Abstract

في عصرنا الحاضر، يحتاج طلاب المدرسة معجم الكتاب. هذا المعجم لكتاب المدرسة في الفصل. كان أكثر الطلاب في المدارس الثانوية الإسلامية يواجهون الصعوبة في استخدام المعجم العادية مثل معجم المنور ومعجم محمود يونس. هم يحتاجون إلى المعجم المساعد، خاصة معجم الذي يصاحب كتاب التعليم المدروس في مدارسهم. هذا البحث يستخدام طريقة البحث والتطوير حيث يطور الباحث المعجم المساعد بخطوات معينة ليسهل الطلاب في بحثهم عن معاني المفردات الموجودة في كتاب التعليم. نتيجة البحث يشير على أن هذا المعجم المساعد (معجم الكاب) لديه فعالية استخدام العالي.In this modern era, the students need book dictionary. This dictionary is dictionary for text book in the class. There are many students in Islamic Senior High School face difficult when using general dictionary like Al-Munawwir dictionary and Mahmud Yunus dictionary. They need auxiliary dictionary, especially dictionary for learning book that they studied in their school. This research uses research and development method that the researcher develop auxiliary dictionary with certainly steps to facilitate students when they are looking for the meaning of vocabularies in the text book. Research result is that auxiliary dictionary has high effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the background and rights of revenge porn victims in Bandung City, while also examining Siyasah Qadhaiyah's perspective on this issue. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive analysis with an empirical juridical approach to gather and analyze data related to these cases. The findings reveal that the background of revenge porn involves easy access to technology, extortion by former partners, and legal inadequacies in combating cybercrimes. LBH Bandung emphasizes the victims' need for legal, psychological, and social support. Victim rights, including privacy, control over personal information, access to justice, and legal protection, are crucial for their recovery and are regulated in various laws such as Human Rights Law, ITE Law, Pornography Law, and the Law on Elimination of Sexual Violence. Regarding Siyasah Qadhaiyah, there is alignment with the principles of state trust and responsibility in shaping regulations according to Islamic legal principles and public welfare. Government policies in formulating the Law on Elimination of Sexual Violence and efforts in psychology, technology, law enforcement, and preventive measures, signify an orientation toward the public interest. The impact of this research lies in a better understanding of the issue of revenge porn, highlighting the need for legal and psychological protection for victims, and ensuring the fulfillment of their rights for their recovery within society. It provides a foundation for further policies that accommodate victim protection and strengthen regulations related to cybercrimes.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bekasi Regency in implementing the religious moderation program using a siyasah dusturiyah approach in Bekasi Regency, a region known for its religious, cultural, and ethnic diversity. Due to this diversity, challenges arise in maintaining interreligious harmony and preventing conflicts. The Ministry's efforts in religious moderation include interfaith dialogue, inclusive education, and strengthening human resource capacity to foster social harmony. The objectives of this study are to analyze the role of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bekasi Regency in implementing the religious moderation program, identify challenges and evaluations in its implementation, and provide a siyasah dusturiyah review of the Ministry’s role in religious moderation. This research adopts an empirical juridical approach and a descriptive-analytical method. Primary data is collected through observations and interviews with officials from the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Bekasi Regency, while secondary data consists of official documents from the Ministry. The data is collected, classified, and interpreted using content analysis. From a siyasah dusturiyah perspective, the government’s duty and function are to establish policies that promote public welfare. This welfare includes ensuring social well-being, justice, peace, security, tolerance, and religious moderation. The findings conclude that the religious moderation program has positively impacted tolerance, leading to a more inclusive society and a decline in interfaith conflicts. However, a deeper public understanding of religious moderation is still needed through increased literacy and interactive interfaith dialogues. This study recommends strengthening collaboration between the Ministry of Religious Affairs, local governments, and society to address various obstacles hindering the religious moderation program. Strengthening these efforts will enhance the program’s effectiveness and success.

