Abstract

understanding of stiffness is primarily done by using simple structural examples. The size of the structure in calculations is always represented by the large number of linkage and the element of the rod so that the use of the computer and the application of the accounting must correspond to the modeled structure model. One of the popular applications used in performing structural calculations is ms excel. The goal for the study is to create an alternative ms-oriented structural analysis aid and to make comparisons of calculation with other output applications already on the market. Excel - oriented stiffness calculation makes a tabbing of analysis of which the physical form of Numbers can be clearly displayed and that can be examined at a theoretical level of analysis. The transparent process of accounting increases trust in the results so that it can be used in education and as a comparison to the output of other applications. The calculating two-dimensional skeletal structure with alternative aid programs and the SAP 2000 application program, provides a very small difference so that it can be deduced that an alternative assistive program output can be used.

Abstract

This study deals with differences in unit price analysis of work items on the planned budget and implementation due to changes in the coefficient based on labor and equipment production in implementation. This observation was carried out for five (5) work items on the Kupang City Outer Ring Road Preservation Project. The purpose of this study is to determine the differences in the coefficient of labor and equipment and to know the difference in unit price analysis of work items in the budget plan and the implementation due to changes in the coefficient based on the production of labor and equipment in implementation. The data needed to complete this research is primary data obtained from direct observation in the field, namely the effective working time in the field, the number of workers and equipment, the workforce and tools during the time observed and secondary data obtained from PT. Alamindah Cendanalestari namely the unit price analysis of work items and the coefficient of labor and equipment. From the description of the results of the analysis and discussion it is known that, the coefficient of labor in the implementation and the coefficient of labor estimated in the RAB has differences. The difference that occurs in the coefficient also causes the difference in unit price analysis. The difference in unit price analysis between RAB and implementation causes a change in profits.

Abstract

The linear and nonlinear response of two buildings with one degree of freedom (DOF) respectively vibration period (T) 0.4 second and 0.5 second are becoming the models of this research. The earthquake record of Loma Prieta 1989 is selected and customized with the spectrum response curve Ss = 1.25g and S1 = 0.4g with the medium ground (SD). The spring of building structure modelled as linear and nonlinear spring of Takeda model that has been modified. The important results of this research are: first, the direct addition method is only used to determine time of collision and not adequate to determine seismic separation. Second, the ultimate method or the transform method to calculate elastic deformation multiplied Cd/Ie is only used when the building does not have large inelastic deformation. Third, the pattern transformation of building response after inelastic phase could be significantly and bear the opportunity of both building collision.
