Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has been experienced by Indonesia affecting various aspects of people's lives. Many sectors are affected by this pandemic, but the agricultural sector is a sector that is able to survive in the midst of this condition. This research aims to find out the possibility of strengthening human resources in the agricultural sector by shifting workers affected by COVID-19 to the agricultural sector. The method used is to use a literature study of the results of previous research and books and articles that raise themes and topics about the development of Covid-19 affect the human resources of the tourism and agriculture sector in the Bali region. Based on the results of the study, there is an increase in daily spikes in Covid-19 cases in Indonesia in 2020 which is quite significant. The results of the study also showed that layoffs in the Bali region also experienced the same thing, especially in 2020 many tourism workers were laid off from their companies. Human resource improvement solutions can be done by providing opportunities and opportunities for human resources who experience layoffs to work in the agricultural sector that requires a lot of labor. It is necessary to provide stimulus in the form of training through competency certification in agriculture, it is also necessary to be taught to use agricultural machinery to manage agricultural land to change the mindset of farmers for the lower classes and to provide these workers with urban farming training in order to grow food crops at home to meet their needs. food.

Abstract

This research is an event study of the stock split event of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk which occurred on October 13, 2021. The variables in this study are abnormal returns and trading volume or trading volume activity (TVA). Abnormal return is obtained through the difference between the actual return and the expected return. Trading volume activity (TVA) is obtained from the total shares traded divided by the total shares outstanding. Data were processed using SPSS through paired sample test analysis. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in abnormal returns and trading volume activity before and after a stock split.

Abstract

Ngocok Es Kopi merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak dibidang perdagangan, khususnya brand yang menjual minuman yang berbahan dasar kopi dan ada beberapa jenis minuman lainnya. Pada Ngocok Es Kopi terdapat permasalah dibidang sumber daya manusia (SDM) dimana pada saat ini mitra belum memiliki Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dalam pelayanan dan produksi. Hal ini mengakibatkan karyawan tidak memiliki pedoman yang jelas sehingga keefektifan kerja menjadi menurun dan juga mengakibatkan karyawan tidak bisa mengontrol kualitas produk. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan para konsumen kurang puas dengan produk mitra, karena rasa produk mitra tidak stabil. Selain Permasalahan pada SOP Perusahaan, terdapat Pandemi Covid-19 yang berdampak sangat signifikan di Indonesia dan sampai saat ini masih berjuang menghadapi wabah global ini. Hampir seluruh sector terdampak pandemi Covid-19 yaitu mulai dari kesehatan, sosial dan ekonomi. Selama melakukan observasi secara langsung ke Ngocok Es Kopi ditemukan permasalahan dibidang kesehatan bahwa belum adanya media tentang protokol kesehatan seperti pamflet cara mencuci, handsanitezer, dan disinfektan. Hal ini menyebabkan penerapan protokol kesehatan dilingkungan Ngocok Es Kopi belum maksimal.
