Abstract

Abstrak Studi ini kami lakukan untuk menganlisis dan mengkaji Kinerja Keuangan dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Pada Kantor Badan Keuangan & Aset Daerah Kota Kendari. Jenis penelitan ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan laporan realisasi anggaran pemerintah kota Kendari tahun 2015 sampel 2021 sebagai sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS ver. 21. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F, uji t, dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dari 4 variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kota Kendari. Secara parsial rasio independensi dan rasio kontribusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Kendari. Variabel rasio pertumbuhan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, sedangkan rasio efektivitas tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kendari. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas; Independensi; Kontribusi; Pertumbuhan; Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Abstract We conducted this study to analyze and examine financial performance and its impact on local revenue at the Kendari City Regional Financial & Asset Agency Office. This type of research includes quantitative research using the 2015 Kendari city government budget realization report for the 2021 sample as a sample. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS ver. 21. Test the hypothesis using the F test, t-test, and test of determination. The study results show that simultaneously the four variables significantly affect the financial performance of Regional Own Revenue in Kendari City. Partially, the independence and contribution ratios have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of Kendari City Regional Original Revenue. The growth ratio variable has a positive but not significant effect. In contrast, the effectiveness ratio has no positive and insignificant impact on the financial performance of the Local Own Revenue in Kendari. Abstract

Creative economy tourism is an essential sector in the economic development of Baubau City. In developing this sector, the role of the community is significant. Communities can be active in decision-making and implementing creative economy tourism development programs. The philosophy of life of the Bhutanese people, known as PO-5 (read; polymer), is an acronym for several philosophies, namely Popia-piara, Poangka-Angkataka, Pomae-Maeaka, Poma-masiaka, and Pobinci- Bincikikuli. The research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method to analyze the role of the community in developing creative economic tourism in Baubau City. Through this approach, communities and researchers work together to define problems, identify possible solutions, and implement actions to improve local communities' economic and social well-being. The research results show that the weaving community is essential in developing creative economic tourism in Baubau City. They can contribute through innovative product development, marketing and tourism promotion, increasing community involvement in decision-making and empowering the local economy while remaining based on local wisdom. However, challenges are also faced in involving communities in developing creative economic tourism, including a lack of knowledge and skills and the need for access to resources and capital.

Abstract

The maritime tourism sector is one sector that has the potential to increase economic growth in Wakatobi Regency. However, it is felt that the popularity of tourism in Wakatobi Regency has decreased somewhat, if seen from the Central Statistics Agency data on foreign tourism visits from year to year. This research aims to determine the influence of the variables Number of Foreign Tourists, Number of Domestic Tourists, Number of Tourist Attractions, Number of Hotel Rooms/Room Occupancy Rate on the Economic Growth of Wakatobi Regency in 2013 - 2022. The research uses secondary data with a sample of 10 years obtained from BPS Wakatobi Regency. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for Windows software. Hypothesis testing uses the F test, T test, and determination test. The research results show that simultaneously the variables Number of Foreign Tourists, Number of Domestic Tourists, Number of Tourist Attractions, Number of Hotel Rooms/Room Occupancy Rate have a significant effect on the Economic Growth of Wakatobi Regency. Meanwhile, partially the variables Foreign Tourists, Number of Tourist Attractions, Number of Hotel Rooms/Room Occupancy Rate have no significant effect on Economic Growth. Meanwhile, the Domestic Tourist variable has a positive and significant effect on the Economic Growth of Wakatobi Regency.

Abstract

Higher education institutions play a crucial role not only in producing research but also in ensuring that research outcomes can be effectively utilized by society. In the field of biology, innovations such as functional foods, biofertilizers, and natural pharmaceutical raw materials are frequently developed, yet they often remain at the publication or laboratory prototype stage due to insufficient support in non-technical aspects, including business strategy, marketing, and intellectual property rights protection. Entrepreneurial lecturers have a strategic role in overcoming these barriers by helping researchers and students understand market potential, design appropriate business models, and facilitate collaborations with industry or investors. This study employs a literature review method to examine the role of entrepreneurial lecturers in promoting the commercialization of biological research products. The findings indicate that lecturers act as innovation facilitators, curriculum integrators for entrepreneurship, and network enhancers, thereby accelerating the transformation of research into commercial products. Identified challenges include limited business knowledge among researchers, minimal regulatory support for intellectual property rights, and restricted access to funding and industry partners. Recommended strengthening strategies include interdisciplinary collaboration, research-based business management training, and the establishment of innovation centers within universities. With a structured innovation ecosystem, biological research outcomes have greater potential for commercialization, generating economic value and tangible socio-economic impact.

Abstract

Dengan membangun citra positif tentang Wakatobi melalui promosi pariwisata, kesadaran akan pentingnya pelestarian lingkungan alam dapat ditingkatkan. Dengan meningkatkan promosi, diharapkan akan ada peningkatan jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Wakatobi, sehingga Wakatobi dapat menjangkau pasar wisata yang lebih luas baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Dan yang paling penting melalui promosi pariwisata yang efektif, diharapkan juga dapat meningkatkan kesadaran wisatawan akan pentingnya menjaga keberagaman alam dan budaya yang ada di Wakatobi. Dukungan dari pemerintah, industri pariwisata, serta partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat lokal juga kunci dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Tentunya dengan memanfaatkan analisis segmentasi pasar dan penerapan strategi pemasaran yang tepat, Wakatobi dapat meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan memperkuat posisi sebagai destinasi wisata unggulan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya memahami target pasar, penggunaan media digital, serta kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk mencapai tujuan promosi yang efektif.

Abstract

Industri sarung tenun merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam ekonomi lokal Desa Pajam, yang tidak hanya mencerminkan warisan budaya tetapi juga memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap pendapatan masyarakat setempat. Namun, industri ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap modal, perubahan selera pasar, dan persaingan dengan produk modern. Pendekatan penelitian yaitu deskriptif dan eksploratif (mixed methods). Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan analisis statistik, sementara data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi lapangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa potensi ekonomi industri sarung tenun terletak pada nilai budaya dan kualitas produk yang tinggi, sedangkan tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan pengelolaan keuangan dan pemasaran. Selain itu, dukungan pemerintah dan akses terhadap teknologi modern diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci dalam pengembangan industri ini. Strategi pengembangan yang diusulkan meliputi diversifikasi produk, penguatan pemasaran digital, dan peningkatan akses terhadap sumber daya keuangan. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan industri sarung tenun di Desa Pajam.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas program penguatan produk kerajinan di Kota Baubau dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan akses pasar internasional melalui pemanfaatan platform digital. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui kegiatan pelatihan, pendampingan, dan praktik langsung yang meliputi pengembangan branding produk, peningkatan kualitas visual konten, penyusunan deskripsi produk, serta pemanfaatan marketplace dan media sosial berskala global. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi dengan melibatkan pelaku UMKM sebagai mitra utama. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra terhadap pemasaran digital, kemampuan pengelolaan akun platform digital, serta peningkatan kualitas tampilan dan identitas produk. Selain itu, mitra mulai mampu menjangkau konsumen di luar wilayah lokal dan memperluas jaringan pemasaran. Dengan demikian, program ini terbukti mampu memperkuat kapasitas UMKM kerajinan Baubau dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar global melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital secara berkelanjutan.
