Abstract

This study aims to obtain evidence of scientific support from existing publications so that we can answer the problem of this study, namely identifying superior and destructive human resource management in the MSME sector. Then we make the data online from many sources that we believe can answer the problem. We have collected 60 relevant publications from the data and discussion to answer this study, limiting the barrier from 2010 to 2022. Our study was carried out under a phenomenological approach where we wanted to get answers from several existing data so that our findings could get answers. Based on the study and the results of the discussion, we can summarize that some best practices have contributed to the success of MSMEs, including having superior human resources and having the best, which includes understanding how to sell MSME products, having the soul to serve consumers with care and understanding decision-making solutions then placing the customer's face, and having financial and generational governance capabilities following the needs of MSMEs in the era of free competition.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the marketing mix strategy consisting of product, price, place, and promotion on increasing sales volume of Reverse Osmosis Health Drinking Water. The research design used in this study used quantitative associative methods. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out on the first hypothesis (H1), which states that the product has a positive and significant effect on increasing sales, the value of t count > t table is 14,563 > 1,661, testing the second hypothesis (H2) which states that price has a positive effect and significantly to the increase in sales, the value of t count > t table is 12,293 > 1,661, testing the third hypothesis (H3) which states that place has a positive and significant effect on increasing sales, the value of t count > t table is 10,378 > 1,661 and on hypothesis testing fourth (H4) which states that promotion has a positive and significant effect on increasing sales, the value of t count > t table is 21,285 > 1,661 which means that product, price, place, and promotion have a positive and significant impact on increasing sales volume of Reverse Osmosis Health Drinking Water products, The R-square value obtained is 0.944, which states that the product, price, place, and promotion variables affect the sales volume of Reverse Osmosis Health Drinking Water products by 94.40%, and other variables influence the remaining 5.60%.

Abstract

Motivasi yang diberikan pimpinan terhadap karyawan dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan karyawan. Dengan adanya kepuasan karyawan dalam bekerja berujung pada peningkatan kualitas kinerja karyawan dalam bekerja. Beberapa riset sebelumnya dan releven adalah pendukung penting dalam artikel ini. Riset tersebut digunakan sebagai teori pendukung untuk memperkuat hasil penelitian dalam artikel ini. Artikel ini merupakan studi literature yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa variabel yaitu 1. Motivasi Pimpinan (X1), 2. Kepuasan Karyawan (Y1) dan 3. Kualitas Kinerja Karyawan (Y2). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif berupa studi literature pada bidang menajemen sumber daya manusia. Metode penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah dengan metode kualitatif dan studi literature atau Library Research. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa hasil diantaranya: 1. Terdapat Pengaruh motivasi pimpinan terhadap kepuasan karyawan, 2. Pengaruh motivasi pimpinan terhadap kualitas kinerja karyawan, 3. Terdapat Pengaruh kepuasan karyawan terhadap kualitas kinerja karyawan dan 4. Terdapat Pengaruh motivasi pimpinan pada kepuasan karyawan dan dampaknya pada kualitas kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness, kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi McCafe. Jenispenelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakanmetode non-probability sampling dengan penyebaran kuisioner sebagai alat untuk pengambilan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan 160 respondendengan kriteria mengetahui serta mengkonsumsi McCafe dan berusia paling sedikit 17 tahun. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa variabelbrand awareness berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikan 0,011 < 0,05, variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadapkeputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05, variabel harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikan 0,001< 0,05 serta variabel brand credibility dan brand attitude secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat beli dengan nilaifhitung > ftabel atau63.509 >2,66. Kata kunci: brand awareness, kualitas produk, harga, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and job compensation on the performance of FoodpediaGroup Jakarta employees. The population in this study were all employees of the Foodpedia Group Jakarta outlet asmany as 100 employees with the measuring instrument used was a questionnaire distributed via google form. Theresearch method used is a quantitative method where data collection is carried out by multiple linear regression analysisand uses the F test and T test. The results of the hypothesis in this study are; that job training has a significant effecton employee performance, that work compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, while the resultsof the f test of both variables have a simultaneous effect. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness dan bauran pemasaran terhadap penjualan produk dari DotExeMerch. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel purposive sample, dengan kriteria mengetahuiDotExe Merch dan telah melakukan pembelian produk DotExe Merch. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 160 sampel yang didapat dengancara menyebarkan google form yang berisikan kuisioner yang akan di isi oleh responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa brand awarenessberpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai 0.030 < 0.05, bauran pemasaran berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai0.026 < 0.05 brand awareness dan bauran pemasaran berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian berdasarkan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel sebesar 5.564 >3,054. Kata Kunci: Brand Awareness, Bauran Pemasaran, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Indonesia has a low level of awareness of health and food safety. This is proven by the fact that there are still many foods in circulation that contain harmful preservatives such as borax. Borax is a food additive used to increase food shelf life, shape, taste, and texture. The purpose of this community service is to educate the people in Benangkah village regarding the dangers of borax and how to identify it using simple tools and materials. The method used is the lecture method and demonstration simulation. The results of the community service showed that several food samples positively contained borax which was indicated by a change in color to brownish red after being dripped with turmeric solution.

Abstract

Among the numerous scientific publications that affirm the advantages of butterfly pea blossoms. The inhabitants of Benangka Village, Burneh District, Bangkalan City, among others, do not appear to be familiar with this information to a large extent, according to community facts. Despite the fact that they have a butterfly plant in their yard. Based on this, we believe it is essential to hold educational activities for the residents of Benangka Village regarding the potential and benefits of the butterfly pea flower as well as suitable processing techniques, in order for the benefits of the butterfly pea flower to be felt by the larger community as fully as possible. The method used in this PKM activity was socialization and a demonstration of how to make butterfly pea flower herbal drink using a simple technique, namely brewing. The community responded positively to the activities that were carried out, as evidenced by the enthusiasm displayed during the activity.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest producer of spices, one of which is ginger. Ginger is a plant that is easily grown in all types of soil, so it is easy to obtain, apart from cooking spices, ginger can also be used as an instant drink which is beneficial for the health of the body. Instant ginger powder is made from 100% ginger which is processed using household appliances so that everyone can make instant ginger powder drink easily and practically. The purpose of the community service in the village of Bangkalan, Bangkalan Regency, is to socialize the manufacture of good and correct instant ginger powder, so that it can produce really good powder, while the benefits are that many people still do not understand about instant ginger powder and its contents and benefits. The results of the dedication That from the ginger plant to instant powder and even the dregs can be used for some minor ailments that they don't know about and how to process ginger into instant ginger powder.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to increase participants' knowledge about the correct processing techniques for vegetables and fruit to maintain nutrient content. Furthemore, increase participant awareness to consume vegetables and fruit to meet daily nutritional requirements. This activity consists of four stages. First, the introduction of the situation. At this stage the committee conducts a regional survey and then determines the problem, then the activity targets are known. The second is planning, this consists of performance formation and preparation activity program. The third is implementation of activities and the last is assessment. This activity was carried out on January 27 2023. The community was enthusiastic about this activity and began to open their awareness about caring for their health.
