Abstract

Business development and growth is the ultimate target of establishing a company. Apart from being sales data, transaction data can also be a company asset that can be used for operational management and marketing strategies. For operational purposes, transaction data that reflects customer capabilities and conditions can be used for inventory management purposes by predicting the need for raw materials to guarantee the availability of products or services within a certain period of time according to customer needs. Companies can also develop products according to customer needs and minimize unnecessary expenses resulting from excessive procurement of raw materials. For marketing purposes, transaction data can be a reference for determining demographic customer characteristics. Customer characteristics can be used as a tool to determine current customer segments and how to provide maximum service to customers. The overall condition of customers will be valuable information for companies in carrying out marketing strategies. This research will explain how to utilize sales transaction data during a certain period using qualitative methods to achieve customer satisfaction through good raw material inventory management and appropriate product and service development, creating brand awareness (customer awareness of the brand) through digital marketing (digital marketing) and customer loyalty through customer relationship management strategies in the Exist Autodetailing Yogyakarta vehicle body maintenance business.

Abstract

The development of the beauty industry increases every year. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic, this industry remained stable in facing the crisis. This condition certainly makes many investors look to invest their capital in this industry. The beauty industry listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) is PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk, PT. Martina Berto Tbk and PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. In order to help investors assess company performance, it is necessary to carry out financial ratio analysis. Financial ratio analysis in this study is liquidity analysis, asset management analysis, debt management analysis, profitability analysis and market value analysis. This study is qualitative in nature with data analysis using financial ratio analysis. The results of this study provide the conclusion that if the analysis of the cosmetics industry in 2022 uses industry averages according to Brigham Houston, there are several components that are above standard, such as profit margin and ROA owned by PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk and PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk above standard. PT fixed asset turnover. Muatika Ratu Tbk which is above standard. If analyzed through comparisons between companies that are still in the same industry, the company PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk has performed quite well in generating company profitability. Abstract

Laporan terbaru ukuran pasar bisnis percetakan dunia, menempati posisi lebih dari USD 489,3 miliar dengan jenjang kenaikan sebesar 2,8% dari tahun ke tahun. Peramalan tahun 2023 bisnis percetakan menjadi bisnis yang paling banyak muncul diakibatkan karena keefektivan biaya, dapat menjangkau semua pasar dan waktu produksi yang lebih cepat. Tujuan kajian ini untuk menilai kelayakan usaha dari CV. Gema Nusa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kualitatif dimana rumusan masalah ini digunakan untuk menganalisis atau mengkaji pada kelayakan suatu bisnis. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif. Untuk mengarahkan hasil penelitian sesuai dengan studi kelayakan bisnis. Dapat disimpulkan menurut bentuk usaha dan izin yang sudah dimiliki hasil analisis aspek hukum CV. Gema Nusa layak dijalankan. Menilai aspek manajemen yang layak perusahaan tersebut memiliki struktur organisasi yang jelas. Berdasar hasil pada aspek industri CV. Gema Nusa sangat layak dijalankan karena melihat potensi pasar yang sangat besar dan mampu bertahan dalam persaingan sesama industri yang cukup ketat dengan tetap mempertahankan kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan. Melihat kejelasan segmen pasar, target pasar dan bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, promosi dan distribusi) yang sudah dilakukan penilaian kelayakan bisnis pada aspek pemasaran CV. Gema Nusa sudah layak dijalankan. Kelayakan SDM yang dimiliki CV. Gema Nusa dapat disimpulkan layak, dikarenakan memiliki karyawan dengan lulusan yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi pekerjaan. Kelayakan aspek produksi yang dimiliki CV. Gema Nusa, dilihat dari kemudahan proses produksi dimana, CV.Gema Nusa memiliki SDM yang cukup baik dari sisi kuantitas dan spesifikasi lulusan sesuai dengan deskripsi pekerjaan yang dibutuhkan, ketersediaan fasilitas mesin produksi, dan lokasi produksi yang cukup mendukung sehingga dalam hal ini aspek produksi CV. Gema Nusa dinyatakan layak. Kesimpulan dari hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa CV Gema Nusa layak untuk dijalankan, dilihat dari beberapa aspek yang dievaluasi dalam kelayakan bisnis.

Abstract

Growth in the quantity of motorized transport continues to increase every year. These conditions will certainly have an impact on the profitability of automotive and component companies. There are many studies studying the factors that impact profitability. This study focuses on capital structure and liquidity factors. This variable was chosen because it found various research results. The population of this study are automotive and component companies listed on the IDX. The research sample is a company that includes annual financial reports for the 2019-2022 period, namely 9 companies. The data collection method is through observation of financial data analysis which is then processed to see the results of DER, CR and ROA calculations. Analysis to test the correctness of the data using the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Testing the truth of the hypothesis using multiple regression test. The results of the study prove that capital structure has an effect on profitability. Liquidity has no impact on company profitability. Through the results of the research and discussion it is concluded that the capital structure has an impact on the profitability of the institution or institutions. Liquidity has no effect on institutional profitability. Through the results of a review of the suggestions provided, the institution should be more careful about the composition of the components of the capital structure.
