<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Sectio Caesarea (SC) merupakan proses pengeluaran janin melalui insisi dinding abdomen dan dinding uterus. SC merupakan salah satu prosedur yang pembiayaannya diatur dalam tarif INA-CBG’s. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang memengaruhi biaya riil pengobatan pada pasien Sectio Caesarea rawat inap di RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian cross sectional menurut prespektif rumah sakit. Metode pengambilan data secara retrospektif. Data penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Analisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi biaya riil menggunakan analisis korelasional.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan total biaya riil pada pasien JKN SC pada keparahan ringan sebesar Rp 181.402.922 dan keparahan sedang sebesar Rp 165.097.844. Faktor yang memengaruhi biaya riil Sectio Caesarea adalah LOS. SC defrayel was regulated in the INA-CBG’s rates. The purpose of this research is to know the factors affect the real costs of treatment in patients Sectio Caesarea hospitalization in hospital Dr. Moewardi. The research was on analytic observation research used a cross-sectional design according to the hospital perspective. Data collection method was retrospectively. The data of this research were quantitative data. Analysis of the factors that affect the real costs used bivariate correlation test. The study result showed that total cost of Sectio Caesarea inpatient in hospital Dr. Moewardi on severity I amounted to Rp 181.402.922 and severity of II amounted to Rp 165.097.844.
