Abstract

Kinerja keuangan perbankan menjadi faktor utama dan sangat penting untuk menilai keseluruhan kinerja perbankan itu sendiri.Mulai dari penilaian aset,utang, likuiditas dan lain sebagainya.Kinerja suatu bank dapat dinilai dengan melakukan analisis terhadap laporan keuangannya .Salah satu penyebab menurunnya kinerja perbankan yaitu, manajemen bank yang tidak profesional. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan Good Corporate Governance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel good corporate governance yang terdiri dari ukuran dewan komisaris, ukuran dewan direksi, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun2017.Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 43 perusahaan perbankan.Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Terdapat 42 perusahaan yang memenuhi criteria sebagai sampel penelitian.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ukuran dewan komisaris, ukuran dewan direksi, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA).

Abstract

Education is an effort to prepare students to improve the quality of human resources through mentoring and training methods for future roles. Awareness of the importance of protecting the environment has become a concern in society. In this case, assistance and development regarding the importance of protecting the environment is carried out for students at the Sungai Gunung Anyar School. This aims to form a generation that is aware, caring and responsible for the environment, as well as creating a sustainable society in the future.

Abstract

Bullying is a deliberate act of aggression and degradation by one or a group of people against another individual. These acts of bullying can be physical, verbal, or relational behaviors that aim to hurt, intimidate, or harm others who may be weaker or unable to defend themselves. Bullying can occur anywhere and anytime, when powerful people have the desire to commit acts of violence on people who do not have power. In recent times, cases of bullying have been increasing and grabbing the attention of the community and inviting concerns for safety and comfort in the educational environment. The impact caused by bullying is that the victim has a long trauma, psychological and mental disruption and emotional uncertainty. The educational environment should be a peaceful and comfortable place to support every child in studying and achieving. It is important that we all come together to prevent and solve this bullying problem. This can be realized by providing an understanding of bullying to the impact that occurs on the victim. Therefore, through the PLN Peduli CSR platform, the author conducts community service activities with the aim of providing teaching to prevent bullying cases. This community service activity is carried out in the form of socialization to early childhood in river schools. The methods used are delivering material (lectures), showing animated films, asking questions to children and playing games together. The results to be achieved after this activity are early childhood understanding of the importance of avoiding bullying behavior and understanding the negative impact of bullying. Children are expected to be more concerned about focusing on themselves and be active in efforts to create a comfortable educational environment without bullying. This activity forms an attitude not to do bad habits and always spread kindness among others.

Abstract

Character education is important for every individual, especially in terms of environmental awareness. Good character can be formed through education at school. Caring about the environment is important because it will have many positive impacts on every individual. To make this happen, it can be done by instilling various character values in students from an early age. This study aims to strengthen understanding of the importance of protecting the surrounding environment, especially for students at the River School, Gunung Anyar, Surabaya. This study uses conventional learning methods, question and answer methods and technology-based learning methods. In fact, this school has slowly shaped the students' character regarding caring for the environment. It is known that students are able to understand how to protect the environment.

Abstract

Financial stability plays a vital role in determining an individual’s overall well-being, and saving is considered one of the most fundamental practices for managing personal finances and preparing for future uncertainties. In many developing regions, the level of savings among employees remains relatively low, making it crucial to understand the factors that encourage or hinder saving behavior. This study aims to examine the influence of financial inclusion, lifestyle, and financial planning on the saving behavior of private sector employees in Jombang Regency, Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing structured questionnaires to 100 respondents who met the eligibility criteria. The participants were selected using a purposive sampling technique to ensure that only employees with sufficient financial exposure and employment stability were included. The instrument used a Likert-scale to measure perceptions and behaviors, and the data collected were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS version 3 software. The findings reveal that financial inclusion, lifestyle, and financial planning each exert a significant and positive effect on saving behavior. Employees who have greater access to financial services and products are more likely to engage in consistent saving practices. Likewise, individuals who adopt a prudent lifestyle and maintain effective financial planning demonstrate stronger saving discipline. These results underscore the importance of integrating financial literacy and planning strategies with broader financial inclusion programs. In conclusion, promoting financial inclusion, encouraging simple and sustainable lifestyle choices, and strengthening financial planning skills can collectively enhance saving behavior among employees. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers, financial institutions, and employers seeking to foster long-term financial resilience and economic security for the workforce.
