Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan (X1), promosi jabatan (X2), mutasi (X3) secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen prestasi kerja (Y) dengan asumsi variabel independen lain dianggap konstan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan kuesioner.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis korelasi, analisis linier berganda, untuk uji hipotesis digunakan uji t dan uji f. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dapat kita lihat nilai bahwa thitung > ttabel (2,059 > 1,672) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,044 < 0,05). Promosi jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dapat kita lihat nilai bahwa thitung < ttabel (2,941< 1,672) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,005 >0,05) dan mutasi tidak berpengaruh signifikanterhadap prestasi kerja dapat kita lihat nilai bahwa thitung > ttabel (0,163> 1,672) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,871< 0,05).

Abstract

The teachers have increased knowledge and understanding of the procedures for reporting the Annual SPT using the e-Form. Teachers who take part in this activity can understand and apply the knowledge they get in filling out the Annual SPT using the e-Form. With the high enthusiasm they show, it is hoped that in the future they will also implement and carry out regular and disciplined annual SPT reporting.

Abstract

This service is an activity of the Indonesian Men's University "YPTK" Padang lecturer team to carry out outreach to increase awareness of the younger generation about understanding non-taxable income for students at SMK Negeri 1 Pasaman Barat. The activities provided aim to make the younger generation aware of the importance of reporting taxes even though they don't have any income. This activity was carried out as feedback from the needs analysis action (need survey) which had been carried out by the service team for the younger generation, where information was obtained that many young people did not understand the limit of income that was not subject to tax for individual taxpayers according to the amount his family's responsibilities. The service is carried out using 2 methods, namely direct lectures which contain explanations about taxes and the importance of tax reporting.
