variable.

Abstract

Dungkek Village is an area with very abundant potential for anchovies. However, so far, fishermen and suppliers of anchovies have often experienced problems with capital. Using quantitative research, this research will measure the level of financial literacy and its impact on the welfare of anchovy suppliers in Dungkek Village, Sumenep Regency. The total research sample (sample size) was 42 research respondents. This research will be carried out in 2022 in Dungkek Village, Sumenep Regency. Education level, financial literacy, and work experience will be independent variables. Meanwhile, the welfare of rice anchovy suppliers is used as the dependent variable. Multiple linear regression analysis will be used to determine the influence of work experience, education level, and financial literacy on the welfare of anchovy suppliers based on a recapitulation of questionnaire answers obtained from respondents. Based on the research results, the level of work experience has the most dominant influence in improving supplier welfare. Meanwhile, the level of education and financial literacy also have a big influence. The effect of financial literacy is significantly positive on the welfare of rice anchovy suppliers. Higher financial literacy can improve the welfare of rice anchovy suppliers.
