The research about the trend of Arabic language curriculum research systematically has not been widely conducted, the research that had been conducted are still divided into curriculum derivatives or general Arabic language research trends. This study aims to 1) identify trends in Arabic language curriculum research in journals in Indonesia in terms of research type, research subjects, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques, 2) provide recommendations for further research related to Arabic language curriculum research, especially in Indonesia. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The results of the study show that quantitative and Research and Development research type must be conducted more often to give real solution based on needs and measurable data. Elementary school subject and also university scholars should get more intention so Arabic curriculum update could be done across levels of education. Data collection technique variation and tecnology integration to Arabic curriculum need to be primary focus in the next research. Using bibliometric application to solve this research limitation. ABSTRAKPenelitian mengenai tren penelitian kurikulum bahasa Arab secara sistematis belum banyak dilakukan, mayoritas masih terpecah pada turunan kurikulum atau tren penelitian Bahasa Arab secara umum sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengidentifikasi tren penelitian kurikulum bahasa Arab pada jurnal di Indonesia dilihat dari sisi tipe riset, subjek penelitian, teknik pengumpulan data, dan teknik analisis data, 2) memberikan rekomendasi penelitian berikutnya terkait penelitian kurikulum bahasa Arab, terutama di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Tinjuan Pustaka Sistematis (SLR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tipe riset kuantitatif dan RnD perlu digalakkan guna memberi solusi nyata berbasis kebutuhan dan data yang terukur. Subjek SD/MI dan perguruan tinggi perlu mendapat perhatian agar pembaruan kurikulum bahasa Arab menyentuh semua jenjang pendidikan. Variasi penggunaan teknik pengumpulan data dan integrasi teknologi dalam kurikulum bahasa Arab perlu jadi fokus utama penelitian berikutnya. Penggunaan berbagai aplikasi bibliometrik dapat digunakan untuk menjawab keterbatasan penelitian ini.
