Abstract

This study used a quantitative method with the study population being SMEs based on the creative economy in the city of Sidoarjo. The research sample is 100 people from the population. Data collection in this study was carried out using observation techniques, questionnaires, interviews, documentation regarding the factors that influence the success of creative economy-based micro-small businesses in the city of Sidoarjo. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 24 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that the coefficient of interest in entrepreneurship with a coefficient value of 0.075, a network with a coefficient value of 0.110, a brand with a coefficient value, and promotion with a coefficient value of 0.211 using a significant level of 0.05 obtained F count of 3.896 with F table of 3,890, thus F count > F table with a significant level obtained 0.006 <0.05 so that together interest in entrepreneurship, networking, brand promotion influences the success of micro-small businesses based on the creative economy in the city of Sidoarjo. While the rest is influenced by other factors that are not present in this study. Keywords: SMEs; Creative Economy; Businessman.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence Organizational Culture has on Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The variables used in this research are organizational culture, motivation as the independent variable, employee performance as the dependent variable, job satisfaction as the intervening variable. The unit of analysis is Batik Yarn Raja Surabaya employees. The population in this study amounted to 117 employees with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results in this study are Organizational Culture has a positive effect on Motivation by 0.499, Organizational culture has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction by 0.365, Motivation has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction by 0.325, Organizational Culture has a positive effect on Performance by 0.305, Motivation has a positive effect on Performance by 0.352, and Job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance of 0.519. The results of this study can be used by subsequent researchers, as a reference to enable future researchers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of employee performance on customer satisfaction; (2) the influence of consumer satisfaction on consumer confidence; and (3) the effect of consumer trust on consumer loyalty. In this study, the variables that shape employee performance include: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Variables that make up consumer satisfaction, include: suitability with needs and suitability with benefits. The variables that make up consumer trust include: credibility, integrity and kindness. Variables that form consumer loyalty include: continue purchasing, say positive things and recommend friends. This type of research is a case study on consumers of Hotel Elmi Surabaya with a total sample of 140 respondents. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews conducted in January-April 2022. The sampling technique used was purposive and convenience sampling. The data analysis technique used is Percentage Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of data analysis show that: (1) employee performance has an effect on customer satisfaction; (2) consumer satisfaction has an effect on consumer trust; (3) consumer trust has an effect on consumer loyalty.
