Abstract

Kelaiklautan Kapal adalah keadaan kapal yang memenuhi persyaratan keselamatan kapal, pencegahan pencemaran perairan dari kapal, pengawakan, garis muat, pemuatan, kesejahteraan Awak Kapal dan kesehatan penumpang, status hukum kapal, manajemen keselamatan dan pencegahan pencemaran dari kapal, dan manajemen keamanan kapal untuk berlayar di perairan tertentu. Namun dalam pengoperasian kapal masih banyak ditemukan kapal yang belum layak laut, namun tetap dipaksakan untuk berlayar karena dalam menentukan sebuah kapal laik laut belum secara utuh dan maksimal karena sifatnya terkadang belum jelas. Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sertifikat keselamatan kapal, untuk mengetahui proses penerbitan sertifikat kapal oleh Kementerian Perhubungan. Manfaat penelitian mengetahui dan menambah pengetahuan tentang status hukum kapal dalam rangka menciptakan keselamatan berlayar dan juga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan cara mengumpulkan data data dari studi pustaka, dokumen dan data diskriptif dari tulisan dari beberapa sumber dan juga sumber dari pihak pihak yang ada didalam proses penerbitan sertifikat keselamatan kapal. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses penerbitan sertifikat keselamatan kapal dalam pengajuannya harus melihat expired date, pengajuan permohonan tersebut diajukan ke KSOP lalu pada melalui bidang SHSK menunjuk Marine Inspector untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kapal dan mendapat data kapal untuk persyaratan penerbitan sertifikat keselamatan kapal. Keterlambatan penerbitan terjadi karena adanya ketidaksesuaian data oleh PPKK maka seharusnya selalu memperbaharui data data diatas kapal berdasarkan kenyataan yang ada.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the importance of the chief officer's role in the loading and unloading process on a ship. Loading and unloading containers on a ship must be carried out as well as possible, in relation to the safety of the ship, crew and cargo. Because the stability of the ship also depends on the handling of the cargo that has been arranged, so in this case the chief officer is responsible for everything related to loading and unloading. The chief officer is the head of the deck department, is one of the management levels of the four deck department officers who are directly responsible to the captain and is the second person in charge after the captain. One of the duties of the chief officer is to carry out supervision during loading and unloading activities. In this case, the role of the chief officer is very necessary considering the main tasks he carries out and the need for knowledge to carry out these tasks. The method used by the author in compiling this research is by collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The discussion obtained data related to the importance of the chief officer's role in the loading and unloading process of containers on the ship. The results of this paper are about the importance of the chief officer's role in handling loading and unloading as a reference and provision for an officer on the ship later. The conclusion of this writing is the importance of the role of the chief officer in the loading and unloading process on the ship. And a chief officer must be able to calculate the GM stability of the ship.

Abstract

 The purpose of this paper is to discuss the occurrence of oil spills at sea, handling of oil spills to prevent pollution of the marine environment. The causes of oil spills include ship operations including loading and discharging, grounding, collision, hull leaks, damage loading and unloading equipment, explosions or fires and other causes. Oil spills with a volume of 7-700 tons when collide 26 percent and due to ships aground 19 percent when ships are loading and unloading and bunkering. Oil spills a volume of >700 tons occurred when the collided 30 percent aground 31 percent. To reduce the impact of oil spills, the implementation of the oil spill contigency plan (OSCP) carried out. Implementation of the contigency plan include teamwork, data collection, assessment, use of equipment, supervision and monitoring, cooperation related parties and evaluation. The method is by collecting data by observation, and literature study. The discussion obtained data on the causes oil spills and countermeasures with contigency emergency plans. The resul this paper is analysis of the causes of oil spills and countermeasures. The conclusion is oil spills are caused by ship operations including ship accidents. And steps to minimize the potential for wider pollution by implementing an oil spill contigency plan.

Abstract

          This research aims to analyze the influence of tank cleaning implementation and crew capabilities on loading and unloading efficiency on MT ships. PANCARAN 120. The author uses a quantitative approach and uses descriptive research methods to present findings based on the data collected. Questionnaires were used as a data collection tool in this research, which involved 20 respondents from the MT crew. beam 120, The data obtained were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R square test with the help of the SPSS version 26 programming base. The results of the analysis show that proper implementation of tank cleaning and crew capability have a significant influence on loading and unloading efficiency. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that proper implementation of tank cleaning and increasing crew capabilities contribute positively to loading and unloading efficiency at MT Pancaran 120. This research is expected to provide recommendations for tank cleaning implementers and loading and unloading managers to improve the loading and unloading process at MT. radiance 120.
