Abstract

Speaking skill is essential capability that must be mastered by the students with two consideration factors. Inward looking factor defines that speaking skill will involve and support their readiness in academic atmosphere such as presentation and oral test. Outward looking factor drives the student encountering their own problems after they graduate, such as job interview or society engaging. The research was carried out to recognize the influence of millennial approach on the students’ speaking achievement. Experiment with one group pre test and post test factorial design is played as research methodology. Speaking test ruled data collection. The number of sample is 60 students Islamic studies program IAI Tasikmalaya academic year 2021/2022. Random sampling works as technique of taking the sample. Data calculation and analysis concluded that Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) =0.000 less than Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 explaining that H0 is rejected. It means that there is a significant effect of millennial approach on the students’ speaking skill.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of character education values through understanding the study of the Al-Qur'an Surah Luqman Verses 12-14 in Class 5 of Al-Muttaqien DTA, Indihiang District, Tasikmalaya City. The background of this research is that the situation of students continues to change from time to time along with the development of technology, and often children misuse or take advantage of these developments, as well as poor relationships in society or parental attention at home, giving rise to problems that damage a child's character. In this research, the author made direct observations at the research site, namely DTA Al-Muttaqien, and used other data sources such as tafsir books and other literature books related to this research. The aim of this research is to try to reveal comprehensively about character formation through understanding the study of the Al-Qur'an Surah Luqman verses 12-14. This research methodology uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the implementation of character education values through understanding the study of the Al-Qur'an is carried out by instilling the character of gratitude, the character of faith, and the character of filial piety towards parents.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan tinggi mendorong pemanfaatan Learning Management System (LMS) sebagai sarana pembelajaran daring yang efektif. Salah satu platform yang banyak digunakan di perguruan tinggi Indonesia adalah SEVIMA EdLink. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan SEVIMA EdLink terhadap prestasi belajar Bahasa Inggris mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) Institut Agama Islam Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen melalui desain one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 mahasiswa semester II PAI tahun akademik 2025/2026. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes prestasi Bahasa Inggris yang mencakup keterampilan listening, speaking, reading, dan writing. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, serta paired sample t-test dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan SEVIMA EdLink berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar Bahasa Inggris mahasiswa PAI. Secara teoretis, hasil penelitian ini memperkuat perspektif Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), IS Success Model, dan teori konstruktivisme yang menekankan bahwa kualitas sistem dan keterlibatan belajar berperan dalam meningkatkan hasil akademik. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa optimalisasi LMS dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi Bahasa Inggris di lingkungan perguruan tinggi Islam

Abstract

There were no final literatures both national and international research concerning direct digital marketing of religious moderation using application. One of the solutions for direct digital marketing of religious moderation is using professional Whats App Blast. The study was conducted to determine the effect of professional Whats App Blast to improve the implementation of religious moderation. Mixed method acts as a method in this research. Data collection techniques using tests and interviews. The number of sample is 150 students from three campuses in West Java Province. Random sampling technique was used as a sampling technique. The calculation of data analysis shows that Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) =0.000 less than Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05 which means H0 is rejected. The results of the data analysis are reinforced by the calculation of the average value after the post test is higher than the pre test. The average student pre test is 52.53, while the average student after post test is 74.77. In addition, the author took other strength data from interviews. In conclusion, Professional Whats App Blast has a very positive contribution in improving the implementation of religious moderation of students in West Java Province. The next researcher is recommended to use other social media platforms besides Professional WA Blast and also the religious moderation information content is not limited to flyers.
