Abstract

Abstrak Banyaknya jenis beasiswa yang ditawarkan membuat mahasiswa harus dapat memilih dengan tepat sesuai kebutuhannya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah metode yang dapat membantu pengambilan keputusan jenis beasiswa yang tepat. Metode AHP dipilih karena mempunyai kemampuan untuk mendapatkan hasil dengan berbagai alternatif. Dalam AHP, hasil penghitungan didapat dari hasil perkalian tiap nilai eigen vector. Penerapan metode AHP dalam penelitian ini berbasis aplikasi menggunakan Visual Basic 2008, dimulai dari tahap analisis sistem, perancangan user interface, dan tahap evaluasi pada aplikasi. Hasil dari aplikasi menjelaskan tentang nilai bobot terhadap alternatif yang ada untuk membantu mendapatkan keputusan jenis beasiswa. Nilai bobot alternatif yang dapat diambil berdasarkan nilai yang tertinggi dari satu nilai terhadap nilai yang lain. Kata kunci: beasiswa, AHP, alternatif keputusan  Abstract The different types of scholarship program offered by the university require students to make the right decision before applying for the program. A method to help students with the decision making is therefore required. The AHP method is chosen because of its capacity to offer various alternatives. In AHP calculation result is obtained by multiplying the value of each eigenvector. The implementation of AHP in this study is based on an application using Visual Basic 2008, including the stages of system analysis, user interface design, and application evaluation. The results of the application demonstrate the weights of the alternatives that can help to choose the scholarship type. The decision can be made based on the highest value of the available alternatives. Keywords: scholarship, AHP, alternative

Abstract

Abstrak Setiap orang tua pasti menginginkan anaknya tumbuh berkembang dengan baik dan optimal. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan orang tua agar anaknya dapat terhindar dari penyakit berbahaya adalah dengan memberikan imunisasi. Namun kurangnya informasi mengenai imunisasi membuat para orang tua tidak mengetahui bahwa imunisasi penting bagi anaknya. Perangkat mobile saat ini memiliki aplikasi-aplikasi yang bermanfaat untuk memberikan informasi, hiburan, dan kemudahan dalam berkomunikasi. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah aplikasi Imunisasi untuk Anak berbasis Android menggunakan Software Eclipse. Aplikasi ini berisikan data-data penjelasan setiap imunisasi dari waktu dan jumlah pemberian imunisasi, efek samping, dan kontra indikasi untuk imunisasi tersebut. Perancangan aplikasi dimulai dari pembuatan desain user interface sampai pada tahap pengujian aplikasi menggunakan emulator pada software Eclipse. Pembuatan desain user interface disesuaikan dengan hirarki menu dan tahap desain program data-data yang ada disusun sesuai dengan rancangan user interface. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian aplikasi menggunakan emulator dari software Eclipse dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh hasil yang diharapkan. Aplikasi ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi para orang tua untuk mengetahui informasi imunisasi bagi anak secara mudah dan lengkap. Kata kunci: aplikasi informasi imunisasi, Android, user interface  Abstract  Every parent would want their children to grow optimally and properly. One effort parents may consider to protect their children from dangerous diseases is by providing them with recommended immunizations. However, the lack of information regarding immunization often makes parents unaware of the necessary immunization for their children. Today mobile devices offer informative, entertaining applications and ease in communication. To overcome this problem, an android-based application using Eclipse Software was developed to provide information about child immunizations. This application contains descriptions of each immunizations schedule, dose, side effects and contra-indications. The application design process starts from developing user interface design up to testing the application using the emulator in the Eclipse software. The development of user interface design is based on the hierarchical menu. The program design phase follows the user interface design. Eclipse emulator is used to obtain the expected results when testing the application. This application offers complete and easy to access information about childrens immunization.  Keywords:immunization information application, Android, information

Abstract

AbstrakTransaksi jual beli dengan media internet umumnya tidak terkontrol, baik dari aspek kejelasan hukum maupun dari  pajak jual beli. Banyaknya kasus penipuan dan kecurangan yang merugikan pelanggan menjadi alasan pentingnya suatu badan atau sistem yang dapat mengatur perdagangan dengan menggunakan media internet. Badan atau sistem tersebut berfungsi sebagai badan yang mengeluarkan ijin resmi atau legalitas website komersial. Dengan adanya legalitas website komersial diharapkan proses transaksi jual beli online menjadi lebih tertib dan jelas aturan hukumnya serta agar pemerintah dapat menarik pajak jual beli dari suatu barang atau jasa. Legalitas website ini dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan pada saat bertransaksi, meminimalisirkan tingkat kejahatan/kecurangan, dan juga agar pemilik usaha dengan media website lebih taat pajak. Kata Kunci: legalitas, website komersial, EC-trust  AbstractTransactions over the internet are uncontrolled both from the legal clarity and trade tax aspects. The increasing number of deception and fraud cases emphasizes the importance of a system or a governing body to manage online trade. This system or body should issue permits for or approve the legitimacy of commercial websites. The online transactions are expected to be better organized and legally existed. The government can also apply trade tax for online transactions. Abstract

Neuroblastoma is a type of embryonal cancer of the nervous system that is mostly found in children. Most etiologies of neuroblastoma are unknown, so many patients undergo treatment at an advanced stage. The importance of detection as early as possible is very necessary in neuroblastoma cancer so that children diagnosed with neuroblastoma can get a good prognosis. Through this study, it is expected to be able to know the feasibility of research with regard to artificial neural network procedures and the proposed PCA method. In this case the desired model is a set of training faces that will be formed through a linear combination in the training Propagation phase using backpropagation artificial neural network algorithms.
