Abstract

During this growth, human needs against product of goods and services has increased. It is demanding the company to be more active in developing his business. According to Central Bureau of Statistic (BPS), shows that transportation and warehousing sector has increased in the year 2017 is 5.41 %, this number is larger than the years 2016 to reach 5.20 %. The emergence of an increasing services company needed innovation in improving his business. TRAC Sharia as one of service business have the advantage that apply Sharia concept in its business. The purpose of this research is to know the business model TRAC Sharia and the application of business models TRAC based on Islamic business. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods approach grounded. As for location of this research in the company of TRAC Sharia. In data retrieval, researcher using the technique observation, interview and documentation. In determining the sample of interviewees, the researcher uses a technique of probability sampling. The results of this research is the description of the business model TRAC Sharia is: customer segment, first through the concept of B to B, the second is a business that related with halal business; value propositions, the first transaction free from usury, the second cash back opportunity concept; channels, first doing socialization, second follow a variety halal event; customer relationship, visiting to the customer; revenue stream, the magnitude of rent is determined by the cost structure TRAC Sharia of the transport, maintenance & mudharabah; key resources include customer transport; key activities include offering the product to customer and take care of customer needs; key partnership includes Wardah, BMT Sidogiri & syariah financing; cost structure includes mudharabah, maintenance & operational. The application of business models TRAC Sharia based on Islamic business are: principle include a believe in way that God gave to who's defending his religion; motivation includes the concept transparency and free from haram elements; orientation includes the concept of cash back opportunity; work ethic include provide solutions to the customer in terms of transport with the concept of free usury; mental attitude includes free penalty but CSR funds; amanah includes conducting routine maintenance timely; human resources include standard salaries employee of TRAC Sharia; operations management include certification by MUI; financial management includes the transaction free from riba; marketing management covers the concept of socialization to the customer; human resource management includes standard grooming which includes women using hijab & employees understand sharia basic. From those results, researcher hope that TRAC Sharia improving business strategy based on the description of grouping strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in its business. Next the researchers hope TRAC Shariah complement the Islamic value elements has not yet appeared in his business.

Abstract

The problem in Indonesia nowadays is the weak quality of human resources. For this reason, discussions about performance are still very important. One of the things that guarantees the running of performance in accordance with the owner's expectations is organizational culture. Organizational culture is a set of values that characterize and guide the organization in carrying out the goals and solve organizational problems. The main value of organizational culture in this research is Five Spirits at University of Darussalam Gontor. The method in this research is a quantitative method with a sample of 58 staff from the University of Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor. While the data analysis technique uses in this research is product moment correlation analysis, significance correlation coefficient test and coefficient determination. Based on the results of this research, shows that the relationship between variables is (r: 0.825) at very strong intervals, Then it shows the influence of the value of organizational culture (Five Spirits) on staff performance, with the level of influence (68.06%).

Abstract

Leadership is the gift of nature and individual humans given by Allah SWT. Supporting us together with various skills, winning leadership is personal to the next leadership. Leadership role at times the main trigger or litigation process in groups, organizations, institutions and public discussion spaces. However, there are still difficulties in the implementation process. Furthermore, it denies the Islamic teachings that humans are from God who is the leader or caliph. For this reason, every human being has the potential to become a leader.  The most ideal leader in Islam is the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This is because he was able to invite many people in his missionary vision. The leadership model that he did is called the term prophetic leadership or prophetic leadership with various criteria is a must. this prophetic leadership contributes to a deeper and richer understanding of the relationships and responsibilities of leaders and followers because they relate to the quality of decision making and so on. Prophetic leadership itself is adapted from the character of the Prophet, namely: siddiq, tabligh amanah and fathanah. the leadership that the Prophet exemplifies is considered ideal to be applied everywhere. So that in this thesis the author will describe the prophetic leadership that the Prophet exemplified into a hospitality industry company namely Syariah Hotel Solo. With this thesis, it is hoped that it will be useful as an alternative leadership model that can be applied by all Syariah Hotel Solo employees.

Abstract

Unemployment at the level of tertiary graduates increases in 2019. Entrepreneurship training is expected to increase students' interest in entrepreneurship for the sake of creating broad jobs. Besides, entrepreneurial knowledge also plays an important role related to entrepreneurial inte rests. Therefore, in this study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship training and Islamic entrepreneurship knowledge on entrepreneurial interest. The research used was quantitative research with survey research methods. Sampling using simple random sampling from 155 students from a total population of 271 students in three different study programs that are members of the IEBC program, namely Islamic economics, management, and informatics engineering courses. (IEBC) is an intensive training program organized in a conducive Pesantren university education environment. Based on the results of the study, there is a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest with the results of multiple linear regression tests. The result of this research indicates that the higher the entrepreneurship training and Islamic entrepreneurship knowledge, the higher the interest in entrepreneurship. From this research, it can be concluded that the Islamic Entrepreneur Bootcamp should better equip students or participants with entrepreneurship training and Islamic entrepreneurship knowledge to increase the interest of entrepreneurial students. This study also suggests the next researcher applies the research to a broader object.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia secara umum adalah serangkaian proses yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk mengelola dan mengatur karyawan untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan. Manajemen sumber daya manusia sudah marak diterapkan diberbagai perusahaan bisnis. Lain halnya dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia, penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia islami jarang ditemukan di kalangan perusahaan bisnis. Di lain sisi, Manajer dan karyawan juga kurang mengetahui terhadap nilai-nilai islam, sehingga mengarah pada penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia islami yang tidak efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang pengertian manajemen sumber daya manusia islam dan penerapannya di rumah maka ayam penyet Surabaya cabang Solo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerepan manajemen sumber daya manusia islami sudah diterapkan dengan sangat baik. Prinsip yang diterapkan di rumah makan Ayam Penyet Surabaya cabang Solo dengan menanamkan niat, taqwa, ihsan, keadilan, amanah, jujur, itqan, ikhlas, musyawarah, dan sabar. Nilai-nilai islam diterapkan dalam praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia islami seperti, rekrutmen, seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian kerja dan kompensasi. Rekrutmen dilakukan secara adil, seleksi dilakukan dengan menempatkan karyawan pada lowongan yang di sediakan tanpa membebani karyawan. Pelatihan dan pengembangan dilakukan dengan memberikan bekal ilmu kerja dan agama terhadap karyawan. Penilaian kerja dilakukan dengan cara yang adil dan kompensasi dilakukan dengan memberikan upah yang sesuai di perjanjian awal kerja. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah kurangnya referensi manajemen sumber daya manusia islami, sehingga penulis menghadapi kesukaran dalam diskusi teorinya. Dalam tahapan penilaia kerja, manajer memberatkan kesalahan satu karyawan kepada karyawan lainnya. Dalam islam, seharusnya beban peringatan hanya diberatkan kepada karyawan yang melakukan pelanggaran dan tidak diberatkan kepada seluruh karyawan.
