This study is aimed at examining profitability in moderating the effect of dividend policy and business risk on debt policy by using the population of property & real estate companies that go public on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period. Using purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 34 companies. Using moderated regression analysis with absolute difference testing as an analysis technique. So that the dividend policy results are obtained, business risk can contribute to debt policy, profitability can moderate the effect of dividend policy on debt policy, and profitability can moderate the effect of business risk on debt policy.

Investor saham di Kota Sidoarjo terus bertambah meskipun kondisi perekonomian masyarakat sedang terdampak hebat oleh COVID-19. Peningkatan jumlah investor di Sidoarjo ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak investor pemula yang bergabung ke dunia investasi. Investor pemula memiliki pengalaman serta pengetahuan mengenai pasar modal yang terbatas sehingga rentan terkena bias perilaku yang dapat menyebabkan mereka bertindak irasional dan mengakibatkan hasil investasi yang buruk. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh bias perilaku yang kerap muncul pada investor diantaranya overconfidence bias, herding bias, dan representative bias terhadap keputusan investasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan berjumlah 85 responden yang merupakan anggota dari Komunitas Investor Saham Pemula Region Sidoarjo. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menemukan pengaruh positif pada overconfidence bias, herding bias, dan representative bias terhadap keputusan investasi para investor pemula di Kota Sidoarjo.

To find out the performance of a company it is necessary to have a financial analysis, where in analyzing the financial statements will get a view of the good and bad financial performance. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the effect of the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, Profitability Ratio, and Activity Ratio on profit growth with company size as a moderating variable. The population in this study was all trade retail companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2018. The research samples was determined by using purposive sampling technique, so that obtained 21 trade retail companies that quality as the sample. The analysis technique used is moderation regression analysis. Based on the research result showed that Solvability, Profitability and Activity ratios has an effect on profit growth and company size is a moderation variabel. Liquidity Ratio has no effect on profit growth and company size not a moderating variable between Liquidity on profit growth.

Digital payment services (fintech payment) are increasingly popular along with the increasing use of smartphones, one of which is electronic payment via e-wallet or digital wallet which is considered to have benefits, ease, and benefit with the many promos on offer. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions using the E-Wallet DANA application in Indonesia.The sample in this study were users of DANA applications in Indonesia aged over 17 years and transactions not more than the last two months using the DANA application. This study used a purposive sampling technique with the size of the sample used was 120 respondents.The data analysis technique in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study concluded that: (1) Perceptions of Awareness through Consumer Attitudes significantly influence Purchasing Decisions, (2) Perception of Ease of Use through Consumer Attitudes significantly influence Purchasing Decisions, (3) Sales Promotion through Consumer Attitudes significantly influence Purchasing Decisions, (4 ) Pleasure Perception has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, (5) Perceived Ease of Use has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, (6) Sales Promotion has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, (7) Consumer Attitude has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions.

The research about abnormal return of initial offering has been carried out by many other researchers. The results indicated that underpricing which signed by positive abnormal returns occurred in the short time. However, the effects that has caused underpricing was still indicate inconsistency. The objective of this research is to examine the differences of abnormal return between company that carry out initial public offering in the period before and during monetary crisis,with a special reference to Jakarta Stock Exchange. Furthermore, it also aims to find out effects of stock value uncertainty and company value that proxied by standard deviation and age, effect of informed demand proxied by delay time, and effect of underwriter reputation on abnormal return.Results indicated that there was significant abnormal return difference between the periods before and during monetary crisis. The factor that effected abnormal return in the period before monetary crisis was delay variable and underwriter reputation. The results was contrary with initial assumption. The significant factor that influenced abnormal return in the period during monetary crisis was standard deviation and age

The purpose of this study is to analyze stock investment decisions in investors in Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. The Analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using primary data. It involved 95 respondents who invested in stocks for more than a year as research objects. The results of the analysis show investors with a good understanding of financial literacy will make the right investment decisions and investors with a high level of financial literacy will be better aware and able to minimize the risks that will be faced but when investors want a high rate of return then investors can tolerate risk in order to get a profit in the future. The absence of a direct relationship between overconfidence to investment decisions can be incarnate in the world of stocks, the most respondents are respondents whose investment experience is 1 year to 3 years, it can be said as a beginner player in stock investing. beginners players are not reliable in making decisions. The most respondents were respondents aged 30-39 years. This age includes a mature age. Respondents with a mature age will be more careful, they do not make an unsecured excess confidence as a reference in acting in investment activities, although an attitude of excessive confidence can help respondents to be able to tolerate risks arising from activities.

This research aims to find out the effect of Profitability, Leverage, and Company Size on CSR Disclosure on companies listed in the kompas 100 Index in 2018-2019. The population in this study is a company listed in kompas100 index in 2018-2019 with purposive sampling techniques so that 140 companies are listed in the kompas100 index as samples. The type of data used is secondary data by using documentation methods as data collection. The data analysis techniques used are the outlier test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that Profitability and Corporate Size did not contribute to CSR Disclosure, while Leverage contributed to CSR Disclosure in companies listed in kompas100 Index in 2018-2019. All these independent variables simultaneously contribute to CSR Disclosure.

SMARTPHONE is considered a device that helps in everyday life, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the smartphones that have the largest market share in Indonesia is Oppo, but amid the sharp increase in smartphone online sales, Oppo's online sales are not showing an increase. Even though currently, there are various types of online shopping destinations, one of which is the marketplace, which provides shopping convenience and complete information about products. This is expected to form a good shopping experience and product knowledge to reduce consumer risk perceptions about creating online purchase intentions, so the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product knowledge and shopping experience on purchase intention with risk perception as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative. Respondents are residents of Surabaya who have made purchases at Shopee. The sample used was 110 people. The withdrawal used the snowball sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire, then the data obtained were processed by PLS-SEM. The results show that product knowledge contributes to purchase intention. The shopping experience does not contribute to purchase intentions. Product knowledge and shopping experience contribute to risk perception. Meanwhile, the indirect relationship shows that risk perception is proven to mediate the relationship between product knowledge and shopping experience variables with purchase intention.

THIS RESEARCH aims to analyze the effect of financial knowledge, financial experience, and income on financial behavior through the internal locus of control of employees in Surabaya. The method used to determine the sample was purposive sampling and accidental sampling—the model used in this research area 100 respondents of employees in Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is the SmartPLS 3.0 software analysis. The research results that financial knowledge has a significant positive effect on the financial behavior of employees in Surabaya. Financial experience and income do not have a significant positive effect on the financial behavior of employees in Surabaya. Analysis of indirect variables using SEM PLS shows that locus of control internal can mediate financial knowledge and income on the financial behavior of employees in Surabaya. Meanwhile, the internal locus of power does not mediate financial experience on the financial behavior of employees in Surabaya.

This research aims to determine the profitability of banks which is influenced by several factors. While this research uses purposive sampling with the analysis technique of Statistical Package for the Social Sciens and Path Analysis. The results of this study conclude: Capital Adequacy Ratio has a negative contribution to the level of bank profitability. The ratio of third party funds has a contribution to the level of bank profitability. Capital Adequacy Ratio has a negative contribution to Banking Credit Distribution (LDR, Third Party Funds Ratio (TPF) has a contribution to Banking Credit Distribution. Capital Adequacy Ratio has a contribution to the level of Banking Profitability by Lending as Intervening. Third Party Funds Ratio has a contribution to the level of Banking Profitability by Lending as Intervening Credit has a negative contribution to the level of bank profitability.
