Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of e-commerce adoption based on the Model of Internet Commerce Adoption (MICA) and the implementation of e-commerce adoption based on Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). The research method used is qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the level of e-commerce adoption carried out by the Sukahijab Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) had fulfilled the third stage and reached the third stage of completing the features at each stage not completing everything. Referring to the Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) it turns out that not all of them are the same as what was stated by Azjen. There is one different factor, namely the Subjective Norm. Where in the Sukahijab UMKM itself, subjective norms have no effect, where the surrounding environment has no effect to provide encouragement in the implementation of the e-commerce. The most influential of the three factors is Attitude Toward the Behavior, then Perceived Behavioral Control, and the least influential is Subjective Norm

Abstract

The potential of waqf has become one of the greatest potentials that can produce something beneficial for economic growth in Indonesia if it can be optimally utilized supported by competent human resources in the management process. Productive waqf empowerment is an effort to develop and manage waqf assets through various empowerment programs so that the benefits are sustainable and the waqf can be distributed evenly. Waqf here can be divided into waqf of immovable objects such as land and waqf of movable objects such as money. On the other hand, with the development of technology, many new innovations have emerged in the world of finance, namely financial technology (fintech). The purpose of this study is to provide a strategic overview of the empowerment of productive waqf in the economic welfare of the community. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach to literature study with descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that a strategic effort in empowering productive waqf to realize the economic welfare of the community is by optimizing the role of the nazir which includes developing human resources, increasing nazir welfare and improving regulations related to waqf and optimizing the empowerment of productive waqf which includes optimizing aspects of waqf management and distribution , innovation in the concept of empowerment programs, increasing synergy with several related agencies, developing the potential of e-waqf, and involving waqf as one of the government's fiscal

Abstract

The size ofthe working capital used in the business will certainly affectthe income earned by traders. Capitalfor traders is also one of the production factors that affect income levels. The main objective of this studywas to determine the effect of capital and working hours on the income of Pancasila market traders inTasikmalaya City.The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, taking samples using simple random samplingtechnique with a total of 65 respondents. While collecting data with a questionnaire (questionnaire). Dataanalysis used instrument tests consisting of validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, hypothesistesting consisting of multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests, and R square tests.The results of the study show that: 1) business capital has a positive and significant effect on the income ofPancasila market traders in Tasikmalaya City. 2) working hours do not significantly affect the income ofPancasila market traders in Tasikmalaya City. 3) Simultaneously capital and working hours have asignificant effect on the income of Pancasila market tradersin Tasikmalaya Cit