Abstract

The teaching of the Islamic Pen Institute for freshmen (tenth grade) in the first stage focused on teaching speaking skills. However, there is no curriculum in its modern concept. The teaching procedure is based on the books agreed upon in the work consultation before entering the new school year. In addition, there is the problem of writing the items of the end-of-year test questions. Therefore, it is important to design the curriculum for teaching speaking skills at the Islamic Pen Institute to address the existing problems and achieve the desired goals. Research objectives: 1) Describe how to design the curriculum for teaching speaking skills at the Islamic Pen Institute; 2) Describe the specifications of the curriculum for teaching speaking skills at the Islamic Pen Institute; 3) Describe the validity of the curriculum for teaching speaking skills at the Islamic Pen Institute.The research method is research and development in the form of Borg and Gall. It is ten steps, but the researcher only takes the first step to the fifth. The result of the research is that: (1) Designing the curriculum for teaching speaking skills is analyzing the needs by interviewing Arabic language teachers at this institute, collecting data, i.e. collecting curriculum data from the results of the interview and a desk study, designing the production, validating the Arabic language teaching curriculum expert, correcting the first production, and group production. The result of the curriculum expert's approval is 88.46% with an excellent rating, while the confirmation from Arabic language teachers is 81% with a very good rating; (2) Specifications of the curriculum for teaching speaking skills: Objectives: Focus on speaking Arabic about activities in the institute such as when teaching or specific situations, Content: Suitable for the objectives in the form of basic topics. Some of the content is from contemporary Arabic language teaching books and some from Arabic language teachers, Method: Direct method, role-playing, presenting the story, and expressing images, Evaluation: Suitable for the material, method, and time available for evaluation; (3) Validity of production is obtained 98.3% with an excellent rating. The conclusion from this research is that the designed curriculum for teaching speaking skills is suitable for use in classroom teaching for tenth grade students at Al-Qalam Al-Islami Institute based on the result of the validity of the curriculum by Arabic language teachers.

Abstract

The extension of the village head's term of office from 6 years to 8 years based on Law Number 3 of 2024 raises various implications for the sustainability of village government, especially in the implementation of development. This study aims to analyze the impact of this policy on village development in Purwakarta Regency using the Maslahah Mursalah perspective. The research was conducted through a qualitative method with a juridical-empirical approach, using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The research location focused on two villages with different statuses, namely Ciwareng Village (independent) and Malangnengah Village (developing). The results of the study show that a longer term of office can be beneficial if supported by visionary, participatory leadership, and a strong monitoring system, such as in Ciwareng Village. Conversely, without accountable leadership and good community participation, as in Malangnengah Village, this policy has the potential to cause harm in the form of development stagnation and weak village governance. Thus, the policy of extending the term of office of the village head will only be beneficial if accompanied by a sustainable evaluation and accountability mechanism.

Abstract

The research about the trend of Arabic language curriculum research systematically has not been widely conducted, the research that had been conducted are still divided into curriculum derivatives or general Arabic language research trends. This study aims to 1) identify trends in Arabic language curriculum research in journals in Indonesia in terms of research type, research subjects, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques, 2) provide recommendations for further research related to Arabic language curriculum research, especially in Indonesia. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The results of the study show that quantitative and Research and Development research type must be conducted more often to give real solution based on needs and measurable data. Elementary school subject and also university scholars should get more intention so Arabic curriculum update could be done across levels of education. Data collection technique variation and tecnology integration to Arabic curriculum need to be primary focus in the next research. Using bibliometric application to solve this research limitation. ABSTRAKPenelitian mengenai tren penelitian kurikulum bahasa Arab secara sistematis belum banyak dilakukan, mayoritas masih terpecah pada turunan kurikulum atau tren penelitian Bahasa Arab secara umum sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengidentifikasi tren penelitian kurikulum bahasa Arab pada jurnal di Indonesia dilihat dari sisi tipe riset, subjek penelitian, teknik pengumpulan data, dan teknik analisis data, 2) memberikan rekomendasi penelitian berikutnya terkait penelitian kurikulum bahasa Arab, terutama di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Tinjuan Pustaka Sistematis (SLR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tipe riset kuantitatif dan RnD perlu digalakkan guna memberi solusi nyata berbasis kebutuhan dan data yang terukur. Subjek SD/MI dan perguruan tinggi perlu mendapat perhatian agar pembaruan kurikulum bahasa Arab menyentuh semua jenjang pendidikan. Variasi penggunaan teknik pengumpulan data dan integrasi teknologi dalam kurikulum bahasa Arab perlu jadi fokus utama penelitian berikutnya. Penggunaan berbagai aplikasi bibliometrik dapat digunakan untuk menjawab keterbatasan penelitian ini.
