Abstract

Every organization in a government agency has a mission to achieve. Achievement of goals and objectives that have been set through a performance accountability system which is a general indicator for measuring mission achievement. This research aims to adhere to accountability, internal control siste and accounting information siste on organizational performance in government agencies. This study used a quantitative method with primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency located in the City of Sumatera. The data analysis technique used is progra SPSS version 20. The results of this study show that accountability has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, the internal control system has no positive and significant effect on organizational performance, the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and accountability, the internal control system and the accounting information system together have a significant positsive effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

The East Aceh IPA MGMP consists of 24 sub-districts with 221 schools. The selection of service areas is represented by three regions, namely Idi Rayeuk District, Darul Aman District, and Darul Ihsan District. East Aceh IPA MGMP teachers are still experiencing problems in terms of knowledge and skills in managing laboratories, using tools and materials as well as in equipment maintenance. The service activity aims to provide knowledge and skills for MGMP IPA teachers in East Aceh Regency. The method used is a descriptive method to see the improvement of teacher skills in compiling laboratory SOPs, maintenance of laboratory equipment and materials.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peranan penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan proses pendidikan di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru serta dampaknya terhadap mutu pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berperan sebagai motivator, pengambil keputusan, serta pengawas yang mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif bagi guru. Kepemimpinan yang efektif mampu meningkatkan semangat kerja, kedisiplinan, dan profesionalisme guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Selain itu, peningkatan kinerja guru berpengaruh positif terhadap mutu pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang visioner dan partisipatif menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.
